  • 「 they’d love to watch me fall — they think they know it all 」

What did many people need? Journals. Because most people’s memories started lacking. Even the eidetic memory of Heiji often needed to be written down... even if he did see some messed up stuff. The strawberry leopard shook his head, and decided to let others take some journals. He set up a table in camp, with decorated sorts of leather journals, with colorful pens. He stood near the table, calling, "If you want a journal, come get one!"

  • — Tavi's ears perked up at the call for journals. A journal was exactly what she needed! It would help to get all these cluttered thoughts of her sister out of her head. She got up from where she was resting and padded over, taking a journal. "Fank you!" she barked, although it was muffled by the journal in her mouth. It was supposed to come out as a thanks to Heiji. Now all she had to do was conjure up a pen. Or...something.

  • Fadingmoon

Fadingmoon studied the journals, wagging her tail slightly. What a lovely idea! She'd never seen anybody actually make journals before and she was one more so for reading than writing. But perhaps she could journal about her days? Smiling, she dipped her head. "How kind of you. Thanks!"

  • She was always one for collecting things. Books, video games, comics, and really anything that she found interesting. Journals were just they type of thing that she would use - so, Sugar was pretty quick to head over when she heard him call out. What would she use the journal for? She honestly wasn't too sure, but it was always nice to have one around anyways. She grabbed a journal and a couple of pens, flashing a smile at Heiji. "Thanks, dude! I'll be sure to use it."

  • Bathbombkit actually kept a journal of his own. Well... actually it was more of a diary, to be more specific. His diary was almost filled up since it was a fairly small one. But now he had a problem. He wanted to get a journal so he could bring it back home, but he was too afraid to look like a loser going on up and getting one. All the people that went up there were girls and he wasn't a girl! No way was he going to be laughed at by his clanmates. So instead the tabby kitten decided to pout, ears pinned the back of his head and eyes locked on the journals as everyone else went to grab one.

  • ・゚ ✦ °- cherry didn't like to admit her memories were complete and utter shit. it was just part of her stubborn nature, as were many things. her memories were always leaving her mind, constantly making her retrack and try to think hard on that one moment she knew happened, but just couldn't bring up anymore. it was thankfully happening only to the memories she disliked the most so it didn't bother her too much. but sometimes the tendrils of forgetfulness would grasp onto that one memory she's enjoyed for such a long time and suck it all away. sometimes fragments of a whole event would stick, but the entirety wouldn't. it would be reasonable for her to go to some medic and check in on this and make sure she wasn't getting some sort of early-onset alzheimer's, but laziness and the lack of wanting to show something was wrong played key roles on it getting worse.

cherrybomb had her own journal: an old and dusty brown one whose seams were practically falling apart. she'd had it ever since she'd joined los santos and had needed a place to store the results of her explosive experiments. sometimes a few pages would be dedicated to her random doodles of stick creatures blown to pieces or small snippets of shitty poems. other than that, they were crunched numbers and to-do lists and details of the damage done. it was personal and she would never replace it. but she knew a time would come where the last page would be written on and she'd need to find a new one. heiji's announcement was almost an answer to an old prayer. the blizzardclanner had stalked her way over and slipped between the other bodies present to snatch one of the journals up. preference on how it looked wasn't on her mind- it would probably be ruined by spilled substances and terrible writing for her to be so picky on it. anyway, it would be collecting dust until her childhood journal was fully completed.

"fuck yeah, i've been needing one for awhile now. thanks, bro. now i won't fucking forget what'll happen when i mix too many elements into one bomb. lemme tell 'ya, that shit isn't fun to experience." she lazily told heiji, equally-lazy smirk on her face. picking it up with her mouth, she was ready to head off when she saw the pouting child. she hadn't met him before (hell, she still didn't know that many people here), but that didn't stop her from being some nosy bitch. putting the journal once more on the ground, she tilted her head and furrowed her eyebrows, "hey kid, the fuck's with the face? something wrong?" her choice of wording wasn't the best, but then again, expressing any sort of emotions correctly wasn't her forte.
