With your character seeing mine and a few other revolutionaries in a battle?
-
Okay
Cyreus had snuck out from his palace and swam out into the town. He looked around surprised by all that there was since he had never seen much of it because he hadn't been in the city for a long time. However from his curiosity, he ended up stumbling back and falling into a warehouse where there was planning for a battle against his father
-
Kalyana was so deep in battle planning that she failed to notice Cyreus fall in. But one of the mermen they had up as guards noticed him. "Kaly, I think you should hold off planning for a moment." At that the young mermaid turned around sharply, almost white hair fanning out around her. She had striking grey eyes, the darkest thing about her. Even her tail was silver, and nothing on it appeared very sharp. But when she spoke, her voice was. "Who are you?"
-
Cyreus pushed himself up from the ground and looked up seeing an angry mermaid glaring down at him. Compared to her silver tail, he had one of turquoise and a head filled with black and blue, shoulder-length hair. "I-I'm Cyreus...I-I didn't mean to stumble in here" he stammered scared of what these people would do. When he stumbled in, his hood fell off and it showed his crown
-
Kaly saw his crown and tensed a bit. "Go. Leave and return home before something happens Di you." She ordered, ignoring the merman trying to stop her.
-
Cyreus nodded and was about to leave, but he looked back at the mermaid for a moment. "Who are you?"
-
"Kalyana." Kaly told him. She had never been well known in town before this, so there was no harm in him knowing her.
-
Cyreus nodded and swam out back to his home.
Meanwhile Kalyana's second in command glared at her. "What were you doing? We could've held him for ransom so his father could pay us back"
-
Kaly looked to him evenly. "If you don't trust my judgement, why did you decide to follow me? Besides, we don't need money. We need freedom."
-
He sighed. "Fine I won't question your judgment, but you know we'll see him again when we act out our attack. What are you going to do with him?"
-
"Treat him like one of us." Kaly decided. "If his father hasn't poisoned him yet... he knows how to rule. We can use that once we overthrow his father as long as he likes us.
-
"I see...let's hope he hasn't been poisoned by his father's thinking. Now we should get back to finalizing our plans"
Timeskip a bit?
-
yeah
-
How far?
-
maybe to the next time Kaly and Cyreus meet?
-
Cyreus sneaks out again and crashes into her
-
Kaly yelped softly out of surprise, not having expected anyone to run into her.
-
Cyreus back away and noticed who it was again. "Kaly? I haven't seen you in months"
-
Kaly looked surprised. "Cyreus? Oh... you remembered my name?"
