    TRADITIONS

    Breakfast

Every morning, the pack makes it a point to enjoy breakfast together if possible. This is a time that the Alphas use to speak of any plans of the day, as well as a way to keep the pack bound alive.

    Eclipse

To celebrate their ancestors, the pack holds the eclipse quite dear. During an eclipse, all responsibilities and worries are forgotten as the pack gathers at the lake to watch the event. It is during this time that enemies become friends for the time being, and tensions are forgotten.

    Dinner

Very similar to breakfast. If possible, the pack ends their day with each other before going off to do their own things at the end of the day.

    New Moon

The signal of restart. On the nights of the new moons, all responsibilities are forgotten. This is a time to party, have bonfires, and simply enjoy the night. This is similar to the Eclipse, except enemies don't necessarily forget their tension.

Sunlight had begun to stream through the windows of the cabin, shining brightly onto Harlow's sleeping face. The woman frowned, flinging her arm over her closed eyes to provide some sort of shade, though the damage had already been done. She had forgotten to close the blinds again. The previous night had been a bit insane for the Gamma. Between trying to figure out how to restock her supplies and trying to figure out how she was burning though her pain relievers, she had hardly gotten any sleep. The brunette was far from rested, and her disheveled appearance perfectly en-captured how she was feeling.

It took a few minutes for her to build up the energy and will to sit up in her bed, Harlow not hesitating to cast an annoyed glare in the direction of her window. It wasn't like she could blame the sun, though the thought did cross her mind once or twice. However, a glance towards her alarm clock flipped a switch that sent Harlow racing across her room in a bid to get ready for the day. How had she slept in so late?! A series of incomprehensible words escaped her lips as she flung herself left and right to get ready for the day, stopping so she could peer at her reflection in the mirror.

It was worse than she thought; her hair stuck out in all sorts of directions, her eyes had dark circles under them, and she was pretty sure that she was wearing the same clothes she wore the previous day. Her life had become something else entirely, though she would choose living with the pack over suffering through years of medical school. It still baffled her how devoted people were. That was over ten years of your life training to help people when it was much easier to get out and actually do something. That, however, was a discussion for another day.

Harlow nearly fell down putting on her pants but managed to regain her balance before she could hit the ground. That didn't prevent her from ramming her hip into the corner of the bed frame, causing the brunette to slap a hand over her mouth to stifle any profanity that threatened to escape her lips. There were children in the house after all, and as Gamma she had to keep up a certain image. That is, if her image wasn't already completely ruined due to the unnecessarily loud noises coming from behind her closed door. She could only imagine what the others were thinking, though didn't dwell on it too much as she stripped off her shirt and grabbed, without hesitation, a soft sweatshirt. Comfort was her main priority at the moment.

As a finishing touch, and to avoid scaring the faint of heart, Harlow ran a brush through her tangled hair until it lay in relatively neat waves and applied some basic concealer beneath her eyes. She stood in her mirror scrutinizing her handiwork and assessing her outfit before shrugging. It was good enough, and it wasn't like she had anyone to impress... Right? The woman let a soft sigh escape from her lips before turning on her heel and marching out of her door.

Harlow didn't bother to put on a happy guise as she strutted into the common area with a metaphorical storm cloud was hovering above her head. As if in a trance, the gamma made an a-line straight for the coffee pot and poured herself a mug. She offered no greeting to anyone in the area, and instead collapsed face first onto the couch without a sound all the while managing not spill a drop of the life juice that was caffeine. She had always heard people talking about how they regularly only got a couple hours of sleep a night, and she was sure that she wouldn't ever be able to do that in this lifetime.

Her head was pounding and the gamma took a small sip of her straight black coffee (due to her not having the patience to add any cream or sugar), relishing the warm liquid that would hopefully bring her to her senses. She sat up on the couch and drew her legs close to her chest in a comfortable position, nursing her drink with a grateful look. "Whoever discovered caffeine needs an award," she muttered between sips, already feeling a bit more alive. It was a start, though Harlow was sure she would be getting a refill very soon.

