    Dr. Jenny turned at the sound of Dr. Damien Black's footsteps. Her eyes took him in for a moment, at least satisfied that he came completely prepared with whatever he needed. "It's alright for now, I didn't have any difficulties this morning," she said with a wave of her hand. "Perhaps you could bring some of the animals on a walk for me? We're going to be putting most of the creatures in the room soon enough and they might as well get the majority of their energy out."

    The way it lit. The path is clear.


    OOC: Midterms are awful, send help, and consistent muse if anybody could do that too

    Dr. Black nodded, "That would be wise to do, especially before the test. Anyone in particular?" He asked, looking to the other cages.


    Seraphim sniffed the air, even without eyes, he could tell Dr. Black was here even before he heard his voice. It wasn't hard, seeing as he smelt of the cigarettes he smoked all the time. He flapped his wings in agitation, which caused Dr. Black to look his way for all of a minute, just couldn't stand to look at Seraphim anymore, it made him feel so much guilt.

    After her children had had their fill, URsula poked her head out from their nest on the ground. When her babues were old enough to begin climbing, she'd move them to the second nest she had in a knothole on one of the trees. Until then, she kept them on the ground for safety, in a shallow nest dug out enough so that they couldn't climb out. Peering through the glass walls, Ursula tilted her head curiously. Dr. Jenny and Dr. Black were conversing, glancing at the caged animals every now and then. Were they planning something?

    Dr. Jenny looked around for a moment. "Bring out Haphazard, Zena, Bruno, and Malum. If you need help with them, call in one of the other scientists." She took hold of the wagon's handle, "I'll be putting this in the back. Once you return, find me and we'll all decide who will go in and who won't."

    (Sir Transparent the third is making their humans today.)

    Greg walked into the room, right at the end Dr. Jenny's instructions. Emerald was right behind him. He groaned inwardly, but not out loud, fearing he may be fired for such an outward show of distaste towards the creatures. He could tell that she was not pleased either, her feet dragging on the ground slightly.

    OOC: Finally out of the mess that was midterms. Hopefully things will be a bit more consistent now.

    IC: Dr. Black took the moment to adjust his glasses before he gave a curt nod, "Of course, Dr. Jenny." He turned on the hard heel of his shoe, and looked to the younger scientists who just came in, acknowledging them as he went along wordlessly preparing to walk the creatures he was asked to.


    Valentine was finished and satisfied with her meal, and was just about ready to slide back into the water when she heard the approach of the other scientists. The hybrid kitten chirped quietly, and preceded to mew a little louder.

    And a tiny bit sad
