  • "How!? How could I have lost! I was made for this!"He was on his knees, crying away his life. He was supposed to be the strongest wasn't he? To fall to those weaker than him, it shouldn't have been possible! Now trembling he looked up at the face he feared the most, Zeta? His creator looked down at him, "I will give you this one chance, should you fail, you will be promptly taken apart and replaced."

Skew is android, built for the sole purpose to seek and eliminate his target, but now he has met his undoing at the hands of his "brothers," drones built to take him down should Skew make decisions that his creator finds unpleasant.

In a whorl of emotions, he heads off on his own journey to become stronger. While on the road, his creator gives him an ultimatum; kill only one target on his personal list or be hunted like a beast and put down. Skew immediately accepts, and heads for (Your character)'s family.

Your character is the daughter of one of the rival's of Skew's creator, and has had the pleasure of a spoiled childhood. While pretending to be amongst the staff (specifically for your character), the android begins too fall for her and find that strength is not the only thing in the world.

  • //Skew would be assigned to her, and he'd screw several things up.

Skew walked with passion inside the Ansalong residence, he knew what was needed.

Too large, too short. . . he thought, trying to find a uniform that fit him proper. He spotted a staff member that just about matched his build. He pulled said member aside and promptly knocked them unconscious. He swapped his clothes for the staffer's. Skew made his way with the other workers to awaited to be assigned. He nodded as he was assigned, Louise Ansalong? I suppose that's a start. He made his way to the room, almost tripping on the way, holding a meal or snack -he never checked which- and knock on the door with an elbow.

  • "Alright, guys!"

It wasn't Walter Ansalong himself giving these orders. Instead, a blonde girl stood in front of the gathered staff. While still a teenager, Louise's father gave her a fair-share of responsibilities. Such as organizing things around the house. Louise stepped down and closer to each member, "Dad's gonna hosting a press meeting here tonight. He needs everything set up. That's where we come in!"

Louise handed out the assigned tasks. Catering, cleaning, decorating...The usual. And by the time she was ready to pick out help for event security, she stopped in front of Skew. Giving him a once-over with a raised eyebrow. "Say...You look different, Mike."

(I have to ask: Is Skew like those Dragonball androids?)

  • //I guess? #17 and #18 were cyborgs, the others were fully synthetic. I'd compare him to #16 as far as his own weaponry goes.

Skew straightened his back and shifted his balance to his right foot, "Y-yes, I decided to try something new." A blunt lie, but it was the android could think of. He failed to think of how the person he was imitating acted, he could only hope that he would go unquestioned. "What is it that you need me to do?"

  • Louise was buying it...For now. "You'll be helping with security." she went on, still a bit weary. Dad needed as many people guarding his back tonight as possible. At least, that's what she'd heard. Walter Ansalong, like every powerful man, had enemies. Luck wouldn't be around to save the eccentric man forever. "I know Dad can count on you. And so can I."

  • Skew nodded, How ironic, he thought, this meeting has bought you time Walter. At this point he had no idea where to go or say, admittedly, he wasn't exactly aware of how things went around the Ansalong residence. Perhaps he should have watched longer before taking action. "Is that all?"

  • "Pretty much, pal. Sorry about that."

Louise didn't sound smug or condescending. Security detail was important, but boring, too. Whether or not this was really him, she cared about Mike. Saw him as a friend. "Remember, though: Keep an eye out. Some 'Zeta' guy has been breathing down Dad's back. No one knows what he's going to pull."

  • Skew kept himself from saying anything, Oh you have no idea.He began to walk to one side, hiding a smile. "There's no way that fool will get close." He failed to keep character and held a breath. But, would Zeta actually expect him to act immediately? It wasn't impossible, but it was very likely. Sew would have to do what he was told for the time being.

  • Louise smiled and gave him a pat on the shoulder. Mike had been around for a fairly short time, but he'd proven himself to be *pretty* good at keeping out the baddies. Although he had yet to deal with someone on her father's level of building scientific contraptions. With that, Louise soon dismissed the staff. Stopping 'Mike' as he left for a quick second, "Oh! Another thing: I need you to come get me before the press conference starts. Think you can do that, too?"

  • "Yeah, sure." Skew blinked, slightly uninterested, "When does it start again?" He was ready double check on the actual Mike, who was somewhere in a closet. Last thing he needed was him showing up and ruining everything planned. Not only would it put Skew in a sour spot, but ultimately lead to his end. Last thing he needed was his self destruction device going off.

  • "4:30 PM"

Louise was back to suspicion. Or, at least, slight suspicion. She would've wondered why he didn't know already. And then she figured it was because he hadn't been told yet. "Can I count on you?"

  • "Yeah, of course you can!" He nodded hastily to avoid suspicion, "I'll see you then." Skew gave a quick bow and sped to where he had hid Mike, and as if to spite him, found no one. Should I even be surprised? In slight panic he began to look for him starting with rooms near by.
