  • Sunwatcher's weekly task had been to teach Rifters something, so that was what she planned on doing. "Everyone, come here! I have a lesson! Super fun! I'll teach you how to not look at the sun! How to not burn your eyes! And how not to go blind! And other things that happen when you don't look at the sun!" The pup howled, enthusiastic as always. Quasar, the amabassador from the Veil, had said that her name meant she looked at the sun a lot. Naturally, she had to prove him wrong, and teach everyone not to stare at the sun. He said it could burn her eyes out and melt them and something, meaning that it was an important lesson to be taught.

  • I A B*TCH, I'M A TEASE —

The female would humor the child as she so often did with kids. She would trot over and take a seat. Eyes on the other and head tilted. "Sounds fun!" She offered with a soft smile.

  • The demon was less likely to humor the child, but she came over to offer her attention. After all, she may as well get used to having to humor kids. She was surrounded by them, after all. "Okay. Teach away."

BETTER BE SCARED, BETTER BE AFRAID —

  • "Only two Rifters?" She whined, disappointment showing through her voice and her expression. If anyone, she had at least expected mommy, who had given her such an important task! "I need to wait for mommy and daddy. Then we can start," Sunwatcher informed Amina and Crimsonsongs, resolute on waiting for her mommy and daddy. If anyone needed to know how not to stare at the sun and burn their eyes, it was mommy and daddy. Mommy especially needed to know that starting at the sun wasn't good, since she had given her such a dangerous name.

Archipelagoisland, once again, found herself laughing at her daughter's statements as she wandered over to view the experience. She was so innocent and so pure! Who couldn't love this poor child? Surely, she couldn't. Even if her rambles were quite hefty and prolonged, the female found no wrongdoing within them. Thus making the child quite a priority on her list. Sunwatcher was going places with her bright mind. Thankfully she wasn't ruining it by staring into the sun, just like her name suggested.

"Hey hon," she enthused. "Can you teach me how to get an eye back?" The admiral was definitely messing with her daughter. Hopefully her response would be cute, such as giving her a fake eye or a button to place in her socket. In the meantime, she'd wait for an answer.

  • it totally fits her tho

The pup dashed up to her mommy as soon as she arrived, attempting to tackle her with a hug. The question she posed confused her, causing her to stumble a few steps backwards. Since she was so used to seeing her mommy all the time, she sometimes forgot that she only had one eye. Her and Fore would be best friends, plus her mommy could teach him how to fish better with one eye! "Errr, maybe put a blanket over it and say POOF!" She suggested enthusiastically, despite her uncertainty. "But now we have to wait for daddy. Then I'll teach everyone fun things!" Sunwatcher added in, gaze in search of Technopunk. Where was her confused, robotic wolf daddy?

  • that must hurt a lot

*:・゚✦ ”Ya mean yer not supposed to stare at the sun?” Frightfur’s voice was laced with sarcastic undertones even if a smile carved itself on his maw. He guessed the red and tan canid was questioning her name the same way she questioned the meaning of everyone’s names and everything. That’s just what she had done ever since he’d met her and he was beginning to accept she was that way because she was.

”I mean, we can wait for your ‘dad’ to come along if he can make it, sure,” the candy freak muttered slowly and unsurely thinking about Technopunk, ”But I’ll wait ‘round to hear your lesson, too.”