    ☀ ☀ ☀

The only sound that reached Theo's ears were his feet hitting the packed dirt path her ran, his breathing steady and heavy. He had been up for some time now and, since no one else had seemed to appear out of their rooms, had decided to go on a run. It was rare that he went out into the woods in his human form and he noticed a few things. For one, the tall man was not used to being unable to scent any changes to his environment. This certainly did little for his relaxation as he found himself constantly searching the treeline for anything out of the ordinary. Secondly, he could actually take in the shades of green that surrounded him. As a wolf, he was only concerned about intruders. He didn't often get to simply enjoy nature.

Theo ran a hand through his curly locks as he slowed his pace, seeing the house just past the tree line. This was his home. A sudden swell of pride overwhelmed the man as he drew closer, his need to protect growing stronger the more he considered the fact that the pack was now his new family. The role of sentinel was very important to both him and the survival of the pack, and Theo took it very seriously. There were no jokes when it came to safety, a fact that he would gladly argue for if anyone opposed him. With a quick glance over his shoulder, he entered the house quietly and observed no one had yet entered into the living room. He shrugged to himself and made his way directly towards his room.

The feeling of warm water running over his aching muscles caused Theo to relax slightly, taking a moment to close his eyes. It had become his daily ritual to stand in the shower with the water turned hot and simply rest, though he cut the moment short to finish washing before stepping out of the shower. The mirror was completely fogged up causing the sentinel to wipe away some of the steam so that he could brush his teeth and comb his hair. Today, he would try to be productive. It had been some time since he had stopped to talk with the other pack members.

Once he was done in the bathroom, the man made his way towards his dresser and quickly put together of simple ensemble of a pair of jeans and a t-shirt, not really paying much mind to if it looked okay together. Fashion, quite frankly, didn't quite make sense to the male. Who in their right mind would spend hours getting ready when they could spend that time doing something important? He made a point to steer clear from people who looked overly made up for no reason without a word, though he had been known to vocalize his confusion in, as someone had told him once, 'a painstakingly crude way.' Sugar coating things was useless, anyways.

Theo was out of his room in a matter of minutes, not seeming to mind the droplets of water that still dripped from the ends of his hair, and casually walked into the kitchen with one of his rare thoughtful expression. He was hungry. That wasn't saying much, however, as he was always hungry. In fact, the whole pack seemed to eat an inordinate amount of food on a daily basis. It came with the territory, he supposed, but the man didn't believe that they should be forced to eat slop.

On special occasions, though it happened quite sporadically, the pack might wake up to find a nice breakfast waiting for them. No one would really knew where it came from but they seemed to ask questions as they were content with the food. Today, Theo decided, would be one of those days. He set to work immediately, keeping quiet as he rummaged through the kitchen, and began to prepare a large amount of pancakes, bacon, and eggs, expecting the smell to draw out some of the more ravenous pack members. It didn't take long to do, and soon enough the food was out on the island and displayed in a lovely way. Theo, however, took no time to admire his work as he grabbed a plate and zipped out of the kitchen before anyone could see him, taking a seat at the dining room to quietly eat with a guarded expression.

  • "I'm an angel with a shot gun"

Jeremiah Rivers || 24 yrs || Beta Male — pic

The feel of the warm water coasting down his skin made Jeremiah smile softly. A good shower after a quick work out always felt amazing, and was practically a must. He knew better than to skip the shower. When it came to early mornings, it was better not to get on anyone's bad side before they had their coffee. Just because he was Beta didn't save him from a sharp tongue of a half asleep pack mate.

Jeremiah had woken up just a little while ago, the sun having begun to light up his room. He had to force himself to get out of bed to do his workout, but he knew he had to. Yesterday he had chosen sleep over his workout, and therefore had to do double this morning. So for a short 30 minutes, his room had turned into a small gym, though he attempted to remain quiet for the rest of the house. There was no need to wake someone up and then get scolded for it. Just because you were a Beta did not spare you a sharp tongue when a pack mate was upset.

