I'll be posting soon, could I have a recap of everything that's happened?
-
Basically everyone got on the train, my character Peter got attacked by some Deatheaters and then was helped into the train by Cassandra. She called for help and Professor DuBois and Professor Rookwood came in and helped stitch him back up. Now we have Derek Rookwood, professor Rookwood's nephew, my character Samantha and the previously mentioned Cassandra congregating in one compartment. Hope is near the back of the train and if I'm missing anyone let me know.

My muse is super high for Harry Potter content rn because I’m reading the first book to my group of eleven year olds rn. It’s almost magical to watch their faces light up the same way mine did when I was a child.
The kids I read to all come from bad home lives and most are in the foster system or they don’t live with their parents for one reason or another so they find comfort in Harry Potter and it really makes me feel all warm and fuzzy to see how excited they are to read for the day.
-
Also apologies for double post, but once this thread picks back up, perhaps Cassie could predict the death of one of the champions so she goes to some teachers but because the cup is a binding contract they can’t call it off and they end up brushing her concerns off so she decides to try and save who ever it is herself and obviously she can’t do it alone so she enlist the help of some friends.
//sidenote, what are the rules for this triwizard tournament?
17 to enter?
A previous thread I was in lowered the entering age to 15 quoting that if Harry could do it at 14, a fifth year could be considered capable, they also claimed the severity of the challenges could affect the entering age.
Do you have any challenges lined up? Or were you planning to use the ones from the book? Ech0
Because you’re busy Rn I wouldn’t mind helping you plot this out! :)
-
I was going to use the one's from the book, also Cassie's plot is great, go for it.
-
I'm gonna make my other characters form, It'll kill my muse I'm sure but i'll try to finish it and have a post up sometime this week, sorry for the holdup Sami
-
Cool, cool.
Do we know of anyone who is putting their name in the goblet of fire?
-
My thoughts were that those of you who wanted your characters to be in the tournament would let me know and I would very officially randomize who gets to be picked via giving each character a number and rolling a die. The character whose number is on top will get picked and I'll let everyone know. I was also thinking that it would be more practical t have it be a student from each house competing against each other rather than bringing in the other schools since we don't have the other schools as the main focus of the role play. Anyways if anyone has any thoughts that like to add, I'd love to hear what everyone thinks.

I like that idea but the whole idea of the triwizard tournament is to bring wizards from different places together. If it was one from each house, I think that would end up pushing the school apart. I’d be okay with making the Durmstrang champion and I’d be okay with him losing.
