    Unlike most clans that were founded by rogues, loners or kittypets, FogClan was founded by a Clan-born she-cat named Fogheart. She was born into a clan called EagleClan but left shortly after her warriorship, like the rest of her littermates and kin. Fogheart started FogClan in a shadowy forest that was known for it's thick fog. Most cats were scared off by the fog but Fogheart felt at home in it. Naming herself "Fogstar", the smoky gray she-cat with pale green eyes began recruiting cats with lost souls into her Clan. She invited Clan cats that were banished from their old clans and allowed them to live in the thickness of the fog, under her ruling. In order to maintain order, Fogstar had to become heartless, and that she did. Feeling no sympathy and shredding no mercy, FogClan was ruthless. Good cats joined the Clan but didn't live long or twisted their soul into the realm of the Dark Forest. Even through the darkness of this Clan, there was still a single ounce of light that shed through the fog. A pale she-cat with cheetah spots by the name of Leopardpool, who was adopted into the Clan as an apprentice was the only light that showed; she was StarClan last hope. The Dark Forest had their savior as well, a pure white tomcat with empty, black eyes by the name of Ebonyeyes.

    Both Leopardpaw and Ebonypaw grew up together, best friends alongside a dark tabby tomcat by the name of Adderpaw. They were the "Three Muskateers"! Ironic enough, Ebonypaw was in love with Leopardpaw; however, Leopardpaw was not in love with Ebonypaw. Ebonypaw was wicked from the very beginning, and Leopardpaw was aware of it. Leopardpaw changed Adderpaw's heart to shine light on the Clan but she could not spare Ebonypaw. Leopardpaw fell in love with Adderpaw, and later the two became mates. Ebonyeyes felt betrayed and attempted to murder Leopardpool but was stopped by Adderstrike. Addestrike was actually Ebonyeyes' killer, not Leopardpool. And after Ebonyeyes' death, Fogstar vanished along with all the other darkened souls of the Clan.

    Adderstrike became the next leader of FogClan and moved the Clan to a bright home with many streams and waterfalls. The sun shone brightly over the Clan but every morning there'd be a little fog to indicate the history of the Clan. Eventually, Adderstar and Leopardpool had a single she-kit, whom they named Leopardkit. Leopardkit went on to become Leopardstrike and then after her parents' deaths, she was known as Leopardstar.

    //i'm still trying to find a good fancypost for my girl's but i'm having trouble so it may be a little bit before i get a decent fancypost for them [or maybe i'll find one soon idk]

    but, until then, here's an okay-ish post to start off



    rowankit's maw stretched wide with a yawn as she wandered around the camp, bored out of her mind. she was also doing her best to avoid any other cat that might be in the camp, always darting away as soon as she saw someone. continuing on her way, rowankit paid no mind to the sun heated spots in the camp as she wandered about. she walked right through them as if it were nothing, and truthfully she didn't really feel anything. the warmth on her fur felt amazing, and it wasn't long before she had found a rather small sunning spot and allowed herself to flop down, purring as the sun began to warm her fur. //open for interaction

    skeletonstar was already wide awake and, upon hearing her fellow leader wake up, turned to face the older she-cat, her face a blank slate before she offered her a small smile and wave her tail in greeting. "good morning, leopardstar. did you sleep well?" she questioned softly, tilting her head curiously to one side. skeletonstar had gotten good at the whole 'faking emotions' thing, but there was a teensy little part of her that almost felt guilty for lying to everyone about how she felt, but skeleton pushed that thought away and kept her focus on leopardstar.

    Face curled into his paws, soft snores left the tom. Soon, a soft snort escaped him and eyes fluttered open. Cloudbelly slowly rose to his paws, yawning before leaving the den. Green eyes looked at the trio of Whisperbreeze, Redpaw and Nightfrost. He thought about saying a good morning to them but thought against it, after all he was basically wasting away, food was more important then charming the hearts of his astounding clanmates. So, he padded to the fresh kill pike, tail swaying to and fro before plopping down near the pile, removing a mouse from the pile and laying down to eat.