Turning off the water, Miah stepped out as the steam enveloped him, drying off quickly so that he could slip into his nearby clothing. The cold of the air right after a hot shower was always the worst for him, and he'd rather conserve the warmth as much as possible. It was odd but, then again, he was odd. He grabbed his boxers and then black jeans, slipping them on quickly before throwing on a white tank-top. He ran his fingers through his black hair, not bothering to look in the mirror. It was fogged up anyways.

Stepping from the bathroom back into his room, he was beginning to smell the sweet aroma of food. Whoever was awake was clearly ahead of the game, and wanting to get everyone else awake too. Feeling his stomach growl, Jeremiah grabbed a nearby jean jacket and quickly tossed it on, completing his outfit for the day. Honestly, it wasn't any different from he would normally be seen it, but why change something that was working for you?

Stepping out of his room, Miah began to make his way to the kitchen, though passed through the living room to see if anyone had made their way there yet. Sure enough, he spotted the form of the pack Gamma as she was seated comfortably on the couch. He had noticed she had seemed a bit stressed lately, so it was nice to see her laid back in the mornings. "Morning, Harlow," he said, though it was quick and in passing as he made his way to the kitchen. He wasn't one for drinking coffee, but he was definitely one for bacon.

"I'm running with the wolves tonight"

    Morgan Woods || 20 yrs || Omega — pic

To say that this Omega hated mornings was an understatement.

Morgan moaned as the light began to penetrate her room, seeping through her curtains. She could've sworn it always came in when she was most comfortable in her bed, and at the time she just didn't want to wake up from a dream. She tossed over and drew her covers over her head, blocking out what she could. I really need to invest in darker curtains...She knew she would have to get up soon enough, but hated the thought of leaving her covers.

She remained where she lay for a short while longer, though began to stir when she smelled food being prepared. It was her growling stomach that eventually pushed her out of bed. Sitting up, Morgan tossed the covers away from her and stretched out her arms, yawning softly as she tried to shake away the lingering hold of sleep. This was easier said than done. As much as she wanted to lay back down, she knee better than that and rose from her bed. If she remained seated she'd never get up.

Morgan quickly gathered some clothing, caring only that her outfit was warm and comfortable. Outside of her sheets, Morgan already felt cold and simply wanted to be hugged in warmth again. She grabbed some skinny jeans and a long sleeve, black and white striped shirt, glancing at herself in the mirror. Her eyes quickly went to the low cut of the shirt and grabbed a pink sweater, throwing it on over top. Morgan hated seeing the scar the graced her chest, even if it was merely a small portion of it. It always reminded her of how she couldn't keep up, so if it was out of sight, it was out of mind.

Morgan threw her hair up into a loose and easy bun, looking herself over in the mirror. She smiled at her choice of attire and let out a soft sigh, nodding to herself. "Time to face the day," she murmured softly, and then went to her door. Stepping out of her room, she was greeted with the smell of food... And coffee.

A smile came to her lips as she began to head for the kitchen, knowing she would need at least one cup this morning. She hadn't had one for a few mornings now, and was feeling the drag of it all. Besides, coffee helped wash down her medication she was forced to live on. She shook her head quickly as the thought came forward, not wanting to let it plague her today. She had already had a recent battle with her thoughts, and she didn't need another one so soon.

"What if I was made for you, and you were made for me?"

    Andrew Waters || 26 yrs || Hunter — pic

Sitting in the seal of his window, Andrew looked out over the woods as one leg swung freely out the window and the other remained propped up against the frame itself. He was often captivated by how peaceful it was at late night or early morning, and the smell of fresh dew always served to be a gentle wake up call. Much better than that of an alarm at least.

His blue eyes scanned the area that their pack house was nestled in, stunned by the fact that such a place could be so well hidden in these woods. If he hadn't been led here when he was younger, he would've never been able to make it to the house. And yet, now, he knew the woods like the back of his hand, as if he had been form and raised here. While that part kind of came with the job title, he was still amazed by it all.

