  • Right now you seem so far away — DeyVarah Shaia — Blizzardclan — She/Her/They/Them —

A sign sat in front of DeyVarah's hut as she prepared her place with snacks, drinks, and a open area for people to get comfortable on while they did something she had contemplated on hosting for a while - A jewelry crafting workshop. She did have a bunch of supplies that she knew very well that she wouldn't get through anytime soon, so might as well allow others to create something with them. She had told everyone ahead of time when she was hosting it, plus this will allow for her to get to know everyone more and for everyone to interact with each other. Ensuring that everything was at the very least to her standards, supplies all splayed out from different gems, beads, bands, to even other things she had crafted if anyone wanted to use them like some simple gloves and helmets. Ensuring that her door was wide open for anyone to entered she waited for peope to come on in, a smile on her face. This was going to be quite fun...hopefully.

    action "speech" thoughts

  • Chesspieces had heard the news about someone having a jewelry workshop for the BlizzardClanners. He hadn't given it a second thought as making jewelry wasn't exactly his style. However, the tricolored canine had stumbled upon the area when DeyVarah had been setting it up. He had seen it and now that it was clearly happening today, Chesspieces decided it was best not to skip out. The canine turned around, kicking away clumps of snow from his fur as he trudged over. "Hello. I thought I heard someone was making jewelry today." The head medic barked. His amber irises glanced over the large assortment of materials before lifting his attentive gaze to DeyVarah. "I'm Chesspieces. Pleasure to meet you."

  • She'd never really considered making jewelry herself, so this would be interesting. She'd been needing to find something to do anyway, and this could be fun. Light approached the workshop shortly after Chesspieces, glancing over the supplies. "Nice setup," she stated, smiling at DeyVarah. She decided to wait a bit before going about making anything. She honestly had no idea how to make jewelry, or anything of the sort, but she'd still try. Eventually.

  • Fadingmoon

Fadingmoon could not honestly say she knew how to make jewelry. She'd made a few friendship bracelets with the help of her Clan mates, but nothing extravagant. So when she was wandering by, she noticed the sign and grew curious. A small smile played across her lips as she approached, tail wagging. "How do we do it?"

You're a very curious child when you're not an anxious and confused mess. You like to explore and snoop to learn new things and answer questions and right now, the question you're looking for an answer to is 'where exactly am I?' It'd only been a day since you'd found yourself in another dimension and stumbled across BlizzardClan, and every muscle in your body is still sore, but you need answers, so you'd put your nerves and pain aside to stumble through the camp.

It appears you'd found yourself in the middle of an activity somebody set up. You walked close, listening in as people talked among themselves, and were able to figure out that was a place that people could make jewelry for themselves. Your deep brown eyes displayed your confusion as to how one could even make jewelry with paws and claws, but you tried not to dwell on it. Was this a normal thing for the clan? You lingered next to the table awkwardly, not knowing what to do.

  • "Hello," Deerspeed chirped, padding up. "What's all this?"

Her eyes turned emerald green as she peered down at the sparkling jewels.

"It's pretty," She added with a flick of her tail.

Prodding at a azure one with a paw, her eyes changed to match the color.

The cheetah had never seen jewelry before, not out on the Serengeti. This was the first time.

  • When Arty had first noticed the sign he had been reading a rather nice thick book. As he read it, he was almost certain nobody would be interest in doing something so..mundane. Imagine Arty’s surprise when more and more people gathered to makes jewelry, so much so that Arty picked himself up off the ground, smoothed his flyaway fur, and quickly closed the distance from his spot and the group.

"What have we got going on over here?" The silver and black fox asked, as if he didn’t already know. He glanced around, listening as most of them questioned how to make jewelry. Artemis himself wasn’t sure how either, but he wasn’t about to voice that out loud.

  • Pierce had never been a huge jewelry guy. He usually leaned toward more feminine things, yeah, for sure, but he just... had never been drawn to that type of thing. That didn't mean it wasn't cool, though, so when he heard about what DeyVarah was planning, he had decided to attend. Why not? It would be a good time with his clanmates, he was sure. Ambling over after Artemis, he halted beside Frisk, offering the youth a gentle smile before fixing his gaze on DeyVarah and stating softly, "This looks really nice- you set it all up yourself?" Not that it would be that difficult of a task, but it still took a bit of effort. He fell silent after that, since everyone else had already asked about the jewelry, and allowed his tail to give a small, friendly wag, his smile remaining on his soft features.

When Pierce came up beside you, you couldn’t help but find yourself smiling softly. He reminds you so much of your mother, soft and caring, gentle and kind. It’s bittersweet, to be reminded of Toriel, such an amazing person, someone you may never see again. But you try not to think about it too much. Instead you’ll live in the moment and try and enjoy Pierce and your other clanmates until you’re not sore and confused and know what to do.

When the male smiles at you, you shyly wave back, happy to see him. You listen close as he talks to the woman you who seems to have set the event up, given the way everyone’s approached her. You nod in agreement when the serval says the place looks nice. After the woman responds, you tap Pierce’s side with your tail (you’ve slightly gotten the hang of having one) and nod in the direction of the jewlrey table; it’s your silent way of asking if he wants to make something with you. It seems like fun.

DeyVarah smiled when she looked at Chesspieces, Lightpollution, Fadingmoon, Frisk, Deerspeed, Artemis, and Pierce, glad to see a crowd appearing. Hearing questions on what to do, she stepped to the side to show the materials on the tables, "There are things from strings to bands, you can take whatever you want from these tables and create what you want, from flashy necklaces to headgear. If you need anything special or need help or something don't be afraid to let me know." She said as she looked at everyone, "Also if you want to advice, suggestions, or certain things done for you do not be afraid to ask me once again."

  • Fadingmoon peered at the tables. She selected some glass beads of various colors and began to put them neatly on a chain. Why a chain and not string? Who knew, she was new to this!

  • The female cheetah trying stringing a emerald green bead that her eyes matched onto a string, but it was hard with clumsy paws.

Focusing harder, she finally slipped it onto the string and yipped, a strange noise to come from a cheetah.

She reached for a milky white one and her eyes changed to match it, too.

She was able to string that one as well.

Working quickly and focused she soon had an assortment of beads on the string.

"Now what?" She asked, ears pricked.
