Long ago, before the time of monsters and thunderpaths, the twolegs had had much different tools. Weapons of wide varieties were much more commonly found, and of course, twolegs had to make them.
Copperstar, bewilderingly, was not named for her radiant red coat. She was a former kittypet, and her twoleg specialized in making the gleaming weapons twolegs carried. She had been quite fond of him, and spent a lot of time around him while he did his work. As such, she picked up the names of many sorts of metals, weapons, and even the symbols he so carefully placed on them.
Unfortunately though, her twoleg died when she was about 30 moons. Stricken with grief, Copperstar hadn’t stuck around with the twoleg’s apprentice or his family. Instead, she’d fled the building and ran far into the woods. In her time of anguish, StarClan came to speak to her. They told her not to despair, that she would not be lonely for the rest of her life. She is now on the search for cats to fill her Clan. StarClan has led her to where the camp should be, to where she can communicate with them, but they cannot guide her to her Clanmates. Will they band together, or will the words of StarClan fall flat?
Copperstar is looking for cats to build up her Clan. She's already been told by StarClan that she'll need a cat she can trust to be her deputy, to take her place if anything happens to her. She'll need at least one cat who knows about plants and natural remedies for wounds and illnesses to keep the Clan healthy and strong - this cat will eventually have to take on an apprentice to take their place later on, or even join them once their training is complete. Cats to fight dangers, hunt prey, and raise and train younger cats. No cats should be turned away, the old and sick should be welcomed just as any young and fit warrior would be.
In short, all of these cats won't be warriors - yet. They'll be kittypets, loners and rogues, and their motivations for joining the Clan will differ greatly. Maybe they think it'd be a better way to live, maybe they're lonely, maybe they're bored, maybe StarClan's spoken to them - whatever you choose! The plot is simply Copperstar and the beginnings of GildedClan looking to establish their Clan.
The camp Copperstar found is a simple clearing in the forest, encircled by trees and thick bushes so that the exits are hidden. There are two of them, though, both of which are thinner spots of bushes on either side of the clearing. The trees provide cover so that when it rains the clearing doesn't get too wet, but they can still see the sunshine filter through.
The leader's den is a hollowed out hole in a large tree that allows the leader a view of the entire clearing.
The medicine cats' den is a hollow log that's entered through a hole in the center rather than one one of the ends, because both open ends of the log are blocked off by bushes. This log has enough space for sick and injured cats, the medicine cat(s), and their apprentice(s) to sleep, as well as store remedies.
The elders' den is a very large rock that's too small to quite call a cave, but is hollowed and has a soft floor. It keeps the elements out and is comfortable enough not to hurt the old bones of older cats, though like all the dens it is of course lined with softer materials for sleeping on. The nursery is in a very similar rock nearby for similar reasons, though it's an even larger rock.
The warriors' den is a thick bush further inside the camp that Copperstar hollowed out herself and dug into so that there was more room to fit more warriors. The apprentices' den is a somewhat smaller bush of a similar nature.
Copperstar has so far planned on giving meetings from her den, but there is a large stump in the center of the clearing that may also be a good place for Clan meetings and ceremonies.
GildedClan is taking its beginnings in a forest very near the twoleg town where Copperstar's twoleg had lived. The area is mountainous in nature, and a river runs through nearby. Much of the territory is unknown to Copperstar right now, and will take some investigating. There is, however, in the mountain, an abandoned mine she knows of. StarClan had her go there to see a shallow pool caused by years of rain that slowly filled a wide but not deep hole. This pool reflects the shiny silvery gems that grant it light from the moon, and as a result tends to look like the night sky is at one's paws. StarClan calls it the Starpool.
There is also a very tall rock that juts out in seemingly the middle of nowhere in the forest, somewhat close to small waterfall that flows into the river. This rock is known by Copperstar as the Sky Rock, and can be seen a little before the waterfall is heard. The waterfall has a small cave behind it, though Copperstar hasn't ventured to see it.
Nothing out of the ordinary for a Clan so far, but GildedClan is still new and there's time for traditions to be established.

3. Disabilities ≠ medicine cat - all cats regardless of disability can be any rank- I recognize that this is unrealistic but this series has cats get actual 9 lives so I don't really care
4. No one liners please, I prefer at least 3 sentences but the more the better.
5. You can have as many characters as you can handle!
6. Don't be afraid to initiate some sort of drama to make the story interesting (the leader may be challenged and/or killed)
7. That being said, no killing or seriously injuring a character without the role player's permission! Plan it out first (and preferably let me know it's been planned so that I don't worry you're breaking the rules)
8. Please don't fight each other out of character or start any in character fights just because you don't like another player!
9. I'll choose the deputy during the roleplay, and for similar reasons apprentices and mentors will be announced there too
10. One high rank max per person, please!
11. Your cats don't all have to agree to join the Clan, but if you do choose to have them not join, you'll have to find a way to keep them involved.
12. Keep cat names realistic please, but you are free to branch out from the sort of names you'd have in other more traditional Clans! Copperstar's background in blacksmith knowledge means names that have to do with weapons, metals, even mythological creatures and jewels are on the table. ie. Sword, Copper, Phoenix and Ruby are all acceptable prefixes.

Appearance: Copperstar is a bright red, short furred she-cat with bright hazel eyes. She is a small and round cat, but she is strong beneath her gentle appearance.
Personality: A friendly and gentle she-cat with a calm disposition. Copperstar thinks through most everything, and pays very careful attention to details. In fact, Copperstar could generally be described as a very careful cat. She's compassionate and kind and tries to balance out logic and reason with emotions and caring. She's a bit prone to stressing out but she is very determined.

Appearance: Diamond is a large and elegant fawn tortie point with long, smooth fur that is always well maintained as well as deep blue, nearly violet eyes. Currently, she has a very fancy sparkly collar of silver and diamonds.
Personality: Diamond acts like one might expect. She's dainty and very poised, perhaps even a little vain. She acknowledges herself as being very beautiful, and is very conscientious of her appearance, not liking anything to ruin her fur. She's stubborn but at her core she is a kind, compassionate cat who enjoys being a nurturer as much as she enjoys being doted on. She's a bit dramatic at times but genuinely tries to listen to others' feelings too.

Appearance: A lanky black and white cat with short fur. His left eye is green and his right eye is blue. His markings look very much so like a tortie, but white rather than red or cream. (This is a rare form of white spotting, known as a brindled bicolor).
Personality: Bitter and untrusting, Ariel isn't easy to get through to. He has a tendency to push cats away already though he craves emotional intimacy. He's quick to anger, but is about as likely to flee as he is to fight. He can be a bit skittish, surprisingly. He has issues speaking loudly, and isn't very much of a talker anyway. Despite his cold exterior, he finds himself doing the right thing anyway - though he isn't sure what the right thing is.