It was natural for Andrew to still be a bit nostalgic about the whole thing, or at least he had thought so. He hadn't grown up knowing this part of him, and there were still a few things he was learning about daily. He hadn't belonged to the pack as a pup and was lucky he had gotten here in the first place. He was grateful to this pack, and swore to make sure that he helped keep it strong and well.

"Alright, enough mussy stuff," he murmured to himself and swung himself back into his room, straightening his clothing that had become shuffled in the processed. Dressed in a gray, long sleeve shirt and a pair of blue jeans, he was dressed rather casually. Another normal day, another normal outfit. He saw no reason to try and get all fancy. He shuffled his messy, strawberry blonde hair, not bothering to look in a mirror before he left his room. He figured he'd look alright either way.

Shutting his door behind him, Andrew made his way down the hall. It was time to meet another day, and see what all his pack mates had in store.

  • Noah pic

Noah excitedly tumbled from his bed still wearing his clothes from the day before. He had been up for a lot of the night setting prank traps for some of his fellow house mates and couldn't wait to see if any fell victim to his mischievous ways. He bounded to each room peeking inside. Quickly he found himself scampering into Ahmir's room with a wide grin on his face. Quietly he crouched to the floor kept his body as low as he could creeping his way to the others bed. His feet swept out carefully to test for any creaky boards and when he found one that didn't make a sound he would advance forward. Once he reached the foot of the bed he settled balanced onto both feet with a small wiggle before launching himself on to the bed tackling Ahmir. Just as quickly as he snuck into the man’s room he darted back out the door cackling loudly, surely waking the rest of the house up.

His heavy footsteps thumped against the floor as he sprinted away from the bedroom. As he went to make a turn down another halfway sliding in his socks he slammed into another person quickly rattling his head. “Sorry!” He called with a giggle as he took off again but his apology didn't sound terribly genuine. On his way to the kitchen he found a large table in his path and with his troublemaker grin he leapt across belly first sliding across the surface. He screeched when he slightly miscalculated and slammed his knee against the table and tumbled to the ground on the other side. The amount of ruckus he made in the house was just the average day in the life of Noah. After his fall he rolled back onto his feet and looked at the few things he swept off the table and quickly placed them back pretending that it didn't happen. There was definitely not a crack in the salt shaker. He refused to make eye contact with Theo as ran passed admitting to a guilt he would not voice. “Morning!”

Then he was off again into the kitchen. His stomach growled as he took in all the food with practical stars in his eyes. He wiped a fake tear from his eye and glanced around to see if there were any supervisors to watch. He swiped up a plate and stacked pancakes a pile high and drowned them in syrup but between each pancake he scoop a layer of eggs. Then finally he would set bacon on the side of the plate because they were a delicacy that needed to be treated with care.

His feet patterned across the floor as he strutted with his plate into the living room where he found someone zombified on the couch. A cheeky grin crossed his face as he set his plate down on a coffee table where she couldn't see before he ran with a giggling yell. “Morning Harlow!” Then he jumped flopping on her giggling because he knew he was being an ornery little brat but he just enjoyed life too much.

    Ashley pic

She laid in bed with a groan placing her hand on her stomach. The little baby inside of her was very trouble some after waking her up multiple times in the night making her have to quickly hobble to the bathroom at least 6 times in the night. Dark circles were sinking in her eyes from the lack of sleep from the brat but a smile pulled at her lips. Gently she rubbed her stomach before looking to the side of the bed wondering how on earth she was going to get up. With a pout she kicked her legs out from being tangled in the sheets and needed to be free before she panicked. She held out her arms frantically waving them for momentum before she slowly leaned to the edge. Her feet sweeped out in front of her as she toed the floor with a sigh before gradually sitting up. Walking around pregnant was a work out enough. Sometimes she wondered how on earth she would actually be able to push her precious cargo from her body.

