  • Two orbs of dazzling emerald light glistered from the shadowy depths of the land by the border, a constant, bee-like hum emitting from beneath the cinnamon-kissed muzzle they illuminated. The eerie green touch ran its cold fingers over a sleek ivory pelt, each strand shaded of gem and shadow, and an unsettlingly sharp aura looped the figure’s form, if it anyone was able to view it.

    The feline of dusty satin moved about the outside of the territory, numb pawpads nudging rocks swiftly from the path by the darkest stretch. As pelt brushed the cold bark of a tree, emerald eyes narrowed, and the figure’s motives were released: business. In her jaws hung a basket of various objects, many of which were carved daggers and blades weapons, along with bandages and vails of medicine and magic. Some were still, clear liquid, like water, while others bubbled and glowed shades of blue and yellow.

    The basket settled on the border with a thump, and the ivory feline lifted her green gaze to the dark land. “The District, here, to check in and invite you to an event. To be specific, a cave challenge...” she licked her lips, a sly expression seizing her features. “Where you’ll get scared. Also a chance to train and ‘verse with some Rifters and District members.” The depths of The District’s caves were haunted by simulations and hallucinations of the worst fears of those who gazed too far into the shadow, and they had made a game of conquering fears within. It was a blast.

  • THERE'S A DANGEROUS KIND OF COOL ABOUT YOU —

    steve was about to question the creature’s presence on the territory when she began do speak of an invatation to some kind of event. more specifically- a cave challenge. it was certainly odd, and steve wasn’t entirely sure if he could accept the invatation as a duskreacher. regardless, he offered her a smile and said, “sounds pretty rad, i’ll wait to see what some of the others say”, not wanting to reach past his duties.

    Kebechet was, admittedly, still a bit too small to peer into anything from far away, so when she saw the weapons, disappointment found its way onto her face. Why did everyone always give weapons on ambassador visits? It seemed so repetetive and warlike- wait, was that glass? Her pace quickened as curiosity grew, and when her eyes landed on the bottle of fizzing yellow liquid, the disappointment faded from her eyes and was replaced by an expression of awe and joy. What was that?

  • A cold dark shape slipped out of the darkness, body barely recognizable beneath the burning flames that adorned it. A curved smile of glowing heat settled on an obsidian muzzle as fiery eyes located the one that had come to the border from the District. So an invitation to an event and to check up on us. That was all very well said for them as she had been expecting something from their end for a long time now. Their two weeks was almost up after all. Focusing her large form would walk forward after her daughter and she would look to Steve before then focusing on the strange female before the hellion sat down and gave a light nod of her head. There was interest with the leader and the District but a faint one and she hoped to see it improve in the future but for now she was content in this visit. "Yes, we would love to attend. I'm sure things are doing well over on your end. Shadow Veil is doing very well as of late and we haven't had much trouble from anyone save for the Exiles but they have always been trouble. They started with us first so that isn't saying much."

  • FRAGILEPAST

    "TALKING" || 'THOUGHTS' || 'TELEPATHY'

    A cave challenge? What in the ever-loving hell was that? The panther's head craned to the side as he approached with a faint look of confusion. His curiosity about the subject was high. Seeing that he had duties to attend to though, he wasn't sure if he wasn't going to attend. Fragilepast, though, might just watch from afar with his super senses so he could get a feel of the situation. If it was to get interesting, he'd head over. Otherwise, there wasn't much motivation for him.
