    Eden chuckled. "We're not going to be mate, don't worry. Everyone is just really early." He joked. On the plane, he settled into his seat. Outside of his window was the sky and below them were the clouds. It felt exciting and new to the werewolf since he had only been on a plane once in his life time. "I love seeing you so happy and excited. You look adorable." He whispered back and pecked him on the lips.


    After a lot of hours, the plane finally landed with them in Egypt and the pair disembarked. Eden had intertwined their fingers together as he wheeled behind him one of their suitcases. They went to the entrance and called a cab. As they were getting driven to their hotel, Eden commented, "It's so beautiful outside, but too hot and I literally just came." A grin was on his face as he glanced at Alexander.

    Alexander had smiled when he heard his words about everyone else just being early. It was a good philosophy to live by. He was grateful that the mood between them had shifted so much. It meant that things were just turning towards the better already. He knew these vacations would be good for them. “I love seeing you so happy too. I think you are cuter than me though.” He joked as he kissed his cheek in return. He had shifted to rest his head on his shoulder while they flew. He actually ended up sleeping for most of the flight. He had made sure to book them rather nice seats for all of their plan rides so it wouldn’t be uncomfortable. After all, they would be flying a lot these next few months.


    He let out a gentle yawn as he began to walk off with Eden. He held a rather tight grip on his hand. He was excited to be able to see everything that Egypt had. He was even more excited to see all of the ancient ruins. He had heard that there were many of them and that they were all so captivating. He was grateful to know that Eden was going to be enjoying this as much as he was. It showed by the rather relaxed look on his expression. “Well we are going to be here for a month. Looks like we will need to adjust.” He spoke with a chuckle. He leaned up to give him a quick kiss then.

    Eden chuckled before pulling Alexander back for a deeper kiss. He held it for a few seconds before pulling away. "Just wait until we get back to our room." He muttered teasingly, burying his face in the others neck and planting a few kisses. He sat upright afterwards as they reached their hotel. Excitement coursed through him and it was evident by how he was looking around like a child and trying to drink in all the beautiful colors surrounding them. The reception area was bustling with people as they entered. Eden went up and it took them about twenty minutes before they were finally led to their villa. Eden had managed to book one right on the beach that seemed as private as can be. Although it was a motel, it was a really fancy one. He left his suitcase by the door and went up to the window. Just seeing the sea made him content. "It's damn beautiful, and it reminds me of someone." Eden flirted and turned to wink at Alexander.

    Alexander could almost feel the hairs standing up on the back of his neck with the way that the other male was speaking. He honestly couldn’t wait for them to be able to do that again. “Mm, that sounds absolutely wonderful. We haven’t done that in a long time now.” He whispered. He still couldn’t believe that all of this had been planned in the short amount of time that they had. He couldn’t believe that they were actually here either. It was wonderful. He knew it would be a vacation to remember. He allowed for Eden to talk and get them all checked in once they were at the motel. He looked around curiously as they were led to their villa. He left his suitcase next to Eden’s, moving quickly to look out to the beach. His eyes were wide. “It is beautiful.” He agreed in a whisper. He looked to him when he head the second half of his sentence. “Someone is just a flirting machine today. But you are beautiful too.” He admitted. He moved towards him then. He wrapped his arms around his neck. “I love you Eden.” He murmured.

    "Well, how can I not flirt when you're my mate?" Eden said with fakwrapped his arm around Alexander's waist and pulled him close. "I know I am." He snickered. "I love you too, Alex. A hell of a lot. I'm lucky to have a mate like you." He closed the distance between their lips, kissing him deeply. He pulled away only when he needed air, and even then he felt like he could go back to kissing the other for eternity. He could never get bored of the taste of the others soft lips on his. Eden nipped Alexander's earlobe as he whispered, "How are you feeling after flying for so long?" The werewolf dragged Alexander to a chair and pulled him onto his lap, wrapping his arms once more around his waist and hugging him from his back.

    Alexander shrugged his shoulders a little bit at his first words. “I’m lucky to have a mate like you. I don’t know what I would do without you. You mean the absolute world to me. I think I would be dead without you.” He mumbled. He knew that he would be dead if it wasn’t for the other male. He was a bit surprised with the sudden kiss, but kissed him back rather happily. He clearly was so happy at the moment. He knew that he loved Eden’s lips as well. There was something so amazing about it. He wouldn’t trade their relationship for the world. “I’m a little tired, but I slept for most of the trip. I’m rested enough to do whatever you would like.” He whispered. He smiled lazily at him as he was pulled into his lap. It was clearly how happy he was.

