He watched her walk over and set plates down nearby. Riley sat up not in much pain as before. Looking at the food he realised he was quite hungry. "Thanks for making it for me." He said then began eating it and soon enough it was clear he hasn't eaten in a few days. Finally finished with eating the food Riley smiled slightly obviously satisfied. "Thank you." He said yet again while looking over at her. Something about this girl made him feel at ease. Even happy. Ignoring the feelings Riley didn't say anything now feeling a little awkward by the silence "My leg feels a little better." He said.

"Well, I've just moved here." He lied, not telling her that he actually was running from hunters and ended up here in this small town. His blue eyes glanced around the room for a moment looking for something else to talk about but nothing was that interesting anyway. Riley leaned back a little before telling her more lies to not get her all suspicious. Under no circumstances is she slowed to know he is a supernatral being. "My mother and I just moved 'round here. We live in a nice house. Our last home was too small since it was an apartment so we decided to move. Shes really sick." The truth was he killed her when he shifted into a wolf for the first time. The hunger for blood and meat was too much and he no longer became human but a very dangerous animal. He then left his home and his dead mother who was still in the house not even bothering to let the police know. The police found her and are on an investigation as what what killed her. Little did they know it was him and he was by then gone. Then he shifted again this time in this town. Hunters saw this and have been tracking him ever since. "She'll be fine though. I'm sure of it." He said, with a reassuring smile, feeling more at ease about being somewhere safe and was slowly getting used to the new company.

"Oh, it's okay." He replied, kinda enjoying the attention. Something his mother actually lacked doing most of the time. Usually she would ignore him or even yell at him for no reason at all. Or blame him for something that made no sense. In fact she was a little crazy. He was a little surprised when Ashley began to comfort him but tried to play it off as nothing. "No need to be sorry." He said with a smile, and could sense her sudden nervous and confused reaction but said nothing about that.
