    Of course he felt a little bit at odds with some others in the Clan. On the terms of names. Why were some people named with the usual Clannames while others weren't? It was a curious thing to Nathanael and since he couldn't decide which one was better, he wanted both.


    "Mommaaaaa," the dark creature called, bounding up towards the leader's den on long legs. Though he was just a child still, Nathanael was growing quiet tall, with a slim figure, mostly on account of his long legs which seemed almost a bit too awkward for his body. Think of a stumbling newborn fawn, that was how he looked, though he had much more coordination and grace to make those four long legs work together. "Momma momma momma!"

  • TAGS ✦ ✧ ✦ Sometimes she just had to.. step back and look at her kids. When she'd first birthed them, they had been tiny, fragile little creatures. And now they were all grown up. Especially Nathanael, he'd perhaps grown the most out of all the kids. His legs were rather long, making him a clumsy little creature but somehow he made it work. She heard the little guy call out and as soon as she did, her head lifted up and a little sigh escaped her. Last time a kid of hers came to her with questions, it was all about the birds and the bees. She pushed herself to her three legs though and walked over as he came up to her, golden eyes curious with what he had to say.


    "What's up, little man?" The Monarch purred, pushing her maw into the top of his head for a little kiss.
