Mai let out mutters of how she never wanted this, how she never wanted to be hurt, how she never wanted to be simply a test subject. How she wanted to be free. "She's muttering, it's starting to work!"

Blake said," Mai! Come back to me to your father to us. Look i promise you to protect you and make sure you never go back to tbat stupid lab. I promise!" He bring her into a hug.

Mai couldn't hold back any longer and let her tears out. She sobbed, and Satoshi hugged her as well. Clawmon and Salamon rubbed up to her to help her as well.

Blake hugged her a bit tightly and said," I'm so sorry that happened to you, but I promise you I won't let them take you back or hurt you at all, they won't touch you not when I'm here."

She looked at him. "T-thank you..."

Blake smiled and said," i promise you and I'll prove it. And no problem."

Mai wiped her tears away with some help from Clawmon.

Blake looks at her, with a small smile. Then he looked at her father.

Satoshi was speaking softly to Mai to try and calm her even further.

Blake backs up he didn't know what else to say to her

Clawmon looked at Blake, nodding as if baching off now was the best idea. She'd have run through her cycle by now, and it seemed Satoshi and Salamon knew as they backed off as well. Mai's eyes flashed red and blue slowly, and she was restarting her cycle.

Blaje looked at her. Concerned but thinking

After the cycle restarted, Mai collapsed into Satoshi's arms. So that's why she was getting tired. Her cycle was almost out.

Blake looks at her tgen her father. He sighed. He said," the scientist and the people who did this need to pay for what they did

Satoshi nodded. "They stole her from us when she was five, we didn't get her back until she was eleven."

He said," thats when they shut down the program no??" He looked

Mai shook her head. "They shut it down, and they kept me there... They were allowed to keep or put down any experiments they had already created... I escaped before I was put down or locked away."

Blake looked at her and looked down and said," That sucks." He sighed.

Mai nodded. "Most of the others are only used for extra tests or to get escaped experiments back."
Satoshi looked angry. "I won't let them take my daughter away from me again." Clawmon and Salamon nodded in agreement.
