Cinderclan - Sign-ups - Open!

These cats formerly claimed the mountains as their home, depending on birds and thicker furred creatures for prey. Creekclan proudly boasted strong family lines of strong, large, long haired cats. They survived winters with ease, and fought battles with intense ferocity. They respected Starclan and it's traditions, but had no problem starting and finishing disagreements. Their home was destroyed by mudslides and green-cough.

Lithe and short-furred, these cats lived in the marshy grounds between the mountains and plains, growing silky off fish, amphibians, and waterfowl. Marshclan hails as the most faithful of the clans, often conversing with Starclan, and depending on their guidance and traditions for safety. Small, but thriving they enjoyed blessings and knowledge unknown to other clans. Their home was destroyed by flooding and poisoned food.

Diverse, but loyal and hardworking they claimed the thick forest of pine and oak trees as their own. They lived secure in a cleft of well hidden stone, surrounded by thorns and sturdy trunks. More of a jack of all trades, their clan often served as a mediator, helping who and where they could. A good sized clan, full of gentle acceptance and hard loyalty. Their home was destroyed by fire, and starvation.

A fast moving group, known for their speed in the trees and the underbrush. They live off harder to catch prey, full of warriors with no problem taking risks and dares to the next level. Their home was a mound of tunnels, extremely well protected, and confusing to any outsider. They made friends and enemies easily, often blamed on their flighty nature. They often cut corners and even disregarded Starclan's guidance, confident in their own free will and smarts. They were killed by roaming wolves, and unknowingly by humans.

The Star Stump is the meeting place of Starclan and the clans. The opalized piece of wood is safely stood in a hollow within the north pass of the valley. Unfortunately, along with the Creekclan camp, it's been blocked off and partially buried by mud and rock slides. No safe path to the Stump has been found yet.

The Waterfall of Spirits. Medicine cats and dead and dying warriors come here to converse and join their ancestors. Vigils for dead cats are held by their kin in front of the waterfall, hoping to keep their journey to the afterlife short and safe. Medicine cats can also come here to consult the knowledge of past clans, but answers are often mysterious and only Marshclan has been known to really decipher the spirits help.

Barleyheart is a small, thin black and white tabby tom with light orange eyes. He's scrawnier than most of the cats in the clan, his ribs constantly show no matter how much he eats or works out. His pelt is short and glossy and has a certain oil that only Marshclan cats have. He's no stranger to battle however, his legs and haunches are coated with scars from previous fights. Barleyheart is fast and quick on his feet, perfect for on the field healing. His black and white coating is more marble-y, especially with the tabby markings, and it helps him blend in certain seasons or nighttime. His orange eyes are usually warm and inviting, his face never giving off an angry vibe.

PERSONALITY

Barleyheart is without a question, softy. He never wanted to be a warrior to begin with. He likes helping and healing others. Barley is warm and helpful but he can often panic and doubt himself. He leans on his sister for support usually but tries to not let people take care of him. He thinks that his job is to care for everyone mentally and physically. Barleyheart will even break rules to help others. He is a natural trouble magnet though, often getting himself into things he shouldn't. Curiosity takes a hold of his young mind. He often gets flushed or nervous when he's around the people he likes. His aura is said to be very clear and relaxed.

HISTORY

Barleyheart grew up in Marshclan with his family. However, things never were peaceful as he and his sister grew. Their sibling Tallkit was swept away in a flood and perished. That made Barleyheart want to become a medicine cat right then and there. He vowed to save others from feeling the dread of losing a loved one. He began his training eagerly after that. He wasn't anxious until the death of his mother. Barelyheart had tried to help cure the poisonous affects. It was from eating a bad fish. He was depressed, his father had died from the same thing a while before and he questioned if this was ever meant for him. Starclan reached down into his dreams, his father had approached him and told him how he could help his then ailing sister. The whole clan was a mess but that gave him a enough courage to help his clanmates before they transitioned into Cinderclan. Barleyheart currently is the medicine cat.

PERSONALITY

Silverpool is a mediator and very sister-like in her care. Still young, it's not uncommon for her to exhibit some immaturity at times. Yet, for the most part, she tries her best to be an example and role model as the oldest medicine cat now. She is kind, sweet, and loyal, and enjoys making friends wherever she can, rather content with peace.