With a yawn she rubbed her eyes before stretching her arms above her head. She woke up early for her regular yoga meditation. She walked to her dresser pulling out her mat and with a huff she dropped it to the floor before kicking it out to unroll. Luckily she could at least yell and they all had enhanced hearing so if something were to happen someone would definately hear. With a large huff she leaned against the bead as she slid down to the floor and settling on the mat. With a deep breath she proceeded to cycle through the poses of a seated twist, side planking, and the finally standing on one foot with a deep breath and her other foot placed against her thigh. Her hands were placed together in front of her when she gasped surprised as she watched her vision speckle and then go black. She passed out but lucky for her she had planned for the recurrence so she fell back onto the bed out cold again. After one of her check ups with Harlow the discovered that her child enjoyed pushing off her stomach and leaning back against her spine. This would cut the blood flow from the artery protected in her back and then she would black out. It would happen often at the most inconvenient times, the most embarrassing was when she passed out on the toilet.

After several seconds she regained consciousness blinking the dots from her vision before groaning quietly looking up at the ceiling. With slow and hesitant movements she placed her hand on her stomach and once again got out of her bed. She went over to her dresser and opened in pulling out some of her more comfortable clothes before looking into the mirror and fixing her hair. Then she made her way out of her room with slow movements hearing Noah’s trouble making laughter and clattering throughout the house. She made her way down the hall with a smile waving to the other occupants passed as she made her way into the kitchen. After grabbing a plate she she piled it high with pancakes without syrup and sat down at the table in the kitchen, hesitant about the cushioning in the living room. She looked to Morgan with a smile. "Good morning Sis."

    Kari pic

Kari had woken up early to go outside and do a quick warm up work out in the morning between squats, lunges, pushups and trying to increase her cardio, to her despair, by doing a small job around the woods. Of course by this time she had already emptied a bottle of rum and was working on her second. She had been lectured numerous times about how she needed to drink more water but she insisted her liquor easily took the place in her veins and would die without it. Of course this was an overreaction, but it made her laugh at her own joke. After stretching and stifling a yawn she walking inside grabbing a quick shower and walked out of her room in just a towel before she realized that people were still in the house and returned to the room. She looked at herself in the mirror running a brush through her hair and then frowned. With a sigh she pulled out her hair dryer and a brush pulling the brush through her locks of hair keeping the hair dryer against the bristles to dry her hair faster.

After that she flipped her hair to the side and started the process again with all of her thick hair. She smacked her lips thinking that she needed another sip and when she turned to look at it she gasped in horror at the empty bottle. It was a tragedy to see such a terrible thing. Then she walked to her dresser pulling out her clothesslipping her shirt on easily. Kari looked at the jeans with a small pout before she slipped her legs into the pants and slowly pulled them up. Her foot got caught in one of the holed sections and she cursed under her breath trying again. Successfully she got them to her knees and then started to wiggle pulling her pants up with a jerking motion. With a snarky set of words she flopped back onto the bed thrashing around as she pulled them up and then hummed happily as she finally buttoned them. Quickly she pulled a belt from her desk slipping it through the loops and made her way to the kitchen.

She sang loudly as she made her way through the rooms giving a hearty hello and good morning to everyone. Finally she reached the kitchen looking over at a cabinet and snatching up another bottle of whiskey and taking a large sip before setting it onto the counter. With a hum she grabbed a plate filling it with food and then snatching up her bottle and walking out without a hello to Ashley but smiled greeting everyone else about the bright beautiful morning. She walked into the living room and sprawled herself out onto the floor with a content sigh leaning against the couch in support with one arm over the seat of the furniture. “Made quite the ruckus didnt you Noah?” She grinned at the boy before looking over at Marlow.

  • Damien slid his heavy eyelids open with an irritated groan, the man had been sleeping quite well until the sound of running feet and tumbling things woke him. He grumbled to himself and turned in his comfortable bed several times but to no avail. He sat up and hung his long legs off the edge as he rubbed a hand down his tired face. The delta yawned and after finally deciding to get on his feet reached into his dresser to decide what his attire would be for the day. He grabbed something simple and took his time in getting dressed, after rolling up the sleeves of his denim shirt he exited his room.

