Jamie nodded and said, "Please call me Jamie and I don't want to intrude." He was nervous on the inside. Her scent was even more sweet up close. He could feel his throat burning with thirst.
-
Izaria paused and looked to him"it's not a problem and your not really intruding on anything"She said with a small shrug. "If you don't want to it's fine I was just offering"She said with a kind smile before she turned and started to head back up the steps to her home the door was still slightly open.
-
Jamie hesitated for a moment and then followed her into the house.
-
Once in the house she moved to the kitchen closing the window quietly before she glanced to him"you...um thirsty?"She asked having blue what he was.
-
“No, I’m fine thanks.” Jamie said as he looked around.
-
"alright then"She said blinking before she put the things she had out up and grabbed herself a drink."So this is the first I've seen you around here what bring you to Valan?"She asked looking to him.
-
“I’m visiting family. I’m actually from Scotland.” Jamie said.
-
"you sound like it and ah alright"Izaria said giving a small smile"So if I may ask how long are you visiting for"She asked figuring it wouldn't hurt to make small talk
-
“I’m staying for a while.” Jamie told her. He wasn’t really lying to her, but he couldn’t tell her the truth.
-
"aH ok then "She said with a small smile."im sure youll like it here while your staying"She said smiling some.
-
“I’m sure I will.” Jamie said as he smiled. He hoped she wouldn’t notice his fangs.
-
Izaria had noticed but she had wrote it off as her imagination."yeah"She said finishing her drink and she stood going to throw the bottle in the trash her back to Jamie for a moment.
-
Jamie bit his lip and sighed. “I should tell you the truth even though you might not believe me.” He said quietly.
-
Izaria blinked pausing before she looked to him for a moment"truth...and why wouldn't I believe you?"She asked turning to look at him.
-
Jamie tilted his head and said, “I think you know what I ‘m about to tell you.” He didn’t want to frighten her.
-
Izaria tilted her head to the side ever so slightly for a moment. She felt her silvery pale platinum blonde hair fall slightly into her face. A look of confusion flashed in her eyes"i....dont really know what you mean"She said. She had still believed that her seeing his fangs was completely her imagination due to the rain and her hard work at school the past few days.
-
“The fangs are real.” Jamie said as he read her thoughts.
-
Izaria seemed to tense ever so slightly as he said that"so....it could be...anything"She said quietly nervously. She was hoping maybe so because if it was true she had just invited a vampire in her home."w...why would you tell me?"She asked looking at him
-
“Don’t worry I won’t harm you.” Jamie promised. “I am a vampire, but I spend my time protecting humans.” He added.
