Can I reserve a spot for healer and kid? I’ll get my forms up as soon as possible but I’m heading off to school at the moment.
[align=center]

[font=tahoma][color=black]Name: Roseilia J. Travers
Gender: Female
Age: 26 y/o
Species: Clouded Leopard
Rank: Healer
Appearance: HERE
Personality: HERE
History: HERE
Weaknesses/Disabilities: - Sometimes overbearing kindness
- Shy (overly so unless person is in need of assistance)
- Slightly deaf (mostly from screaming patients but also from loud music)
- Slightly naive
- Has to eat some form of meat after dealing with blood (her other side is carnivorous after all)
Family: James Travers (adopted son)
Theme song: Medicine by Daughter (You’ve got a warm heart, you’ve got a beautiful brain, but it’s disintegrating~)
Other: Any questions? Plot ideas?

[align=center]

[font=tahoma][color=black]Name: James R. Travers
Gender: Male
Age: 16 y/o
Species: Black bear
Rank: Kid (Scout-in-training)
Appearance: James is tall and lanky, standing at 5’10” with lean muscles and black-brown hair. His eyes are a steely grey-blue, and almond shaped. His skin tone is actually quite pale due to being kept from sunlight, and his hands are heavily calloused and covered in scars due to his hobby in carving. His feet aren’t much different (beside the scars). He weighs a good 130 lbs. In his bear form, he has the same colors eyes and fur. His scars carry over into this form as well, and he’s got rather sharp ivory claws. He stands at just about 6 feet when standing on his hind legs and weighs just a little over his human form at 145 lbs. As both forms are still growing, his full size is not yet know, but is estimated to be 6 foot and 135 lbs in human form and 7 feet and 400 lbs in bear form.
Personality: The tall dark haired male is more than likely to pull off a “dark and mysterious” look when you first meet him. He’s not very big on conversation, and is usually found with earbuds in and a knife in hand. It’s not like he would stab you with then knife, seeing as it’s only out when he’s carving wood or soap, but he will use it in self defense. This is why most steer clear of the young male. If you do get to know him though, you find he’s actually really sweet. He likes to go out of his way to help others and will actually shy away from praise for doing so. He’s also actually quite shy, which is what causes him to be so untalkative. Especially around girls. All in all, he’s a really sweet dude who has a very sarcastic sense of humor. As long as you don’t mess with his family, no one will get hurt.
History: In the small town of Jackson, Georgia on May 7th, a young black haired boy was born to the Rowen Family. The father and mother of this child, Jack and Lily, were your average couple. Jack had a nice job as a Doctor at a nearby hospital and Lily was a part-timer librarian at a local library. Their house was pretty ordinary, it’s tan shingles a tad too close to the house next over like all the others and black roof soaking up the sun’s heat. It was average, just the way the family liked it. Their young boy, later to be known as James (after his late grandfather), looked to be an average boy. His black locks were from his father while his grey-blue eyes were his mother. He had five finger and five toes, two arms and legs, a nice little bellybutton, and. . .a blue tongue. It had shocked the parents, and had turned their life upside down from that moment on. Having been born near the beginning of the plague, the humans hadn’t quite banded together, but it was quite clear that it was getting close. The parents had no clue want to do with their newborn child, but knew they were going to try, no matter what, to keep him safe. Using the basement under their house, they created a room for their son which they labeled the “Safe Shed”. The couple told their family and friends that they had given birth to a stillborn, but in all reality were hiding the boy right beneath their feet. As years passed and times got harder, the family found it harder and harder to keep their secret. James was a curious boy, who was currently at the age of 10, and was constantly trying to get to the outside world. He hated being cooped up 24/7 and wanted to explore. He didn’t understand that he could get seen, or even worse, get infected. It was just nearing his eleventh birthday when he noticed they had stopped coming. He hadn’t had a meal in days. The only way he was getting water was through a crack in the ceiling near the door. All of the lights had gone off, and the only air came from the small crake between the cellar doors. The small child knew he would die soon if they didn’t come soon. Acting on instinct, James shifted and tried to break the doors open. After popping an arm out of socket and screaming ‘til he lost his voice, James fell unconscious. He was awoken two days later by a kind lady named Roseilia, who told him exactly what happened. She had been scavenging through an abandoned neighborhood when she had found a young couple, both showing signs of the disease and both shot in the head at point blank range. She had heard his last cries for help and had found him shifting back into human form right as she got the door open. She had taken him to her home with the other shapeshifters, and ended up adopting him. James has lived here ever since then.
Weaknesses/Disabilities: - Stubborn
- Sort of a pessimist
- Can get violent at times
- Absolute darkness and closed spaces cause anxiety attacks due to childhood trauma
- His family is his biggest weakness. He can’t stand fighting with them, and definitely can’t stand seeing them hurt.
Family: Roseilia Travers (Adoptive mother)
Theme song: Monster by Imagine Dragons (If I told you what I was, would you turn your back on me?)
Other: If you do end up allowing humans to be played, it could start out as just a child who was orphaned or who ran from home and just so happened to stumble across camp. They end up taking them in (after much debate) and realize some humans aren’t so bad. They then start allowing a select few humans (most likely children) into their little family. (We totally don’t have to use this, it was just an idea for later on).

