    on the border of the empire will sit an odd little ghastly ball of light, a wisp, sparkling in hues of reds and protecting a note from the nefarious weather until someone approaches. the spectre will take its leave after giving the piece of parchment up, which will say the following in a clumsy scrawl;


    "ThE SaNCTUARy COrdIALLy INvITES YOU To CoMPETE IN ThE winTER OLYMPIC GAMES. tHERE WIlL BE FoOD aND ReWARDS, oBVIOUSLy. hoWEVER, pLEASE BE MINDFUL OF OUR aLLIEs oR RISK REMOVAl FrOM ThE GAMES, tHANkS."


    and then the time and date have been written out in a much smaller, nicer penmanship.
