Jenny rebandaged him and dosed him up. She gave his cheek a kiss and hugged him gently. "Thanks." He murmured, laying down once she readied to tuck him in. "Don't worry about it. Just yekl if you need me."

Jessie watched him go and rubbed her face, stressed. She didn't know how it felt to love someone and not have it back. Melissa had been phoning her for months. Wanting to meet, wanting to come back. Jessie was tired of it. She got up and went to his studio, finding the painting. She picked it up and carried it to the living room.

Jenny made sure he was asleep before leaving. She tucked him in and grabbed a quick shower before making her way down.

Jessie was playing snap with Tyler. The painting of Jenny's favorite flowers leaning against the sofa "Ruben wants you to have this.."she told Jenny once she spotted her.

Jenny stepped down, cold. "Oh..." She blushed deeply, unsure of what to say, or even do.

Jessie noticed it. But she didn't know Jenny's feelings yet "he says it's his sorry..he's gone for a walk."

"Oh..." Jenny moved over and looked up at the painting. Her heart dropped. She took a seat, staring at it.

"I..I'm going to have to ask a serious question and I'm sorry if it makes you uncomfortable. "Jessie paused "do you..love zak? In a partner. Way?"
Ruben was making his way home.

Jenny ran her hands through her hair shakily, torn. She sniffled, closing her teary eyes tight. What the hell was she supposed to say?!

Ruben stayed hidden as he hadn't heard the words. Jessie say her "I'm sorry. It's ok not to know.."she went over and hugged her. She wouldn't tell her about Ruben.

Jenny sniffled, she didn't know. She didn't. She couldn't. "This was what i was afraid of..." She sobbed helplessly.

Jessie rubbed her back "I wish I could help you more Jen. But I've never been torn. Once I clapped eyes on your father. That was it.."she just kept her close. Ruben ran off. He tought he could handle the situation but he couldnt.

"I just..." She sighed shakily. "The last thing i wanna do is hurt someone..." She admitted sadly.

"I know but..it's not your fault..until you realize what you want. Both will hurt.."Jessie don't want her son hurt. And she was worried about him being out so long

Jenny sniffled and hugged herself. She didn't know what to do. At all. She tried to calm herself.

Tyler went over and hugged her "dats a pretty picture"he talked about the painting not knowing of anything. Ruben stayed out in the cold. This was it. His punishment. He stared at the well. The one they rescued her From. He walked past. Hating the memories
