  • SOMETHING SO MAGIC ABOUT YOU!

    Berrykit - male - 5 moons - kit - Thunderclan - easy

Berrykit had earlier wandered into the medicine cat den to find Copperkit and delivered the message, "If you're up to it come to the nursery in a little bit! We can play that game I worked on!" And with that he would have given her a wink and bounded off. He thought Copperkit was pretty, and he had noticed his brother following her around, so he might as well follow her around too. Though she was too nice to be thought of like that, and he did not mean to, he did intend to just do something kind, but if he could win some favor that would be nice too.

Now he stood in the nursery, awaiting Copperkit's arrival and he shouted out, "Everyone! I have a fun new game idea! Anyone up for it?" His small smile was very inviting as his eyes lit up. He now was close to apprentice age was huge for a kit. From hours of constant practice of the few battle moves he had been taught he was already well muscled, he also loved sparring, which didn't harm this progress. Though, his fur didn't have the shine it could and his ribs stuck out mildly due to his insistence that all the other kits eat before him.

*:・゚✦ Copperkit took the message in stride; she had been anticipating Berrykit's new game for quite a while now, for ever since he had mentioned it, she was eager to get back to the nursery and play with all of her friends and the other kittens within. With only a little time consumed by her taking a moment to chomp down on lamb's ear and wild rose to keep her awake in the process, Copperkit soon bid adieu to her prison and made the taxing journey from one side of the camp to the other. Tiny tracks trailed behind her as the watched, the highest snowdrifts nearly dwarfing her in size and the frigid winds biting at her toes. She shivered the entire way to the nursery, and she now shook even more as she disappeared from the snow and entered the nursery beneath coiled tendrils of moss and bracken. Dripping and mildly sodden from the blizzard, she padded further in, desperate for the warmth offered by other kittens and their weary parents. Trying to still the stumbling and trembling, she cast her gaze on the white and black figure of Berrykit and smiled softly at him, even if it wavered slightly. He had grown so much, she realized. While she only wished the best for him in his warrior career and knew he would make a great apprentice, considering his passion and thoughtfulness, she couldn't help but wish he grew at the same rate.

"What are the rules?" she wondered, distracting herself from the less than savory thoughts by injecting some form of nervous excitement into her maw.

He couldn't hide his grin when she showed up, "Hello, Copperkit. I'll explain. Though we will need at least two other cats if we are going to play it right! It will be me versus you." He paused for a moment trying to figure out how to best explain the game he had made up, knowing it wouldn't be perfect. "We will both have a 'fighter' or cat that is acting for us. And that will be whoever wants to play. Then we will basically control their movements. So we like command them to move, and they can't do anything we don't tell them too. So basically, we will both place a mossball, and the goal will be to get the other cat's mothball using our fighter, and to keep our mossball safe. But the commands can't be anymore complicated than, take a step forward, or take a step backward. And if they need to attack it has to be one movement at a time like, "swipe at his head". But our fighter have to, for added fun, move in slowmo! That way we can command them fast enough." He paused looking doubtful, "Did that make any sense at all?"

  • At the suggestion of a game, of course Asterkit was going to pop out of the nursery. In her best hunter's crouch, she creeped up behind Berrykit, attempting to bat at his tail. "Hm, it sounds like a weird game, but weird games can be fun! Let's try it!" she meowed excitedly. She wasn't excited about her brother's idea in particular, since any old game would do for her. Especially with how boring everything was once the novelty of snow wore off.
