The Edges of Life [Post Apocolyptic RP] [Fallout Inspired] [[BxB, PAFP]]

He threw the ball when he had the chance, grinning and snickering softly. "If she gets worn out, she won't be so eager to trip you." He told him, starting to rush after the ball himself. "I-If we hurry, we can get to the oasis tonight. So I have t-to keep after it," He called after loudly.

"We can eat as many fruits as we want!" He called out eagerly, continuing to rush after it. Toby himself was actually worn out from running, but he didn't say anything. He kept trying to play with her so he could wear out the hyper little puppy and get there to the oasis.

Toby was slowing down as he played with the fox looking at her with a happy look and throwing the ball less and less. He was degrading to a small toss, but it took a little while for him to get to that point. He kept her going for as long as he could, while still making sure Vinny wasn't too far behind.

"I think that if we keep walking the oasis might be an hour and a half or so away." He told him, blushing softly and fiddling with his thumbs for a moment before he tossed the ball for Dawn again.

He didn't want to bathe in his underwear and end up with doggy underwear, but at the same time he was nervous to do anything but. It was very conflicting and they had yet to talk about the arrangements.

Toby looked over at him, hesitantly trying to grab a hold of his thumb when he rubbed his fingers against Toby's knuckles. He looked at him and glanced down, a little flustered about having to talk about it. "Um.." He gulped.

"I don't think I want to wear my underwear in. It'll be a pain to dry off and it will be hard to travel without them. So uh.. I'll just say to turn around and tell you when I'm in the water I guess." He told him, shrugging. He looked so flustered, but he didn't want the other to see too much so it was the best he could do.

Toby snickered weakly and glanced down when he said he couldn't believe he was nervous. "Me either." He snickered weakly, glancing away. "I...I think it's just cus I'm self consious," He muttered, shrugging.

"Tarmin said I was."

He looked at him and snickered weakly. "I trust you not to try to do anything, though." He told him quietly just to assure him that it wasn't that he didn't trust him. "I just don't want to get my undies wet and have to travel without them." He shrugged, squeezing his hand. He felt awkward in the situation, but he knew it was important to talk about it.

He smirked softly and snickered a bit, hesitantly feeling his hand and glancing at him carefully. He was hesitant to do what he wanted to, but he looked very intent on doing it. He stared for a long moment at his cheek, before he picked himself up on his tippy toes to peck his cheek.

"I'm glad youcare for bounderies." He muttered softly and swung their hands gently. "Its really important." He murmured softly.

It was a slow process, but they were making their way to the oasis. He had to admit, he as ecxited. He hadn't gone in so long.

Toby grinned eagrly. "I think it's just over that dune." He told him, pointing at it. "You can see it from there, and then you have to walk towards the cacti, and around them, and then you're there." He told him.

"I think that it's right over that, I don't know for sure. It's been a while and I've lost track of time." He told him, swinging his head up to look around in the sky. When he saw the sun, He looked back down. "Yea, I think we're almost there." He grinned, looking ecxited.

Toby looked at him when he asked how long it had been since he had been there, before he furrowed his brows as they walked up a sand dune. "In not sure." He told him, shrugging. "I'm definately not sure the last time I actually bathed in it." He told him, breathing softly as he made it to the top of the dune.

When he made it to the top, he saw a lining of lush fern and cacti, as well as plenty of rippened dandan fruits. There were a few trees, even. Yam made a squeak so loud it sounded like she was screaming. She crawled down Vinny's leg and rushed towards it.

"That's the place." He told him with glee. "Can you see the shimmery water?"

Toby grinned at Vincent when he kissed his hand and said that they shouldn't get left behind. "You mean you shouldn't let yourself get left behind." He corrected, poking the middle of his chest. He let go of his hand and flopped on the ground, pushing himself down the sand dune.

As he went sliding, Borris and Shoestring tried to keep up, but only Shoestring could. Borris rolled, again, and Shoestring rushed after Toby. Toby didn't stop at the bottom. He scrambled to his feet and kept trying to run towards the lovely little paradise, hidden by the natural beauty of the earth. "keep up!" He yelled, laughing.

Toby slowed down, but he worked as hard as he could to follow after Yam towards the paradise. Soon, e worked down to a walk again, glancing behind him to look at Vinny. "I'm so tired." He snickered softly and smirking a bit. He was very excited. He breathed softly, smiling weakly. "C'mon. I want to see it together." He told him reaching out his hands to meet Vinny.

He gently touched one of the non-spiky parts of the cacti, feeling it's soft delicate skin for a moment. He was careful with it, but he was not nearly as interested on that as he was having Vinny's hand in his and the cool water around his waist.
Hopefully it was that high. That thought suddenly hit him when he realized it. He didn't bring that thought up to Vinny, though. They could work on that if it came to it.

He blushed softly and squeezed his hand softly, gently nuzzling his hand before he pulled him through the ferns and brush. He was very careful and calm, but he was very excited nonetheless. He just needed to make sure that the other didn't run into any cacti.

When they opened up onto the beautiful oasis, Toby was equally as awed as he was when he first found it. The only difference now was that he was even more delighted, as he had Vinny's hand close in his.

He looked back at him, grinning widely and dropping his hand and putting down his backpack underneath a bush. "We can bathe whenever you like, but I think now would be a perfect time because of the sunset and all.. a perfect time to bathe." He told him, looking flustered. He blushed deeply. He as nervous to bathe.
