    PLOT IDEAS

    - steve gets his emotions/memory altered by someone to make him think he saw nancy again and got in a big fight with her. she basically elaborates on how he was a coward for running away and reiterates to him all there terrible things he did personally that he never saw as worse than what she had done to him. this causes steve to be plunged into a whirlwind of emotion. he wants her back despite all she did to him, but also wants to never see her again. steve will then relapse into his more douche-y personality as well as for-go his will to give up drinking/smoking. basically just some good ole character development because he needs to become meaner ??


    - steve finds love again, dates someone and gets his heart broken by her. this triggers steve to realize he's better off working on his own, and this will probably be when he finds his nail-studded baseball bat. he realizes that it doesn't matter what people think of you unless you're doing the right thing and becomes a better person through this overall. we see his loyalty and personal relationships strengthen, and he perhaps quits drinking/smoking for good. basically the dad steve stage of his life.