[font=tahoma][color=black]Name: Lee Heffling
Gender: Male
Age: 18
Species: Rat
Rank: Healer?
Appearance: Just look in my signature/avatar ;)
Personality: Lee can be rather egotistical, but he tries to keep it under the radar most of the time, only truly acting on it when he does something first that no one else thought about. It especially happens when he helps someone with something important- which in turn brings him to expecting lots of attention back for his "favor". He has a hard time relating to others, so he usually makes up his own versions of people to have in his mind and tends to fall in love with that instead of the actual person themselves.
History: Lee grew up as a lab rat- being experimented on by scientists checking to see what medicines worked and didn't work. Of course though, that means that most of those he liked tended to die, and sometimes he too wished he would die just so he wouldn't have to suffer through being experimented on anymore as well. Thankfully that didn't happen, but he still looks back sometimes to the days where he had to lie next to the dead in metal cages as he was prodded with needles and shaven when he needed to go in for the stupid little surgeries. Clearly though that life didn't last forever for him, because when push came to shove the discoveries of the scientists fell short and he was soon able to escape in the dreaded state of Earth. That is when he came across the fellow group of shifters he now resided with.
Weaknesses/Disabilities: -trust issues
-falls in love with the idea of things rather than the actual thing
-PTSD (from experiments, especially pertaining to needles and blood
Family: n/a (if he has anyone, he is unaware as he was a lab rat)
Theme song: i'll try to figure out a specific one later, he has a few
Other: Perhaps there could be a famine esc issue that goes on? or their supplies in their camp get cut short?
again, look at signature/avatar ;)

Neat! Both healer spots are actually filled at the moment, unless Darkrose decides to change one of their characters' ranks. ( and anyway, there's lots of blood and gore in being a healer which I'd imagine would trigger his PSTD)
Could I have a description or picture of his human form as well?

editted.
also, i was assuming that since her(?) form wasn't filled out that she wasn't automatically accepted into the rank since roleplays (the ones i've taken part in) don't work that way. As for the healer thing triggering his PTSD, that's sort of what i'm going for. It's going to be something he has to deal with and get over, which is why I listed it as a weakness. Since he grew up in a lab then he knows how to heal others when he's equipped with the right stuff, so it would be stupid to just let that knowledge go to waste. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

James is done! I’ll finish Roseilia tomorrow.
-
probably gonna make a loner and a hunter. do you mind if i make the character sheets more fancy/detailed?
-
Sure, do your thing. So long as it contains everything I’ve asked for, I’m good.
Been really caught up lately, I’m sorry if I missed anyone. Lee and James are accepted

Name: Annie Fawn
Gender: Female
Age: 19
Species: Peregrine Falcon
Rank: Hunter
Appearance: HERE
Personality:
-Proud
-outspoken
-confident
-passionate and driven
-open minded
-friendly
-stubbron
-vindictive
History: Used to live with her family before they moved (humans got to close to their home). They were nomadic for a bit, until Annie's mother became sick. Her father stayed behind with her mother to care for her, Annie was encouraged to move on and meet up with the tribe. She still waits for them.
Weaknesses/Disabilities: -can't run very fast, and a little heavy footed
-her hair is long and can be grabbed at
-her eyesight is 20/20, her hearing, however, is not
Family: Father and mother, no siblings
Theme song: We come running (youngblood hawke)
Other: Nope!

-
Hey there! Characters up to 17 actually have to be ranked as kids, so you could make her 18 and I'd put her in as a hunter if you like. Otherwise she's a kid until she reaches 18.
-
Of course! Sorry for that!

Name: Morgan Annabelle Reese
Gender: Female
Age: 17, about to turn 18
Species: Red fox
Rank: Hunter-in-training
Appearance: A small girl with a petite frame to match, standing proudly at 5'3". Morgan has a small, heart-shaped face, with large, curious green eyes and an ever so slightly upturned nose. She has bright red curls with hints of gold in them, though she tends not to keep them longer than shoulder-length due to long hair being very easy to grab. She doesn't have much muscle on her body, being made for running and contorting to tight spaces.
Personality: A quiet girl, she tends to lead with quiet pride in herself and the others around her. She believes that everyone can do good and should be proud of themselves, although she tends to doubt herself when things go wrong and needs reassurance at points. She's fun to be around and is a very touchy-feely kind of person, hugging people in greeting and cracking jokes which make people fall over. Morgan can't really understand things past physical comfort, however. If someone needs a hug and a shoulder to cry on, she's your girl, but if they need a pep talk she definitely isn't. She also tends to say the wrong things at the wrong time, offending people on accident and she takes that personally a lot of the time.
History: HERE
Weaknesses/Disabilities: HERE
Family: HERE
Theme song: TITLE/ARTIST (LYRIC)
Other: Any questions? Plot ideas?

Dudes, I just accidentally clicked this, and suddenly remembered this was awesome. Thinkin' of rebooting it, but I suck at admin-ing threads.
-
Oof. We didn't get very far with this. I'm so busy lately with a bunch of crap but if I have an admin partner I might be willing to reboot it. (and it might stay alive a bit longer this time around, stars willing)
Would you be willing to be co-admin in that case?
-
Yeah, we got, what, 3 posts in the roleplay? Sure, I'd love to be co-admin though!
-
Nice! I'll throw up the new thread now while I'm on, unless you have something to add to the rules or plot?
-
Noop, it's all cool!
