blizzardclan is my first pick for your character. they're a neutral group and the fastest paced clan at the moment. their ic/ooc community is super inclusive and diverse

(i would suggest shadowclan as well but they're an anticlan -- but they do go by moral values and such)

and then i would suggest the Rift and Sanctuary as well, i'm not a long standing member in either of those communities but i really like them so far