    "You mean the world to me as well." Eden mumbled with his forehead resting against Alexander's shoulder. This relationship meant too much to him for him to ever even think about trading it for something...maybe if it was something that would make the other happier, then maybe. A smile adorned his face. "I say we take a bit of rest so we're fully rested first, then we could go out and look at everything." He said and flicked Alexander's cheek. "What were you thinking of? Get your head out of the gutter, Alexander." He tutted playfully.

    Alexander glanced over to him with a gentle smile, clearly glad that Eden was feeling that way. He knew that he would do absolutely anything for their relationship. They both deserved to be as happy as they could be. If they weren’t, they needed to adjust some thing so that they would be. That is exactly what they were doing now. They weren’t happy like they used to be back home so they decided to go on vacation to help with that. He knew it was a bit of an odd thing to do, but it was exactly what they needed. They both seemed to be smiling idiots now. “That sounds like a good idea.” He agreed. He had thought that Eden was going to want to do something else. That is why he had said everything that he did. He rolled his eyes some. “I thought you were thinking of something else. I know how your brain works.” He teased.

    Eden was like an excited child but tried to put a lid over his excitement so that he doesn't appear even more idiotic. He was glad of the rash decision they made to travel out. No more problems with the werewolves - well the problems are still there, just far away - and less thinking about all the sad memories that occurred in that place. He winked at Alexander as he said, "Shh, no one needs to know what I was thinking." He joked, confirming Alexander's suspicions. "You know, I have never been outside of the States. It's nice to see something completely different every once in a while."

    If Alexander could relate Eden to anything, it would be like the other male had turned into a kid in a candy shop. He was grateful to see him so happy though. He hadn’t been this happy in a very long time. He was grateful to be away from home as well. This would be so good for them. They deserved this. He rolled his eyes some then. “Ah yes, because there is a whole crowd of people that I just revealed your thoughts to. I might as well go onto the beach and shout it there.” He continued to joke some. There was less tension in the air and it was wonderful. He looked to him with gentle eyes then. “Me either. I was locked up in the lab for so many years. I didn’t know how wonderful this is.” He admitted.

    I'm cool or as cool as someone who has two tests and is procrastinating the absolute shit out of studying rip. Good luck with entering your senior year <33 hOpE YoU SuRvIvE.:)) I'm going to go for a bit and study now tho. Also, I don't really know what to do now so this post feels a bit aimless. ))


    Eden laughed at Alexander's sarcasm. "Neither, but eh we're here. So let's enjoy it as much as we can." He smiled gently at the other. The werewolf nuzzled the back of Alexander's neck, planting a soft kiss. He was glad that the other was slowly going back into his sarcastic and snarky self. He was joking once again - both of them were. This was a small thing yet seemed like a positive huge step. Eden just knew that their time here was going to be beneficial for their relationship and selves.

    Alexander nodded his head some in agreement. “That sounds like a good plan. I can’t wait to see everything with you. We both deserve this.” He confessed. He didn’t think that he had seen Eden acting like this in a very long time. It was absolutely wonderful though. He would do anything to keep them as happy as they currently were. “We actually don’t have to rest if you don’t want to. I am fine with just going and exploring if you want to do that. I will be awake enough for it.” He assured. He truly was just looking forward to exploring. He shifted to kiss his cheek in return. “Or we could have some fun in here before we go. It has been way too long since we have done that. I would totally be up for it.” He mumbled. He shifted to be straddling his lap then. He kissed him happily.

    Eden listened to the first suggestion and hummed in thought, hesitating. Did he want to go out and start exploring right away? He paused at the next suggestion and smiled cheekily, kissing Alexander back. His hand rested on Alexander's hips while the other caressed his cheek while they kissed. "I'm down to have some fun." The werewolf purred, kissing down his jaw.

    Alexander had allowed for a smirk to come onto his lips when he felt the kisses on his jaw. He had allowed for Eden to do whatever he wanted to. He could tell that they both had needed to do this. He felt a lot more relaxed and much calmer after they both were done. He pressed one final kiss to his lips, moving away from him carefully. “I love you.” He spoke softly. He moved to get dressed once again. He was actually rather excited to go exploring now. “I hope you aren’t too tired to go exploring.” He teased gently. He was gazing back at the other male with pure love in his eyes. He felt almost like everything was back to normal. This was exactly what he needed at the current moment in time.

