  • frustration deepens thin lips into a scowling touch, dances within the fire of pale eyes, and when the woman moves she moves with purpose. she's got a couple of things to spout and given the week's performance and the quarrels within it, stress is not quite the word that fits her frantic thoughts or her shifting moods. overwhelmed is more on her level. she thinks not of the gaia or the ghostly hums, claws curling into the ancient wood and pulling her into the nest of roots and greying grass in a show of brash, thoughtless, action. "OI SANCTUARY, GATHER ROUND FER A MEETIN'." words come with a voluminous snap of teeth, and the imposing figure of chicagocrimes hunkers down into a defensive slump.

*:・゚✦ Kokuryu wouldn't say that he noticed Chicagocrimes' decline as of late, but he did - and as he took his spot for the meeting, his glance fell on his mother, his eyes filled with genuine concern - her fight with Jade as well as her pregnancy must have been really taking it out on her.

  • the call from her temporarily estranged lover seems to squeeze her heart, a paingul look settling on her face as she sat down, just close enough to hear. she moves herself into a lying postion, her paws covering her red swollen eyes. all the crying, and anger, had caused it but she didnt need anyone seeing it. she did not need that type of attention. everyone knew what they were going through, and with no one comforting her, she took it on herself. everyone was worried abiut chica. chica was the only one that mattered, right? but what about her? jade was the one affected by all of this, so why didnt anyone console in her? maybe because she didnt want to be messed with. she liked being alone, and if it hadnt been for chicago, their relationship would of been fine. but it wasnt, and jade wished like hell it was. she hated this. everything about it. not being able to even stand near chica without an issue, not being anle to feel her warm embrace and it was killing her. surely, she wouldnt want to stay with someone that cheated on her, but jade could not help it. she was in love with chicagocrimes. undoubtingly so.

  • He had always known Chica had a bit of a temper, but Phantomclan had rarely had problems, considering not much drama could occur in a clan of like four people, so there was never a need for anger. Evidently, his friend was upset. And Threefold would approach, knowing he needed to hear the information shared in the meeting, but his thoughts were far more concentrated on what the source of Chicagocrimes' irritation was. Perhaps this was related to her argument the other day? With her love.. Jade, wasn't it? Three had yet to meet her, but he still felt bad, considering he was sure both of them were usually good together and it was most likely distressing to both parties that this fight had taken place. But he wasn't going to pry into their private life, so Three would simply seat himself off to the side, Genesis shifting on his shoulder.

  • | Oops, the week had flown by, and he hadn't been around much. He'd really have to pick up the pace! Hopefully Chica wouldn't be mad at him - she seemed more than a little scary, especially right now. His anxious golden gaze flickered between Chica and Jade. He didn't know what was going on between them, but he didn't like it. After all, this was Saeran's family, right? That meant it was his family too, and he didn't like seeing his family members argue. He padded over to sit next to Threefold, an unusually serious look upon his face as he waited for the announcements to begin. |

THERES AN ERROR IN MY HEART !

  • claws flex against mud, eyes flashing over everyone present. "hey y'all so first off, teq hasn't been seen within a week so she's booted down to a regular member. things have been a little on the slow side so there aren't any promotions, either. hawkclan visited a lil bit ago but nothin' major came up from that, one of the colour command leaders stepped down, an' sunclan invited us ta a scavenger hunt type o' deal. anyway there isn't a lot happenin' so since i've got y'all here this meetin' is gonna be less of a meetin' an' more of a discussion. first up on the table is our clan-plot thing; it looks like a fixed territory has already been determined by the higher-ups aka the site's staff, which kinda messes wit' the final stage of the plot where the sanctuary moved an' things like that. so basically, i'm askin' if ya guys wanna continue said plot even if we only keep the territory fer so long or drop it altogether an' say it's already happened or somethin' like that." she lets that sink in for a good long minute before continuing. "aside from that, we're also doin' a really shitty job at keepin' up wit' our allies, any ideas on how to improve that? should we organize more events wit' them, reboot the ambassador system, cut down the allies who can't keep up, what should we do, guys?"

*:・゚✦ Kokuryu pondered it all quietly, as usual; he closed his eyes and pressed his features shut in thought, wanting to be careful with what he said. "Drop it, perhaps. Look at developing the new camp while we have it." he said swiftly, opening his eyes to glance at Chicago, and his gathered teammates. "And I'd say cut allies, maybe have some sort of grace period to see which allies send ambassadors?"

    MAYBE IT'S YOU AND I

  • i will make you proud

i will make you have faith in me

Des listened with interest, frowning at the mention Teq was gone. Huh. Oh well then. The meeting was short, and the feline felt a little bad for not being around all too much. That needed to change this week. Plots and allies, plots and allies... Kokuryu kind of spoke what Des's own opinions would be. "I agree. We should just drop the plot, or end it quickly, so it doesn't mess up what will happen in the future. I also think we should keep allies who have visited us recently, and give a grace period to those who haven't. Why keep up with them if they don't with us?"
