  • An easy yawn escaped the male's parted jaws as he walked. Long legs moved the figure towards the staircase at an easy gate. It was only dusk and he was in no rush really. He wasn't running on a timeline or anything. Reaching the bottom of the stone structure he had paused for a moment. His green eyes had looked upwards towards the middle island, the one the stairs would take him to. His pricked ears could hear the sound of movement but he wasn't sure if it was a clanner or some type of prey roaming around. Nevertheless, it was time he found out.

The handsome flame tabby cat climbed the stairs, his pace picking up a little. If there was someone there then he didn't want to miss them. Reaching the top and his paws carrying him from stone to soft grass, he glanced around. There was someone! They had their back to him though and they were retreating. "Hey! Wait up." The loud words came from the tomcat as he hurried to catch up with the clanner. "Sorry to intrude and all, but I wanted to catch you before you left. I'm Jackson, I'm here to join." An easy grin fell into place on his maw as he reached the side of the BlizzardClanner and he dipped his head briefly in a polite greeting.

  • ☆ ☆ ☆ Rory had just finished examining the stairs of the territory as a part of another one of his adventures. He was taken by surprise when the voice of a stranger came up to him and soon made their way to his side. The coyote looked down at the feline and put on a friendly smile, "Well, hey. Um, well, I'm Rory Ace. Welcome to BlizzardClan, I guess? Where did you come from..." The canine looked around a bit confused but finally concluded that the feline had done nothing more simple than just climb the stairs.

    [rushed]

  • The coyote was, evidently, much larger than him. But the burly shouldered tomcat didn't let that phase him as he stopped before the male, looking up with forest coloured eyes. The canine in front of him looked rather confused, as if unsure of just how he'd managed to appear. A chuckle rumbling from within his chest the feline gave a shrug of his shoulders. "Guess I just popped out of nowhere." The joking words were well meant, spoken with a grin as he took the time to sit and nestle back on his haunches. He was in it seemed. It wasn't hard to join a clan at all.

"Pleasure to meet you Rory. Thanks for the welcome, mate." He gave a thankful nod of his head. "As I said, the name's Jackson. But Jacko is what most people call me." Why? He wasn't quite sure. But he did like it better than Jack he supposed.

  • Jackson- it was a cute name for a cute guy, and perhaps, had Pierce not been overwhelmed by stress, lack of sleep, and the loss of his only boyfriend ever last month, he would have gone out of his way to get the newcomer to like him; spared him even more sweet words than usual, offer to show him around even if someone else already had, insist on finding him a hut to stay in, even. But right now, he was just tired, and could only feel... guilty about finding the tom before him cute. He wasn’t supposed to like anyone after Ev, and he wouldn’t. He refused to.

The serval had been up early today - or, more likely, he’d been up all night -, so he was quick to arrive on the scene, a tired smile decorating lovely features as he came to stand beside Rory. This guy seemed really nice, though Pierce had no idea why he was here so early. Stifling a yawn, he blinked emerald eyes a bit harshly, trying to clear his exhaustion from them as he focused on the tabby before him. “Welcome to the clan, Jackson,” he spoke softly as he quickly glanced over the newcomer’s form. “I’m Pierce Parker- you have a lovely name.” Okay, maybe he couldn’t refrain, but he was only being nice - he complimented most people he met.

  • — Jacko? What an odd name. Well, Jackson was better. Tavi made her way onto the scene, and nodded her head. "Heya! I'm Tavi, it's nice to meet you!"

  • Vinny didn't really... remember what it had felt like, seeing those stairs for the first time. Too much had happened in between the first time he joined back in June, his disappearance, and his rejoining in December. He was probably just as amazed as everyone else had been, but who really knew?

His wounds from the fight with Alpha were finally beginning to heal, the pain diminishing as the days went by. However, he wasn't quite ready to be off of the poppy seeds yet. Lucky for him, he had just taken his dose, so he would be good for the next several hours- meaning, he could come and greet joiners without being in pain with each step he took. "Hey, name's Mementomori- or Vinny, whichever you prefer. Welcome to BlizzardClan." The husky introduced himself, giving the feline a nod.

CAUSE' I KNOW THE COST OF TIME, AND I'VE PAID IT ALL MY LIFE —

  • The tomcat had been looking up at the coyote with expectant green eyes but before he could get a response there were people coming over. A serval, a fox and a dog. And interesting bunch. His pricked ears caught the words of the serval and a slightly lopsided grin formed on his chiselled maw. "Thanks, Pierce." The male's eyes flickered over him and the feline met his gaze with a slight tilt of his head. "Yours isn't too bad either. Can't say I've heard Parker as a last name often, but it sounds good. Suits you." What did he know about the male? Nothing. But if the serval was playing the compliment game then hey, Jackson wouldn't refuse. Besides, the serval was sort of good looking.

Then there were the other two. The fox first. His heard turned and grass coloured eyes fell upon the red furred girl. Heck if she'd thought Jacko was weird then he'd hate to say it but boy she was a strange one for Tavi was definitely far more... out there. Offering the vixen a smile he returned her polite nod. "You too, Tavi." There wasn't much else to say to the creature and so his green eyes moved now to the third of them. The dog.

"Thanks mate." The tabby cat spoke with an easy grin before his head tilted slightly to the side. "So Vinny, how'd you get a nickname like that with a name like Mementomori?"

  • "just be thankful his nickname isn't 'meme.'" mike joked as he padded up to the gathering group, an easy smile on his lips. he was starting to feel a lot better after everything. he was able to walk better now, he was more like himself; it was just nice. he hadn't made a joke or a smile in quite a while, so it was probably welcoming towards the others. "i'm mike, a paladin here. welcome to the clan, jacko." an odd nickname, but he could work around it.

  • retro to capture!

a nearby commotion had attracted the medic trainee's attention, another joiner? blizzardclan was always full of joiners, and sometimes it was nice to see them. such as: will they stay long enough and climb the ranks, be the new medic trainee? there was much more options to that thought, but mija cut them off short- slowly scuttling over to where everyone seemed to be at. her tiny dark chocolate colored paws moved quickly over the snowy ground, soon coming to a stop up beside mike- as she arrived just before him. a quick shiver raced up her spine, causing the sable ferret to shiver momentarily before bracing herself.

"welcome to blizzardclan, jackson. i am mija, the medic trainee." the multicolored carnivore would introduce, glancing at vinny momentarily before letting her dark milk chocolate pigmented gaze glance at the rest of her clan-mates. some of the ones she see a lot were here, basically the welcoming committee.

  • ✦✦✦ "Yoo-hoo!" The alabaster ragdoll eagerly perched herself on one of the spiraling tiers above the crowd. From a substantial distance, one could easily mistake her for a roosting snow owl due the exquisite poise with which she held herself. She was one of the last individuals to introduce herself, which was regularly anticipated from the femme. Her vermiculate coat smelled of chestnuts and vanilla beans, foreshadowing the project she had been hastily preparing for the clan. It appeared that this individual had arrived just in time to become a participant of her exploit, too. "I'm Spotteddream, a paladin trainee, and BlizzardClan welcomes you! If you have any questions related to wildlife or craft-making, I'm always open to queries." She proclaimed with a sprightly wink.

  • Fadingmoon

Fadingmoon could not stop the smile spreading across her face. To see so many of her Clan mates greeting a newcomer...it really warmed her heart. The canine trotted forward, giving Jack a bright smile. "As they said, welcome to BlizzardClan! It's a pleasure to meet you, Jack. My name is Fadingmoon."
