  • UPHEAVAL

We will fight till we are no more.

The Commonwealth. A kingdom, established on blood and rot, ruled by the falsely noble. You, are one of the many groups under the Commonwealth's reign, expected to bow to their power and give tribute. Known officially as the group of Ravenreach, your home has had enough! Taking the name Upheaval in a show of resistance, you will amass power, and overthrow the Commonwealth's treacherous rulers.

The forests home to the Commonwealth are a large stretch of subalpine forest. The capital, Adderspond, is built in the warmest and most well fortified area, close to a fresh water lake and full of thriving prey. Groups like yours, are not as lucky. Ravenreach is on the cusp of northern mountains of the Commonwealth, summers are sweltering and dry, while winters are plagued with harsh winds and heavy snow. Prey is hard found, and fresh water is hard reached.

The Commonwealth believes in a strict order of New Gods. The New Gods revolve around an order of knight like figures, who promote loyalty to the royal line, and encourage serving them. The main New God is named Sun. Often times government officials will check over a group's loyalty to the New Gods, often forcing those they suspect into strict questioning.

In Ravenreach, and most of the other groups, Starclan or the Old Gods as they are known now, are looked too secretly. Government officals that find any worship to the Old Gods are encouraged to make an example of those guilty.

    RAVENREACH

Government officials, also known as Enforcers, live in pairs watching groups for the Commonwealth. They are forbidden from making friends or taking mates from the clans, and report directly to Silver, the Queen's son. Enforcers may engage in romantic relationships with each other, but it's considered a more taboo practice.

Consultants, also known as Clan Leaders, are three cats who speak for and represent their groups. Together, they attempt to make the best decisions for their homes, and keep the Enforcers happy. Often, a Royal Consultant, or a cat considered to be 'highly' bred than the other consultants will be chosen to represent their clans at trade meetings to the royal family. This however does not make them more important than the other consultants.

The Herbalist, also known as Healer, is a cat trained both in herbal remedies, trade, and healing. Often times they're consulted by nearly everyone in the clan, especially by Enforcers, as they often have a taste for a special herb named, Nicobock. Grown specially by the Commonwealth capital, and extremely expensive for anyone but Enforcers. It doesn't taste great, but is extremely addictive.

The general store owner, known as the Cliff, runs the store in town! They have the best connections with traders, and often get outside news first. Extremely adept in trading.

Citizens, also known as Warriors, make up the main force of the clans. They take care of each other, and often hunt and gather whatever they can. 15 moons and up.

Apprentices, are young cats in the clans! This includes the Herbalist's Apprentice. Typically 6-15 moons old.

Nursery-bound, are nursing and expecting cats.

    Kits, 0-6 moons old.

Elders, old and retired warriors and consultants!
