//god this is awful lol please don't read this if you're not a judge for the contest ahhhh
Rabbit. Usually lean, lacking excess lipids in their muscular hind limbs. Their frontal appendages were akin to the arms of tyrannosaurus, in Milepaw's opinion, meaning they were useless and unimpressive. The cranial structure was less impressive. Two snake-like antenna auditory organs shot out of the crown of the rodent's head. Beady black eyes glistened like slimy moss on a river rock, specifically in spring. Their luminaries were place on either sides of their skull, aiding the hideous factor of the wretched rodent. Its olfactory organ is dark, moist like a rotting berry in the summer's heat. The gnashing sepia hued incisors glimmer grossly with saliva and chunks of crushed green chlorophyllic matter. Despite its grotesque appearance, these succulent gamey fleshed rodents were delicious.
The cadet's body lowered until his soft silver underbelly kissed the moist earth. The frozen precipitation in the vicinity of the youngster had melted during this unusually scorching morn of deep winter. His luminous cobalt optics were locked onto said succulent rodent. Milepaw's body quaked with anticipation as he slowly encroached on the unknowing victim, making sure that the pitiful breeze blew against his visage. Fortunately for the trainee, he had the supernatural talent of invisibility. Milepaw was able to become chameleon, blending seamlessly into the area that he stood in. The rodent would not be able to envision their impending doom. However, the young feline vulpes hybrid was wary that the elongated ears of his victim could catch the sound of his pawsteps like the pounding of a taiko drum by a particularly muscular being. He had to be careful.
As he inched forward, the wait seemed to take a millennia. But the game of cat and mouse could not be rushed. The rise and fall of Milepaw's monochrome chest slowed, he forced himself into a tranquil state. If his breathing became as erratic as a jackrabbit's pace, he knew that his victim would hear him. Taking this precaution into account, the boy crawled forward once more, his movements mimicking a snake in grass; silent and deadly.
And then it was time. His luminaries widened slightly, his muscularlatory system tensed, and he sailed through the air like an arc of water from a fountain. As fast as lightening, Milepaw had sunk his obsidian hued talons into the now screeching creature. Dipping forward like the bow of a ship, he reach out with his masticating tools, allowing them to sink into the soft flesh of the dying creature. He fastened his teeth into warm body, blood tormented out of incisions that he made, and jerked his head, rendering the rodent's spinal column splintered at the nape of its neck. Milepaw threw his cranium back, detaching the rabbits own from its still twitching body. Droplets of red showered on the burnt earth in front of him, as he allowed some of the viscous liquid trickle down his throat. Victory maybe an attack on cleanliness but it was delicious. Savoring the taste of the metallic liquid in his mouth, he tossed the useless body part away, it bounced a few times like a deflated basketball before falling still. Now for the real treasure, the triumphant apprentice finally claimed the now limp carcass, grasping it in his jaws and returned home to feast, very much so parallel to how vikings headed homebound after a bout of raiding. It was the same feeling.
