Hattori Heiji is a prodigal teen detective, who is hotheaded. What I would like is a character that is some sort of criminal and Hattori is solving a case concerning them. Upon hearing this or seeing it, Hattori will be near a cliff and crash. Your characters essentially shoves him off of a cliff.

Frosty? She's a bit kill-happy, and kinda murdered a bunch of people a couple centuries ago. Pushing a kid off a cliff would not cause her to lose any sleep.

It might make more sense for him to try to confront Frost? So maybe you make it? She could've just gone on a killing spree in the loner lands or he could've figured out exactly who she was, either works.
