Hello! I'm a big fan of the Mortal Instruments series and was thinking about doing something like with Clary, Jace and Sebastian?
Or a similar plot line but with original character? If you prefer RPing females like me, we could each RP a girl and boy.

Im interest i may not read the whole series i know whats it about. And I've seen half way of the season of the show. And i read the prequel book the clockwork angel. Im interest in a similar plotline with original characters
I've only read the Mortal Instruments series, none of the prequels or companion books. Haven't watched Shadowhunters either...
But I'm still interested in doing an RP!

Well some of it i know that claire father is valentine who wasnt the mortal cup and destroy the hunters and the shadow hunters protect the mundane world from demons. And yea sort of. Anything else did i miss from the main story line?
Valentine doesn't want the destruction of the mundanes or Shadowhunters, he wants the destruction of all Downworlders.
Valentine ends up dying and his son, Clary's brother Johnathan who goes by Sebastian, carries on the mission

Ok, I'll go book by book to fill you in... I haven't read the last book yet, and I'm currently rereading the series, so I'll try my best. I'll also try to shorten them as much as I can as well.
Book 1, City of Bones
Clary Fray finds out after her mother's been kidnapped that Jocelyn Fray-her mother who was once known as Jocelyn Fairchild-is a Shadowhunter and the ex-wife of Valentine.
She finds this out after running into a group of Shadowhunters her age-Alec and Isabelle Lightwood, and Jace Wayland.
After going with the Silent Brothers, they find that their is a block in Clary's mind put there by a Warlock by the name of Magnus Bane, High Warlock of Brooklyn.
After finding Magnus, the group learns that Jocelyn had been taking Clary to see him her whole life, blocking her memories of anything from their world she'd seen-including locking away her Sight.
Valentine has Jocelyn, and he wants the Mortal Cup which can turn mundanes into Shadowhunters, but Clary's mother hid it away somewhere. Luke-or Lucian Graymark-who was also a Shadowhunter who had abandoned that world and Clary and Jocelyn's good family friend, seemed to abandon them as well.
Simon, Clary's mundane best friend, gets mixed up in all of it after finding Clary and seeing some stuff he shouldn't have seen. So he was filled in.
Chemistry between Jace and Clary grows, Simon becomes jealous and during a mishap at a party thrown by Magnus Bane, ends up in a vampire den after turning into a rat and being mistaken for one of the vampires' friends.
Anyways, Clary figures out where the Cup is, Valentine makes a come back aaannnnddd....
Jace and her are brother and sister! Or, so he claims, at least. Valentine is Clary's father, and Jace was raised by him(this part will be explained more come book 3)
Anyways, Valentine gets thrown through a portal and Jace and Clary are left with the fact that they are siblings.
Oh, and Luke comes back, apologizing cause he was only trying to protect Clary and it turns out he's a werewolf and the leader of a pack.
Hmm... I don't think I missed anything important... At least, I hope I didn't... Like I said, I'm rereading them so of I find something I missed, I'll inform him
Yea thanks and got that we could have original character and we could change the brother sister part to like our characters be love interest if that's cool with you?
They are love interests lol even though they think they're brother and sister, it's revealed in book 3 that they're actually not related at all

I usually RP as the female, but if that's what you prefer as well then we can both play females and males

Ok cool so then I'll make my character that'll essentially take over Clary's spot and you can make a character to take over Jace's. Sound good?
