An old member returning with some questions

    I've been inactive on this site for several months, and just recently made a comeback. I've noticed there have been some changes to roleplay etiquette in the clan forums, and I just wanted to clear some things up before I start roleplaying with one of my new characters. Is it alright to have your character already start out in a particular alliance when you begin roleplaying them, regardless of whether or not you had them born there? If so, are you allowed to start out as a warrior, or is there an age limit? I'm so used to creating a joining thread for my characters, so this is all a bit confusing to me.

    As far as the extended and traditional Clans, you can join any Clan you want, however you want either by creating a thread with your character joining or by jumping into threads unless, of course something happened ICLY like a character was exiled. Your character can also be any age you wish. This might change if you apply for a litter and there are rules you have to follow in order to get a kit but other than that, you have that freedom. (:


    With fanclans, that may change. Whoever makes the fanclans might require a form. Most do.
