    Zombie apocalypses, as seen in literature and video games, are often made accidentally through human error or viruses and bacteria that normally don't affect and impact humans so horrifically. But this disease was made just for humans. Out 0f revenge. To subdue. To conquer.

    Deborah Salt, a Russian spy brainwashed into working for the Americans as a neuroscientist, was bred and trained to do one thing only - create the apocalypse that would make America crumble. It started out as triggers at first - talk of the living dead. Why did hearing or seeing stuff about it send her into a compulsive episode? The topic so... familiar? As exposure continued via the media, it no longer became a trigger, but an obsession. Deborah began researching and dedicating her knowledge to finding ways in order to recreate behavior exhibited by "zombies" by stimulating certain areas of the brain.

    Deborah found that a certain neurotoxin she created through the combining of certain natural poisons called "Sola" stimulates parts of the brain usually seen during the REM (Rapid Eye Movement) sleep stage experienced by people who are about to or are in the midst of lucid dreaming. This state paired with Sola's other components recreates a state of mind that is usually seen by people who take serious narcotics, such as LSD, Methamphetamine, and PCP, serious drugs with serious affects on the brain and the sensations perceived. However, Sola has an acidic component that literally rots the brain and other parts of the body once it has entered the blood stream which keeps the person in a constant state of a bad trip. The neurotoxin contaminating the fluids in the body, making Sola extremely contagious once it has begun to fester.

    Once the first person afflicted was released into the public, it did not take long for Sola to infect and fester within others. Soon, the first city was placed under martial law and the number of quarantine zones gradually increased across the U.S.

    The state of turmoil that burned throughout America as vigorously as wild fire became a global phenomenon that shocked most of the world and excited others.

    Russia was always watching, and when the time came, they struck while the pan was hot. Russia cut off all of the U.S''s resources while they were busy with the Sola outbreak and essentially took over. However mighty Russia may be though, the infectious out break was getting too much to contain. But, what happens if you add a rebel group to the mix?

    The plot of this thread is to not only to survive the apocalypse, but to revolt against Russia and claim your country back. You don't have to right away, but at some point every one should become allied with the rebel group that is opposing Russia - unless you have other plot ideas in which feel free to contact me or put ideas in your form.
