Some ideas:

- Trade with Kate, she has a bunch of stuff

- Teach your character about herbs, she was once a medicine cat

- Teach your character about supernatural stuff

- Heal your character

- Stop a hollow from attacking/killing your character

- Save your character from anything

- Help Kate out of a sticky situation

- Travel together to a clan

- Capture and hurt Kate (in a moment of weakness)
