  • ooc; im so sorry i didnt respond at all again ;-; this was the busiest week of my life but i should be back to responding again ♥ i hope you had a good week~

ic; "It's not too bad." he didn't really realize that there was a chill to the air. He was always a little oblivous to the weather, always wearing outfits that didn't really match the temperature outside. He learned to just deal with it and over time just became used to ignoring whatever weather it was around him. As Bonnie pointed it out, he felt the cold in the breeze around him. He thought it was really kind of nice. He was about to speak his thought but before he could, Bonnie was wrapping her jacket around his shoulders. The feeling of a slight chill was immediately replaced by warmth as his face heated up in a blush and he blinked at her in surprise for a moment.

"You didn't have to do that," he stated, mirroring her pout. "Aren't you going to be cold now? I'd rather I be cold than you." Kihyun was about half a second away from taking a step towards her and returning her jacket to her but he just accepted the sweet gesture.

  • ooc; ♥♥♥ IM HERE NOW so there's no need to miss me any longer~~ ^^ yeah it was pretty bad but at least its over now! i'm glad to hear your week was better than mine tho~

ic; Kihyun held the jacket around his shoulders without putting his arms through the sleeves, staring down at her as he tried to figure out if she'd really be fine or not. She seemed fine, but he was still definitely going to worry, and probably continue to ask if she was cold throughout the rest of their meeting. He exhaled a small sigh, letting the frown lift from his face.

When she reminded Kihyun that he was here to sing, he felt his heart jump inside his chest and the feeling of nervousness washed over him again. He cleared his throat awkwardly, his voice already beginning to shake. He hoped that it wouldn't stay that way. This was so weird, he was never this nervous for a performance. "A-Ah, yes," he started, gesturing for her to sit on the bench. "S-So, um, I-I'm going to sing U R by Taeyeon." he felt like he was introducing a piece for a recital or something very formal. He tried to loosen up, taking a deep breath as he checked one final time to make sure nobody was around. He closed his eyes, took one more deep breath and tried to place himself on a stage, visualizing it in his mind. His expression went completely serious and he moved so he was facing her.

Quietly, the dark haired boy began to sing the song he had chosen. He had decided to sing with no music, so only his voiced echoed throughout the space they shared. It was possible someone, somewhere could hear him, but it didn't concern him anymore. The lyrics to this song he had always found very beautiful, speaking to an unknown person. As he sang infront of Bonnie, suddenly he found the lyrics had more meaning than the last time he heard, or sang the song. Kihyun was the kind of person to lose himself as he sang, using his hands and swaying along with the song ,feeling the emotion of the song with his eyes. Maybe he was being too much? But he was always this way.

When his song was over, he rubbed the back of his neck sheepishly and glanced into Bonnie's eyes before staring directly at his feet. "That's it."

  • ooc; you do?? ;; i miss you all the time too! also bc you sent those it made me want to make one toooooo so here

    ic;

Kihyun waited for her response, keeping his eyes down at his feet and his hands intertwined infront of him. He wondered how much he had changed in her eyes. She had only known him as K, the mysterious singer, the persona he wished he was more like. But now he was Kihyun. Just Kihyun. The awkward art student that avoided confrontation, and didn't say a word in class. He wondered if he was living up to her expectations. He was nothing like K at all, the only thing that was the same was his voice, and even now he felt like he wasn't as good as he usually was. His anxiety was taking over his thoughts.

When she started to speak, her kind words made him immediately look up and he flushed red. Hearing these things from her made his heart race. Usually such compliments didn't do much for him but it was different from her. His look of surprise turned into a shy smile and he looked back down again, moving to sit next to her on the bench. He wished he could say the same things about her but he couldn't bring himself to say anything, even with his usual blunt self. "Thank you. Really." he looked back over at her. "Singing and photography are the only things I'm good at. The only things I hold onto and that I'm proud of. But it really means alot that you're keeping this a secret. I'm grateful... to have met someone so kind like you, that respects that wish, you know?" he bit onto his bottom lip, coughing to break the awkwardness of his blunt confession. "But anyway, this was fun and all, but I think it's your turn for show and tell, hm?" he bumped her shoulder with his playfully, chuckling softly.

  • ooc; OMG NO ITS OKAY I LOVE YOUR EDIT TOOOOOO OMG YOURS IS SO GOODDDDDD DFSDFJS ;; i also????? stan talent???????? our two are the best tbh

ic; "No? Ahhh, I thought you would. I was looking forward to seeing you dance." he stuck out his bottom lip in a silly pout, whining like a little kid as she kindly turned down his offer, but offered a different one instead. "Oh, really? I don't have any early classes so I'll be there." as he was thinking about where on campus there were dance studios, he remembered something he had forgotton to ask when they had met earlier.

"Ah! Your number! I meant to ask for it earlier, but I forgot..." he trailed off, feeling his face heat up once again after blurting his thoughts so suddenly without even thinking about how to properly ask first. He reached for his phone, unlocking it and tapping the screen to find where to add a new contact. "Just like.. text me the name of where you dance so I can remember. I sorta live in the art building these days so I don't really know much of the other buildings on campus." he held out his phone to her, the small device resting in his outstretched hands.

  • ooc; its okay no worries ;; how did your french test go?? im sorry i wasn't on to help youuu ): also YOURE RIGHT theyre the greatest of all time

ic; Seeing her smile again made his heart nearly fly out of his chest. Kihyun couldn't help but smile too, her smile was so contagious. His cheeks weren't cooling down, the burning in them still going strong. He was thankful that it was dark or she would see how much he was blushing. He wondered if she was blushing too, but like he had just thought, it was too dark to tell.

Taking his phone back from her, he felt their fingers brush against each other in that stereotypical drama kind of way and he could have sworn that he felt the electricity they always talk about. He wanted to cringe but it was too cute to not be completely flustered at. He never thought such a small cliche action would actually do so much damage to him. It was a complete K.O inside his heart. He stared at their hands for a moment before forcing himself out of his flustered trance and clearing his throat. He glanced at the new contact in his phone, seeing how she had named herself, and he laughed softly, returning his gaze to her. "I'm glad I can make you happy," he mirrored her mischievous smirk, motioning his phone towards her. "Bunny."

  • ooc; aaaa im sorry again for disappearing ;-; the weekends are the busiest time for me.. i hope your test went well! since you said it was bumped to monday. but anyway, wouldn't their ship name be konnie??

ic; Kihyun took one more look at his phone before returning it to his back pocket. As she began to ask her a question, he noticed she was a bit quieter than before and he leaned forward ever so slightly so that he could hear her more clearly. She was even cuter when she was shy. She must have felt the same thing as him when their hands touched. "Hm?" he had completely forgotten that he had picked a song that was korean; it was habit for him. "Oh! Yes, it was in korean. I mean, it is my first language and everything, it's what I speak when I'm at home with my family, and it's what I listen to when it comes to music. Korean solo artists are who I look up to the most."

He let out another soft laugh as she told him it was a pretty language. "I suppose it is." he shifted slightly so that he could look out at the pond, sparkling with the light of streetlights. Something about the water seemed different, but he couldn't pinpoint what it was exactly. He rested his hands in his front pockets as he spoke. "I guess it must sound that way to people who don't speak it. If that makes any sense at all. Because I understand the meaning, the feeling is... different." his eyes were fixated on the slow movement of the water. He couldn't even begin to describe it.
