APPEARANCE wasppaw is a rather small, wiry young she-cat that is growing into a set of gangly limbs that she often trips and stumbles over. her fur is of the tortoiseshell coloration, the majority of the pelt blanketing her being that of an inky black, with patches of striped orange scattered all along her body - like the shadows cast over a sunny clearing. her eyes are a pale gold, with a slightly greener, dry-moss color surrounding her pupils. reference

PERSONALITY just barely escaping the throes of childhood, wasppaw retains her optimism about the world, and a little bit of leftover naivety along with it. she brings with her an aura of innocent joviality wherever she goes, dampened only by criticism from her peers; she can handle an insult or two, but social validation is what keeps her going. though her fine motor skills aren't fine-tuned (she is incredibly klutzy, at best), wasppaw is capable of an incredible concentration, often being so involved in her work that she gets lost in her own head and loses most spacial awareness. she uses it to her advantage, however, aspiring to be an apt medicine cat, someone to be respected despite her flaws. she is naturally adept at the social aspect of her medicinal studies, considering her sunny attitude could ease, to an extent, even the sourest of cats. she is nothing if not a social butterfly, but her inability to see the bad over the good could be problematic in the long run.

HISTORY wasppaw was born into a small litter, to two unfortunate rogues that once upon a time were lazy kittypets. as such, the small family weren't exactly well-fed, taking into account all of their lack of survival instincts and experience. not many moons passed before wasppaw's parents fell ill to a particularly nasty cold, something lethal if gone untreated - but none of them knew how to treat it, the two used to relying on their owners for such matters. her father was the first to succumb to the sickness, while her mother was left frail and hardly capable of the constant travel the small family were prone to. naively, they bee-lined for the nearest clan-scent and loitered within their borders until they were found. the newborn cinderclan took pity on them, attempting to treat the rogues with what limited herb supply they had. unfortunately, their mother passed as well, too far gone to have been brought back, but the litter was able to be saved, as they had only just begun to catch the sickness from proximity to their mother. they were offered a foster mother; though they had already weaned off milk, they were still too small and dependent.

with faint memories of her parents and the ones who had unselfishly helped them, wasppaw requested to be taken under the wing of the medicine cat once she was old enough to begin her apprenticeship. fresh out of the nursery, with a much healthier natural thinness to her frame, wasppaw began her apprenticeship in the art of herbal remedies and saving lives.

FUTURE PLOTS in the future i'd like for wasppaw to gain a limp, be it gradual early bone deterioration or some sudden blunt force trauma that offsets something in one of her legs. it won't be debilitating enough to retire her, just something that renders her a little less physically capable than her previously spry, jittery self can adjust to.

LOOKS

Kestrelback is a thick, shorte to with broad shoulders and a thick, bushy tail. He has a black mask that is surrounded by an orange highlight. His chest, muzzle, and paws are stark white. The majority of his pelt is black, however he has orange tufts of fur scattered along his back that mirror a kestrel. He has bright yellow eyes that are wide and always watching. He is often covered in dirt and has few scars along his back from hitting rocks and sticks.

PERSONALITY

Kestrelback is an impulsive tom, who is occasionally a little paranoid about things. He is loud and aggressive, and extremely protective of those he cares about. He is hellbent on finding those he is missing from his life, and is often out of camp. Kestrel is extremely determined, but within the walls of his nest, he softens. He's sweet to those from his clan, and the kits from the others. Kestrel often gets into scuffles and arguments, but at the end of the day would lay his life down of his clan.

HISTORY

Kestrelkit was born to Lilypuddle and Ravensnout, and was one of four kits. He was the paranoid of the group, constantly keeping his siblings out of danger, only to lose Puddlekit to greencough only months after being born. From that point on he was more than determined to protect his clan, determined to grow into the best warrior he could be. He was a mentor to blackpaw, who he lost to a wolf attack that also killed his mother. Most of his clan was lost during the attack scattered across the lands, and he is unaware of where half of his family is. He has been trying to find any remains of his clan or his family, and while he never wanted to be deputy, takes the title with pride. He does his best to comfort Hawk, but he isn't exactly the best at it.

He easily falls for people and isn't very good at communicating his feelings.

Possible a loner group or another clan finding the stump before cinderclan? id be willing to create one! at some point i want to bring in the missing cats, but thats up to you!

LOOKS

Hornetwhisker is a medium build she cat with a plump belly and large paws. She is a tabby siamese mix, with large blue eyes and a colorpoint mask. Her face, paws, ears and tail are all a grayish brown with black stripes in them, while her large belly, chest, and tail underside are a pale tan color which almost ends in a pretty white. She is a bit bigger than most females, with long whiskers and a slightly longer top fangs that push out past her gums. Her pelt usually has a few feathers and moss chunks from her bedding. Reference

PERSONALITY Hornetwhisker is a sharp tongued she cat, who always does her best to see the bright side in events, however she is more than ready to argue with anyone. She is constantly listening and ready to help with any situation the best she can, especially when it is about family matters. She usually helps out in the nursery with new mothers and comforting fathers/mothers/donors during the actual birth. She is a midwife of sorts, and is the closest thing to a medicine cat as a warrior can be. She believes it was a great honor to have Toadsnarl as a donor, and to finally experience motherhood herself. Hornet is like your mother, over caring, very loving, and ready to hoe down throw down given the legal opportunity.

HISTORY

Hornetwhisker was born to Whiskersun and Badgerfang in the early spring and was one of five siblings- and one of the two to make it through the winter. She and her sister were apprenticed at the same time and made warriors at the same time. Both cats requested parts of their parents names to honor their spirits and to remember them. When the fires broke out, the pair were separated as Snowfang and Toadsnarl went back to find a few more cats and didn't come back out. For the longest time, Hornet was left wandering until she was found by cinderclan, almost ready to give birth. She was quiet for the longest time, and spends most of her time in the nursery.