He walked into the kitchen and took a piece of bacon, he turned to Morgan and offered her a low "Good Morning" while taking a bite the meat. He leaned his elbows against the counter and moved his head so he couldcseeninto the living room through the doorway. His hazel eyes held a glint of amusement at the still body of Harlow on the soft couch and Kari sitting on the floor. His gaze turned to Noah and he smiled softly at the kid's high spirits though he was still irked that he was woken up earlier than usual.

  • Evangeline, having been awake for over 3 hours now simply sitting on her bed and gazing down at her feet. Getting sleep seemed to be more difficult these days, after her mother died. Although this was so, she did her best not to worry anyone by staying in bed until later in the day. But soon enough the smell of breakfast beckoned her. Letting out a long sigh, the opened her drawers, quickly throwing on a maroon top, black sweat pants and fuzzy socks. It wasn't anything fancy, but it was all incredibly comfortable and she absolutely loved it. Looking at herself in the mirror, she gave herself an approving nod and made her way down stairs. Man, she wasn't a morning person.

"Coffee," she muttered once she reached the kitchen. Ignoring anyone else who might be down here, she searched through the cupboards for her coffee grounds. They seemed to be hiding from her. Groaning she looked around at the group. "Where are my Coffee grounds? Did someone hide them?" she asked, leaning against the counter and sighing. Resting her forehead on the table as well, she mummbled. "Its too early to live without Coffee."

  • "I'm an angel with a shot gun"

Jeremiah Rivers || 24 yrs || Beta Male — pic

Jeremiah smiled as he stepped into the kitchen, his eyes landing on the display of pancakes, eggs, and bacon. He rubbed his hands together and smiled, though was a bit caught off guard when he heard the sound of a body crashing into furniture. Glancing to the side, he had caught sight of Noah dashing into the kitchen and then leaving just as quickly. With a huff of amusement, Jeremiah shook his head at the thought of the smallest member of their pack. As Miah grabbed his own plate, he thought back to when he was Noah's age. While he didn't hold as much energy as Noah did, he had gotten into some mischief as well.

As he gathered his food atop his own plate, to see Morgan enter and soon after Ashley. He nodded to both women though was far more interested in his food. His flirty personality always seemed to be on hold when it came to food, especially in the mornings. But after he had a few bites to satisfy him, he would be back to his playful self. Whether anyone else was happy about that fact was a different story.

Satisfied with the amount of food he had, Jeremiah made his way into the living room and settled down on the floor, his back leaned against the wall. He noticed Noah once more, but also the fact that the boy had chosen to pick on Harlow this morning. He grinned a bit and began to eat as he watched the scene. "Seems like it's your lucky day, Harlow," he teased lightly, referring to Noah's choice of target. He laughed lightly and then continued eating, enjoying his food fully.

"I'm running with the wolves tonight"

    Morgan Woods || 20 yrs || Omega — pic

Morgan entered the kitchen as Noah was running out, dodging the young boy as to not be hit. She noticed the plate he had hustled out with and shook her head in amusement. She wasn't sure how anyone ate so much, but Noah did. As the Omega entered the kitchen, she gave a small, sleepy smile as she heard Ashley's voice. "Good morning," she offered as she walked past the food, going straight for the coffee pot. "How is the mama and baby this morning?" Opening a cabinet as she spoke, Morgan pulled down a cup for her coffee, quickly pouring herself a up.

Morgan always did her coffee in a way that made it sweet. Unlike Harlow, she couldn't handle the taste of black coffee, and has always had a sweet tooth anyways. She grabbed the sugar and quickly stirred in a spoonful, then made her way over to the fridge to rummage for some creamer. Anything, really, to make the bitter taste of black coffee go away. Wasn't good for her, but she wasn't going to give up coffee.

