Clony were not curious, back in the BadLands. Back in the BadLands, if someone ventured off alone, one could never return. It just didn't happen. If you went in a group, then maybe, then maybe you'd come back with your wings still attached to your body.
But as far as Colotik could tell, so far, the things that caused all the death and despair back where it lived, were not here. There was no whirring machines, no buzzsaws, no pricklies, no Guardians, and no lasers to be worried about. Curiosity had arisen.
People lived in these things for longer than a night. That was astonishing. It had never lived in a place where someone could sleep in the same place more than twice. That brought up curiosity. What did people do with places they could sleep in permanently? It was curious, oh so curious.
Colotik didn't exactly know where it had wound up, but it was being very quiet, and very sneaky. Perhaps, perhaps it could find something very secretive, something that would reveal the secret behind why the people that lived here could live in one place for so long. Quietly clicking as it's lifted off, to go through one of the windows of the many buildings that were about. What could go wrong? It wasn't like it was breaking anything; that talent it seemed to have lost when it gained this 'bat' body. What was so wrong about being curious, of sneaking into other people's homes? It didn't even know what a home was. It found the most least red thing possible, and gave it a shove. There were sometimes things that were not meant to be touched, and sadly, Colotik didn't have the common knowledge to know better.
//sneaking into people's houses; clony edition. also breaking things possibly; clony edition
aka I attempted and muse decided to leave me. I blame school.