    Eden had enjoyed it after they were done and had the blanket covering him. He was purely content and had turned from the glass pane to Alexander at his words, a smile on his lips. "I love you too, Alex. But why are you dressing? I like it better when your clothes were on the floor." Eden teased as he sat up. A chuckle escaped him. "Me? Tired? Never.." He replied dramatically and got up. He grabbed his clothes and put them on as well. Grabbing both his and Alexander's hat, he put it on the other's head as he passed and opened the door. "After you." He said dramatically.

    idea: what if when they get back, they end up meeting james (alex’s old lover)? they realize that he wasn’t actually killed by the lab. that would cause some drama between eden and them all. and maybe he teamed up with the werewolves to try and get the two of them split?))


    Alexander glanced over at him as he finished pulling a shirt over his head. He rolled his eyes a little bit. “Oh shut up. You have seen enough of my body for today.” He teased a little bit then. He truly was glad to see how happy they both were. They needed this more than he could say. “Mhm, what a liar. You are tired a lot more than you admit.” He continued to tease. He waited for him to catch up, not expecting the hat on his head. “What if I didn’t want to wear the hat?” He joked. It was clear he wanted to, but he liked to push some at the other’s buttons. He moved to step out the door, pressed a quick kiss to his cheek as he did so. He then waited to be able to take his hand as they walked away. He made sure to stick close to his side. He hadn’t looked this happy in a very long time.

    Eden snickered, "In this heat and sun? I'd say you'd reger that decision pretty quickly." He adjusted his own hat on his head. He hummed his approval at the kiss on his cheek, grabbing Alexander's hand the moment he stepped out. The werewolf had his sleeves rolled up and had goned back to the reception area. He had read about a tour group that sets of at approximately this time everyday. Reserving positions for them he waited patiently with Alexander before a bus pulled up front. They got on it and were driven to the Pyramids. Eden seemed pretty excited about it as he kept caressing his thumb across the other's knuckles, tapping it on his hand or giving odd, affectionate squeezes at random times. Later on, they were both walking on the sand towards the hills in the distance with hundreds of people and a few camels passing by them.

    “You never know. I could be wanting my hair to get nice and highlighted from the sun. That would look weird though, wouldn’t it? A vampire with highlights in his hair. Okay, maybe wearing a hat is a good idea.” Alexander worked through it as he spoke, shrugging his shoulders some when he was finished speaking. He laced their fingers together happily as they walked back towards the reception area. He truly was excited for the tour that they were going to be going on. It showed on his face as well. He would return the affectionate gestures by pressing gentle kisses to his cheek every now and then. Of course he accidentally hit him with the hat every now and then. It would just make him giggle whenever he did it. He got off the bus with the other male once they were there. His eyes were a bit wide, holding a lot of excitement in them. “Oh my god, I still can’t believe we are actually here.” He confessed.

    Eden would pout or flick the other's nose whenever he hit him with his hat to annoy him. He looked at Alexander with a grin going from ear to ear as he said, "Neither. This is probably one of the best decisions we made." They stood to the side as everyone else on the bus stepped down and they formed a loose cloud of people. There was a rumble of excitement as everyone talked to the person beside them. Soon enough, they started walking and their guide began telling them the history or this desert. Eden was snapping photos on his phone of everything and he took a couple of Alexander without him noticing. "Hey, vampy. You look really cute in this." Eden teased and showed the other a glimpse of one of the silly photos he took without his attention.

    Alexander would always frown whenever the other male did that. It was clear to see that he was just trying to keep the mood light though. His frown didn’t last long and was always replaced with a bright smile. “It really is. But then again, you decided to bring us hats so I will have to thank you later on tonight.” His voice had dropped to be a bit more seductive then, leaning over to lightly nip at his ear. He pressed one more kiss to his cheek before they got off of the bus. He just made sure that he stuck close to the other male, listening to everything that the tour guide was telling them. It all sounded quite interesting actually. He clearly didn’t notice the other male taking pictures of him. He glanced over when he was mentioned, blinking as he looked at the screen. “Eden, I look terrible.” He whined jokingly.