Successfully finding her treasure, Morgan when back to her cup of coffee when she heard a low voice. Glancing over, she saw Damien as he leaned against the counter with his bacon. "Morning," she offered in response as she finished up her coffee, taking a grateful sip. The warmth of the drink flooded her and she sighed with relief. "Much better." She grinned and reached over to grab some bacon, perching herself on the kitchen counter as Evangeline walked in. She watched as the girl looked for her coffee grounds, tilting her head slightly. "Did Noah get a hold of them?" she asked, knowing how much the boy liked mischief. She took a bite of her bacon and slowly allowed herself to fully awake up, savoring her bacon and coffee.

"What if I was made for you, and you were made for me?"

    Andrew Waters || 26 yrs || Hunter — pic

Andrew didn't have to guess anything when he began to hear all the ruckus, knowing Noah was awake and trying to get the rest of the house up as well. He shook his head slightly and stepped into the living room. He looked at the scene before him, giving huff of amusement at what he saw.

Jeremiah settled contently against the wall with his plate of food, Kari settled on the floor against the couch, and poor Harlow settled with her coffee and a giggling Noah. A slight smile crossed his lips as he gave a wave for good morning to the others and then made his way to kitchen.

Stepping in, he noticed Ashley, Morgan, Damian, and Evangeline were all up already as well. He gave yet another wave but didn't bother with a plate as he simply grabbed a pancake and folded it in half like a taco, placing his eggs and bacon in the fold. Who needed a plate when your breakfast could be wrapped up in a simple pancake taco? He poured himself a glass of orange juice and slipped out of the kitchen as silently as he entered, standing near the doorway to simply watch everything unfold within the living room. This was his specialty. The guy behind the scenes, quiet and watching.

Everything had been going swimmingly for the woman as she say enjoying the warmth spreading up her arms from the mug. This was the first chance she had had to relax since the previous morning and she was intent on milking it for everything it had. That is, until the sound of childish giggles reached her ears, effectively snapping the brunette out of her relaxed state.

A tiny body jumped out of nowhere onto Harlow, causing an involuntary yell to escape her lips. Sadly, the woman also spilled get coffee all over her sweatshirt. Time seemed to stand still as she processed what had just occurred, the gamma looking like she was about to tell all sorts of offensive insults. This did not happen, and something worse triggered.

A sickeningly sweet smile spread across Harlow's face and she began to laugh in a stained way, the same odd expression drawn on her features. Was she finally cracking? The woman didn't know and couldn't stop herself now. Whatever was happening, it was far too late for them.

In one swift movement, Harlow aimed a soft, yet still firm, hit to the back of Noah's head, staring at him with piercing blue eyes. "I control the medicine, little man. With one word I can have to taking cough syrup twice a day because I was sure you had a temperature." Her voice still had the uncommon sweet undertone, the deadly smile not leaving her lips as she stared at the young boy. She didn't mind him. The whole.pack had basically adopted Noah at that point, but he had made her spill the one thing keeping her alive. No one did that to her and got away with it.

The woman quickly brought her gaze up from Noah to stare at the small audience that had made their way into the living room and let out a sigh. They always seemed to see her at her worst. What a great way to start the morning. Harlow glanced at Kari and pursed her lips, shaking her head and sending her a look that read 'dont encourage him.' Noah already seemed to make a Target of her and she didn't need him to find the energy to terrorize her even more.

She sent the same look towards Jeremiah, a sad frown on her face as she gestured to her still soaked sweatshirt. "Lucky is not the word that I would use to describe this situation, but if you're jealous, you are welcome to take my place." She stood, sending one last terrifying smile towards Noah, before excusing herself so she could wash her shirt off in the kitchen.

All the while she made her way towards the kitchen sink, Harlow was mumbling under her breath, trying to it or the wetness of her top. If she wasn't awake now, she wouldn't be for the rest of the day. Turning her head, she noticed Andrew and widened her eyes slightly in surprise. He was so quiet she hadn't even noticed him. The brunette sent him a sheepish smile, though it was also rather strained, and went about trying to dry her sweatshirt. "Hope you found that display as amusing as the others," she began, referring the the blonde without turning her head to look at him.

