  • Jabori had never thought this the kind of life for him. He thought he'd be fine! Just him and the wind at his back! But those were little cub dreams, little things in a big world. They were things that he now shook his head at and pretended he wasn't embarrassed for.
Was trust to be put in this clan of blizzards?

To be put into new hands to be passed around?

Or was it to be held tight to his chest until he knew they wouldn't tug him by the tail and dangle him over the edge. Jabori was scared of heights, so that did not seem very fun.

Though maybe the pain should have been the first thought.

    Hmm...

His paws seemed to move on their own, the feel of the stone beneath nothing but a far off thought. He was young, and dumb, but also a socially anxious kid who worried people would laugh at him if he made one mistake.

    A relatable thing.

    Ugh, what an embarrassment.

Each word was tossed around, a beg? No. Pleading? No. Acting cool? No.

Anxiously his feet moved quickly, near stumbling and tumbling at a few points. Oh, no, no, no. That was not a good thing, if his thumping heart had a say.

Oh no. The top was just there!

    What if they said no?

What if they turned him down!?

He didn't even think of a backup if they said no!

Oh no, oh no, oh no.

He wasn't ready, he wasn't ready! He was a dumb adolescent what was he doing-!?

    "Hello, errr. I'm, Jabori..? I wanna...you know...join..."

he lifted his head looking around.

    Oh.

    "Er... hel...lo..?"

//dabs wassup im glad to be here sorry this sux

  • "Hey there," Piedpiper greeted Jabori, trotting over so as to not keep the young wildcat waiting too long. He was pretty big for a little guy, huh. "Don't look so scared." A small, airy smile formed at his mouth. "You're in. Welcome to BlizzardClan." It was a pretty straightforward process, real easy actually, but Piper still remembered how nervous he felt when he had first joined BlizzardClan and HawkClan. He could relate. "I'm Piedpiper, by the way."

  • THE IRONY HOWEVER, IS THAT I'M NOT ACTUALLY ANGRY —

Well god damn, the horse sized dragon approaching would probably add to the cub's nervousness, but Kady was smart. As soon as she was close enough for a conversation she casually lays down on the ground so her form can appear smaller. "Don't listen to him. You should be scared." And the female looks serious for a split second before she glances over at Piedpiper, a big smirk forming on her face now. "Kidding, kidding. I'd actually trust this guys with my life so don't worry. I'm Kady. Welcome to BlizzardClan."

    Two!?

He'd expected some but he hadn't actually prepared himself for an actual...confrontation? Oh he wasn't sure what to do.

But he kept himself standing, hoping to come off as, well, not...weak.

Should he be scared, shouldn't he?

    He didn't know!

    S-So intimidating !

    Oh my!

"I-I'm Jabori!" already been said. Well, damn.

"I-I mean-! Er! Um, p-please accept me! I'll do anything I can!"

Please don't eat me, dragon! Er, Kady...

  • Osiris had met many a person with depression and social anxiety and things like that. So he couldn't say that Jabori was acting unusual or anything - but it was kind of unusual...wasn't it? Or not? He shook his head, smiling at the cub. "Don't worry, we won't turn you away. Welcome to BlizzardClan - my name is Osiris. It's a pleasure to meet you. Where do you come from? You look too young to be by yourself..."
