PERSONALITY Andrew has a kind spirit but doesn't like to show it. He can get quite sarcastic and stubborn. Andy only shows his good side to those who are tolerant of him and only shows respect if he gets it first.

Andy had long ago been with his father and mother (both of whom were humans). His father, Paul Dorrington, had disappeared when Andy was 4 years old. The reason for his disappearance was thought to have linked to an argument Andy's parents had the night before - but Andy never knew of this. He had grown up thinking his father had just gone out to explore and perhaps bring back a souvenir - his mother, Serena Dorrington, never addresses this. Throughout his life, he had grown up with his mother and remains close to her. Andy had always loved to play games with his friends - they had always been relating to shooting projectiles of sorts. So this therefore drew Andy into becoming a 'gunslinger'.

LOOKS

anor is on the lower end of average as far as elves go, about 6'2", and surprisingly weighty, filling out his garments more similarly to an athletic human. despite this, he's just as graceful and light on his feet as any other elf. his face is distinctive with high, pronounced cheekbones, a smooth, yet defined jawline, and narrow almond-shaped, black eyes, angled up at the outer corners and shadowed by lightly arched eyebrows. his skin is a dark copper shade with a sun warmed undertone, and his hair is a chocolatey brown that falls in heavy locks down to his upper thigh (he had cut it out of curiosity a decade or so ago).

PERSONALITY

anor does nothing to combat the stereotypical image of an aloof elf, behaving in that particularly cold brand of politeness that makes him seem formal, and stiff. which isn't an entirely untrue characterization, although the underlying note of snide sarcasm tends to go unnoticed as it's yet another deadpan aspect of him. he's well read, and confident in his abilities, so much so that he tends to be dismissive of anyone who works in a similar field, and especially if they're a non-elf. he doesn't actively seek out people, and is noncommittal in his interactions, unless he needs to use someone to his advantage. anor is cold, with little that he likes to give away about himself, and becomes defensive if he feels as though a question is too personal.

Ilana is a fairly reclusive young lady. She tends to prefer the company of her books, spells, and figuring out what things can or can't be destroyed... sorta like a scientist without funding. She doesn't speak too much, not out of a bashful inclination, but because she generally doesn't have much to say. She likes to observe and ask questions. Although, she'll probably have to find a way out of her shell to maximize getting along with her new companions.