    Grumbling, Cherrypaw tried to cover his ears, to catch more sleep before he had to do his warrior duties. But, that was inevitable right now. With a huff, he got up to stretch, claws outstretching and dragging against the hard surface of the floor. Now, slightly more awake yet still irritable, he left the den and gazed around with a bored expression. There wasn't any one who particularly was interested in talking too. Excel for Willowbreeze, but interrupting would just be rude. But he really wanted to know what they were to do today.


    He hissed at himself for how unsure he was, and just sat outside near the apprentice den entrance, the only decision he could decide on.

    Nearly bolting out of his pelt when Bristlepaw spoke to to him, amber gaze landed on the tabby tom, burning with fury. With a hard swallow, he calmed down although his fur was sticking at up.


    "No! How about you just buzz off?!" The cream colored tom hissed, baring his teeth. Perhaps he was being a bit too harsh. But the other tom left such a sour taste in his mouth. He wanted absolutely nothing to do with him. "Isn't there anybody else you could bother?!"

    True to her name, Wolfkit much preferred to be a lone wolf. With no mother, no father, only an uncle who visited her and her two brothers, she really didn’t find a good outcome that would ever come in trying to get close to any relatives. Before she knew it, they’d be gone, and would never come back like how her parents left her without even as much as a goodbye. So, the moment she woke up this morning, she only quietly walked up to the freshkill pile and got herself a mouse that would serve good for her. As much as she’d love to get out of camp, she was still about a moon away until her apprenticeship, and for now, she could only sit quietly, and wait for that moment to come.


    Silently, she prayed to StarClan that Nightfrost won’t ever spot her alone. There’s bound to be another lecture about “spending more time with her brothers” and she was honestly getting sick of that.

    Mountainfire awoke and padded out into the clearing, the dimness of the sunlight filtering in hit his eyes and he grumbled softly as he was blinded for a few moments. The large tom then sat back on his haunches while blinking rapidly so that he could get rid of the hurt in his eyes. Once it had subsided he looked around to see the clan finally coming to life in the early morning, he smiled softly before letting a soft yawn escape him. He hadn't slept much these past few moons, he had a few nightmare,but he chose to ignore them for now. He sighted then wrapped his tail around his broad frame as he looked out over the clearing.

    Cricketpaw could hear Cherrypaw huffing about in the den what is his problem? she grumbled as she began to get up a little irritated for the tom waking her up because of his problems. She padded out into the clearing on the search for her mentor, it was a new day and she was eager to learn some new things from the deputy. The young black she cat groomed her pelt quickly making sure to get all of the hairs that decided to stick out while she slept, before she lifted her head again to find the pelt of her mentor.

    Winterstorm padded back into the clearing after visiting the dirt place, his stomach had kept him up, sometimes that happend and Mountainfire told him there wasn't anything they could do about the white warrior getting a little touch of some food poisoning. He sighed noticing everyone getting up, he was hoping he would be able to go to sleep again but that was shattered within moments. He then decided to go bask on a rock allowing the sunrays to warm his pelt from the slightly chilled morning.

    *:･ﾟ✦ Skyfire rose herself from her sleep and began to stand up from her nest. The sleek female left the den and began to look around the camp for other signs of life. Her eyes fell on Leopardstar, her leader, and she dipped her head respectfully to her

    *:･ﾟ✦ Tigersoul had been up before dawn, seeing as she had been restless the entire night and did not want to bother the other sleeping cats. she stretched out and had managed to hunt a bit before anyone had even awoken. She wasn't original in this thought, seeing as Longface had been up early as well. This did not surprise her though. The strange, tiger marked female looked at all of her stirring clanmates and let out a happy sigh. She always wanted to be a part of something that she felt she contributed to. She couldn't really ask for more except for a family.

"Have anything planned for us today, or not quite?" she asked with great understanding in her voice

She grunted, trying to pull out a particularly stubborn tangle. She finished grooming her tail, flicking out any dirt that may have gotten caught.