HISTORY

She was born and raised in Oakclan with her brother Riverpounce. However, the two led different paths; him as a warrior and her as a medicine cat. She would adopt the full title when she was merely sixteen moons old, after her elderly mentor passed away. When starvation took over the clan and cats began to leave for better food source, she stayed til fire wreaked havoc on her beloved home. Frightened and unsure of what to do, she found herself split from the majority. Luckily, with her faith, Starclan was able to lead her safely to the Hollow.

a dark brown tom with short fur and black tabby markings. he's not physically strong, instead very skinny and lithe, but indefinitely healthy. his eyes are a deep forest green. his paws, jaw, and tail tip all fade into a white fur.

PERSONALITY

chivepaw is a very trusting feline, and it's fairly hard to lose such faith. he's quite studious as an apprentice should be, constantly curious and always pushing himself, sometimes to the brink of his energy. there's been several times where he's found himself waking up in wilderness instead of a warm nest due to this carelessness, though he finds shame in it. what would happen if he would've been killed? nonetheless, he's attentive, and has this way of knowing something is up (emotionally and physically). however, all his trust goes to starclan; anything they say is law to him, even above leader. since the loss of communication from the starry cats, he's been rather down, sleeping more of the time in hopes of some sort of sign.

HISTORY

chivepaw wasn't ever aware of who his true parents were; in fact, he wasn't even born in marshclan, his parents had dropped him off at the entrance and abandoned their (presumed) only kit. he was fairly healthy, despite being deaf in one ear, and that's why it's assumed that he was left for another cat to take care of him. despite this, chivepaw was a very proud marshclanner, as he still believes that the clan was and will always be his home.

due to his lack of hearing in one ear, he was taken up by jaggedstep, the clans medicine cat, before the fall of the clans. instead of hunting prey like his clanmates, he hunted for a generally easier thing to find - herbs and berries. even if he didn't get to choose his fate, he still loved his job as an apprentice under the aging cat, who was kind and incredibly helpful during his training. never once did chivepaw doubt jaggedstep, even with his age and clumsiness (of which he received his name for). however, chivepaw never finished his training by the time disaster struck all the clans. initially, he and the medicine cat worked around the flood the best they could, though the older feline passed due to poisoned food, even with chivepaw doing his best to nurse him back to health. after his death, chivepaw gathered up as many herbs in a bundle as he could and trekked to find other cats, eventually finding the hollow and taking up the role as medicine cat apprentice until he receives his warrior name, which he waits for starclan for.

Ravenflower is a small, short haired black she-cat with a grayish tail and a gray patched stomach. She is an average she-cat. She has the normal build of a female warrior, she takes pride in her hunting abilities though. She can climb very quickly, it's like she floats in the air according to Barleyheart. Her fur isn't as smooth as her brother's but she definitely is as oily as him. Raven has deep amber eyes that shine very brightly.

PERSONALITY

Raven is hot headed, loud and brash. She will never give up a fight and will die trying to prove a point. Raven always sticks up for those who need it, she likes to protect others. Secretly, she is weak on the inside and wishes someone would protect her. Ravenflower is cunning and ambitious but she lets that all fly out the window because of her nerves. She is jumpy and antsy. She is still too young to be calm and collected. When things need to be done though, she does it. She's loyal and reliable even if she can stir up issues. She is no different than an apprentice some would say. Raven is easy going, likes to have fun and, enjoys spending time with her brother. Some would say her aura is optimistic and bright but when mad it's suffocating.

HISTORY

Ravenflower grew up in Marshclan with her family. When she was young, her one brother Tallkit got swept away in a storm and drowned. Her mother and father both perished due to poisonous foods. She became a warrior and went with her sibling to become one with Cinderclan.

Crowmoon is a lanky black cat with a somewhat narrow face. His eyes are a bright orange and almost always seem to have a sense of humor in them. His fur is long and well cared for always.

PERSONALITY

Crowmoon is a generally happy cat who enjoys the company of other cats. Playful and easygoing, he's got a tendency to tease others. While he might act disconnected from other at times, he's always looking for ways to help, even if it's in his own very Crowmoon way. He's a bit of a romantic and feels emotions strongly, though he tries not to act on them. He's surprisingly good at repressing his feelings, even when he tries not to. He's a bit ambitious and determined to make a mark of some kind, preferably for the greater good as he has a quite strong sense of morals.

HISTORY

Crowmoon was not born into BreezeClan, but accepted into it at a young age. His prior family was a complete mystery, and he still never talks about it. The she-cat who took him in had a litter shortly after he became a warrior, and Crowmoon appointed himself eldest brother. When the Clan was ravaged by wolves later on, he was forced to escape with only Redpaw. Neither of them really know if their family has survived, Crowmoon likes to believe they did but he has low hopes.

A short-furred calico, covered with patches of black and a pale orange all throughout his coat. He has pale green eyes, and is a relatively small cat with silky fur.

