The city belongs to cats. Four Clans roam this town, each with their own unique territories. They face their own unique issues based on where they live, and yet there are the mutual problems: twolegs, lack of prey, etc. They are all proud of their own Clans, of course, and though they may seem wildly different from the Clans of the forests and other such places, these four city Clans will fight just as fiercely as any other Clan cat.
Four Clans in one city, where the seasons' weather are much how you'd expect. Newleaf is somewhat warm and quite rainy, greenleaf is hot and somewhat dry, leaf-fall is cool and windy, and leaf-bare is cold and gets a decent amount of snow.
Towards the center of the four territories, there is a building that's low enough for the cats to easily access, but high enough to get a clear view of the full moon. This is where the Clans have their Gatherings. There happen to be boxes where the four leaders leap on top of during the meeting. This building is abandoned, and on the inside there is a room where the cats meet with their ancestors in StarClan. Though they now know the name of the material, they still call it a Moonstone. It is a rectangular box with a smooth, reflective side that catches the moon from an open window. It is hard and cold, but big enough for quite a few cats to gather towards.
These cats have many words most traditional Clan cats would not, due to their influence by twolegs and kittypets. They are also generally more accepting of kittypets, and often try to persuade loners to join them.

Territory and Camp
A majority of this Clan's territory is on or near the expansive land of rich twolegs (a country club and a nearby rich neighborhood). Their camp is in the center of an oddly shaped shrub that's dome shaped and incredibly large, surrounded by various flowers. The cats have created a hard to notice entrance/exit, as well as an even harder to notice backup. There is a high branch towards the center of camp that can be reached through a bit of climbing, and most leaders hold their meetings from up there. If that's not an option, they can sit towards the center of the camp. Due to the circular nature, the entire Clan can see and hear them.
Dens are somewhat shaped out of branches from the bush, with the help of various other plant matter wherever the Clan can find it. For extra room, dens are, of course, dug out a bit but they rely less on that than most Clans do. The medicine cats' den is the most ornate, with flowers woven in as best as the cats could manage - though they're often replaced for freshness. The nursery has a few plants that are meant to help the queens, and other dens have plants for general good health. Plants are very important in ShrubClan's culture.
Because the twolegs surrounding them are generally so strict, ShrubClan cats have gotten quite fast, with hearing that may be slightly more sensitive than average. Really, they are just more alert, as they are also known to be keen of sight and of smell. Many ShrubClan cats know some basic properties of plants.
Afterlife: ShrubClan believes in StarClan much like the traditional Clans of the forest, however, they do not believe in The Dark Forest. Rather, they believe in an alternate plane of the sewers - which is generally unvisited by the cats to begin with - and is known as ColdClan. ColdClan is where terrible cats go, and it's debated if they fight amongst themselves or plot some sort of revenge. It is also believed that it is possible for cats to be in some sort of in between, but generally that it is of their own choice.
Kits: Once the kits are born, the medicine cat brings a unique plant for each kit and rubs it on them gently. This plant is said to represent the kit somehow or another, and it is believed rubbing them with "their" plant will bring them good fortune in life. Cats whose plants were the same as any of the kits will often bring the kit this same plant and give them a gentle lick on the forehead. Other cats are then welcome to bring gifts if they so choose.
Deaths: After a cat dies, their wounds are cleaned up by the medicine cat(s) if need be, and those closest to them, along with the medicine cat(s), leader, and deputy, share tongues for the last time. Once this is done, they are taken out of the camp by the elders and/or apprentices if no elders are capable of it, and buried so that flies are not attracted to the body. Something is often planted where they are buried.
Names: Nothing is particularly unique about ShrubClan names, but more so the sort of names cats are granted. They are much more affected by twolegs than traditional Clans, and so they have names of materials that other Clans may not have.
More may be added sometime.
1. Follow FF rules
2. Don't be afraid to initiate some sort of drama to make the story interesting (the leader may be challenged and/or killed)
3. That being said, no killing or seriously injuring a character without the role player's permission! Plan it out first (and preferably let me know it's been planned so that I don't worry you're breaking the rules)
4. Please don't fight each other out of character or start any in character fights just because you don't like another player!

Current Plot Ideas
- WIP
- Glassheart has killed the deputy, Stonefeather, and is on the search for power
- Northstar is devastated and in her moment of weakness, Glassheart tries to convince the Clan that she shouldn't lead
- Northstar is pregnant with Stonefeather's kits
- WIP
- Glassheart convinces part of the Clan that Northstar isn't fit to be leader, and they split off and make their own mini Clan where Glassheart is Glass-star despite not having StarClan's approval (would effect multiple Clans)
