Arabella snuggled closer to him. “I felt like I was.”
-
"How?" He asked, wrapping her up in his coat.
-
Arabella smiled softly when he wrapped her up. “Because you’re probably busy a lot, you run a chocolate factory.”
-
"And that means I don't want to see you?" Willy asked, a smile on his face.
-
Arabella shrugged slightly. “Maybe.”
-
"No. Don't assume." Willy murmured.
-
Arabella looked to him briefly. “Okay...”
-
Willy pushed her hair back. "I promise it's okay."
-
Arabella felt a soft blush rise to her cheeks. “If you say so...”
-
"I say so." Willy hummed, looking up when he saw Charlie. The boy smiled and ran to hug Arabella.
-
Arabella smiled and shifted in Willy’s embrace to hug the boy back.
-
"You came back!" Charlie smiled. "We missed you."
-
Arabella smiled as they hugged. “I did. I would’ve come earlier but I misunderstood.”
-
Willy laughed. "She thought we hated her."
Charlie shook his head. "Never."
-
Arabella felt her cheeks flush. “I didn’t think ou hated me...”
-
"Really?" Willy teased, raising an eyebrow at her.
-
“I just thought you didn’t want me around.” She finished, almost shyly.
-
"You really think that?" He hummed, hugging her to him.
-
“I did.” Arabella admitted, leaning into him.