PERSONALITY

Disagreeable and relatively moody. He prefers to be alone at most points, withstanding people who don't try to fill in the silence he likes keeping around him. The people who do cross his path aren't going to have a very pleasant time, and he's rather distrusting towards most.

HISTORY

Was generally a 'trouble-maker' back in his original clan. He wasn't the worst and honestly he wasn't a complete rebel, but he made a lot of people dislike him. He wasn't trusted with any important tasks and was never taken out to the gathering before, even when he could leave the den finally. It was pretty heart-breaking.

Even his mom didn't really like him, despite being one of the only people to support him in his life. He gave her a lot of issues as a young kit, and he hadn't grown into anything better. She was pretty relentless in letting him know that, as well.

Redpaw is a small, round faced cinnamon colored tom with orange eyes. His fur is short but somehow manages to stick up everywhere, and refuses to look any way other than as if he'd just woken up from a 3 moon long nap, despite his best attempts.

PERSONALITY

Redpaw is an anxious young cat who is constantly determined to try his best. Despite constantly worrying about everything, he's quite optimistic. Constantly hopeful, Redpaw sees the good in most every cat and cares deeply even about strangers. He's a bit clumsy, but talented though he's too humble to admit it. He sees the beauty of the world in most everything and is prone to daydreaming.

HISTORY

Redpaw was simply born in BreezeClan, raised around Crowmoon who always acted like a teasing older brother, but the two have always been fond of each other and supportive. Due to the wolves, however, he and Crowmoon were forced to flee. He tries to have faith that his family is out there somewhere, but it's been hard on him and he's had a very hard time adapting to this new life in general.

PERSONALITY

Quiet and a she-cat of a few words, she can sometimes be described as a motherly type. She has a natural care for younger cats and kin. Yet one should not be fooled, as she is a well-trained fighter, her size an advantage.

HISTORY

Creekclan born and raised, this was all she knew til just weeks ago. Upon the escape of chaos, she had found herself near to Breezeclan territory. As if she'd return to her destroyed home, she began following their former border. At least til she stumbled (almost literally) on a lithe form. It laid still, blood staining the brown of her fur, Snowcloud meaning to carefully detour herself from the deceased. But then little sounds caught her attention. Just leave, she had repeated to herself, save yourself. Yet her steps redirected her back towards the body. A day she'd forever remember, as her eyes settled on two more, much smaller bodies, both also blood-stained. But neither were injured, to her relief, yet they did not have a chance. Torn by her pride and by her duty, Snowcloud found herself taking these kits as her own, finding shelter with them in the Hollow with many others.

He is rather rash, acting before he thinks. This can make him a troublemaker. For the most part, it's in good nature. He enjoys racing other cats and running, as one would think.

He was born in Breezeclan with his sister Honeykit. This is all they knew for a long time. However they ended up in their new home with a new mother is still fuzzy, as are the events leading up. LOOKS

Mistyriver is a large, long-haired light brownish-gray she-cat. She is blind in her right eye and the left eye is a bright, vibrant green. Although she is old her body still holds a lot of muscle mass. Her body postures and the way she holds herself is very regal and highly demanding. Her fur is kept very clean and soft. She has scars all over her back flank and she has speckles of silver hair forming on her muzzle and head. She has a very sculpted face and short bristles of whiskers. Her legs sometimes shake but she will never let you see how weak she can be. Her voice is a soft, yet aged timber. Her eyes are very expressible. Her tail is long, plump and sweeping. She takes care of herself as best as she can but she needs the apprentices to help sometimes.

PERSONALITY

Mistyriver is very stoic and tense. Although, she is sweet to kits and young apprentices she can be very serious. She doesn't let her leader or deputy control her decisions. She still goes out to patrol and hunt when she wants to. Mistyriver gets stir crazy easily and likes to move around. This regal she-cat is demanding and knows how to work under pressure. She wasn't a candidate for leadership for nothing. Mistyriver loves to guide others with wisdom and make others feel safe. She hates when things don't go her way though, she can be pretty crabby! Independent, fierce, loyal and the strength of every lion in her heart she is a cat to be respect. Her aura is said to be tense and regal.

HISTORY

Mistyriver didn't have any crazy backstory or anything. She grew up in the clan, striving to be a wonderful warrior and even leader at one time. Mistyriver's parents died when she was a young paw and never truly healed from that experience. She is the only one left from the original clan member group she grew up with. Her siblings all passed on as well. Now she's just living her days until she too parishes. The reason she has a blind eye is because she saved her friend from a vicious attack from a rouge, she lost vision in her eye but saved her friend's life.
