  • Freddie Ardentia

Freddie couldn't help but chuckle as Setsuna pointed one of her pistols at her. "Well, at least you know how to do your job. It'd be a little better if you pointed your gun at the enemy, though." She grinned as Alex moved to diffuse the situation. "And you're doing your job too! Wow, you kids grow up too fast."

Suddenly the smile melted off her face, and the happy tone turned icy. "You can shoot me if you want. But I have the rest of the Ardentia's upstairs, and I don't think they'll be too happy if they hear a gunshot. I'm not here to play games with you people. I'm here to hire some criminals and complete a job, okay? Don't make this any harder than it has to be."

  • In your hesitation, I found my answer.

Elizabeth narrowed her eyes at Alex who acted like he was an elder she rolled her eyes but kept her mouth shut. She listened slightly wary at the sudden cold voice Freddie spoke with and kept quiet again for a minute she tried to think of something to say, but didn’t know what to say. She actually kept quiet and looked at her staff like it was the most interesting thing in the world, she didn’t dare to breath for a minute until her lungs worked again and she did. She leaned back against the wall the shadows hiding her even more now, “what do we get in return after the job is finished” she asked her voice still cheerful even with the icy tone Freddie spoke with, she did show in her eyes seriousness but everything else showed an overgrown child. She kept her eyes on Freddie as she waited for an answer, if she’d even get one.

  • Freddie Ardentia

Freddie contemplated whether or not to even answer the question. She decided for it; Better to get cost out of the way as fast as she could. "Well," she started, still completely seriously, having dropped the cheerful facade, "you'll all get a free first last ticket into the Guild, for one thing. Your group is going to be treated like the best of the best in our Guild, and if you choose to, you can stay with us after the mission. And even if you choose to leave, you'll still have our protection whenever you need it. But, I know, that might not feel like much of a reward. So, after Finn is returned, each of you can name your price. Be it gold, or weapons, or other riches, we'll deliver. The Ardentias always deliver."
