    Okay! I’m having a hard time deciding which Clan this teenage Detective will go to, so If plots could work and decide and work for me, that would be great!


    Your character would have heard of Hattori/Heiji here, and will send a letter concerning a murder case (can be an NPC for all I care), and he will come and live in the Clan for a bit in order to solve the case.

    an investigation is fine! just as long as the real culprit isn't found (valentina, noe's companion that nobody knew about anyways) ++ noe's manager's gonna send a letter to colouredclan soon to tell them not to worry about the murderer anymore but it could still be investigated

    So uh, is Noelle’s manager sending the letter also to him or?

    alright! he can come to the conclusion that the murderer, whoever it was, had tried to falsely frame noelle and was targeting her more specifically than the other victims, perhaps?
