Where should my next traditional character be from?

Alright, so I want to play a character from his first month to his last month in the same clan. So, alternatively, a character could have adopted him/given birth to him within one of these clans. But as of right now, his rogue mother has abandoned him on the border of a clan. I will have to figure out the rest later unless someone wants to plot with me. I would like him to be a Russian blue with green eyes, based on Boris the Russian blue appearance wise, named Bluekit. He will eventually become Bluetail.
