  • The god perked up at her agreeing that it would be a good idea. Nodding he made his way out of the temple, into the sunlight for the first time in a long time. Looking over his shoulder he waited for her to join him before he started walking again. He looked this way and that clearly wondering which way to go. Anubis waved her forwards as he ventured towards the fields of tall wheat planted in neat perfectly straight rows. “You can plant anything here.” The god said, with a hint of boastfulness in his tone. “If you’re going to insist on cooking then I suppose you should plant things to actually use.” The god hypotheses as they walked along past the wheat.

  • “Wow, do you really mean it?” Emma asked, a bit surprised by his generous offer. Everything here was so pretty, it seemed as if a god like Anubis wouldn’t even let a mortal touch a finger on his greenery. Unless...“Anubis,” Emma began to ask. “Even though I’m now a jackal, do you think I’m still mortal?”