Lucas was up, but his eyes still filled with heaviness. He had woken up just a little later than he usually did. The sun shone through the kitchen window as he smiled, seeing the members cooperating to make a delicious breakfast. He walked to the table, leaning on it with one hand.

"How is everyone this morning?" he asked with an upbeat but tired voice. The food smelled like heaven, but he was waiting until the rest had their food. He had to control the power that he held in his position, otherwise they would surly try to kick him down the pack positions. It was possible if enough of the members voted. The pack had decided on something of a "democracy" as the humans would call it. The pack votes for most of the important stuff but the leader always makes the final decision. With so many of the pack in one room, it was loud, it reminded Lucas of a high school. He swept back his hair with a hand, gazing at the bacon almost drooling. Sure, he was a pack leader and he had to act all noble but it made the pack so much more tight knit when they could consider him one of them instead of this all powerful entity above them.

  • Bedda usually cooked breakfast for the pack in the morning, but this was not one of those mornings. Instead, much like her guardian Kari, she had been outside getting a workout in. Her hands burned as she beat at the mat, her twin brother standing off to the side clad in his sweats and bedhead. “Sister,” Erik called. Her head at his voice, eyes squinted as she adjusted her glasses. “Let’s go eat. Harlow made breakfast and will have your head if you show up with injuries so early in the morning.” The girl did not argue for her stomach growled for food. She’s grabbed her shirt and followed him to the house, her going to her room for a quick shower while Erik went to get coffee. “Kari, Theo, Del seems to be in a mood today. Be mindful if she doesn’t lose it after her coffee she will work us hard today.” Bedda appeared minutes later in jeans and converse with a blue button up and a cigarette between her lips. She nudged into Jeremiah by accident since her brother blocked her path.

The younger twin muttered a brief apology as she looked down at the Beta in his seat, fingers lightly toying with his hair as she looked at him. "If the child runs into anymore rooms or stomps one more time," She said as she accepted the coffee handed to her by her brother. The Irish accent of hers was as thick as the day they had arrived at the pack. She did not elaborate any farther as she played with the Beta's hair as she normally did in the mornings after his showers; it was soft and she liked soft things. The dark haired girl sipped her coffee quietly now, her twin brother setting a plate of food down for her beside the Beta male of theirs, choosing himself to stand while he ate.

Erik was silent as he watched the affection in her touches on his hair, green eyes amused as his sister did this without thinking. She didn't even touch the food he set down for her, just stayed for her coffee for now. The Irishman was still dressed in the sweatpants he slept in and no t-shirt, he was too cozy to change his clothes yet. He would after breakfast though. He just happily ate his food, amused as he watched the youngest of the pack run around the house. If anyone bothered his baby sister very easily in the morning, it was Noah. If anyone amused him more, it was Noah. He reminded the Irishman of himself when he was younger in the pack, causing trouble that his twin would clean up and take punishment for. She only got it because she refused to let the elders punish her older brother. "He is a rowdy one today. I hope he simmers down some later on." He chuckled to himself, eyeing his fellow Sentinels and the Guardian in the room as he gave a nod to his twin sister. He was still warning them of her mood and how it could possibly affect their training later on.

(Sorry it sucks, I'm not feeling so hot.)

    Ahmir Tiikeri

Wolf Appearance || Masculine || Interacting with - No one

Ahmir was asleep in his comfy bed from the night before, having had stayed up late last night guarding the land by doing a solo patrol around the land. So when all of the sudden a body jumped on him he grunted before hearing sounds of whoever it was run out of his room, guessing that it was Noah since he has a history of doing that. Taking a deep breath he stayed in bed for a while longer before slowly sitting up, a yawn escaping his jaws before his gaze moved towards the alarm clock on his bedside table. It was the normal time that he and the rest of the pack usually started getting active so it was good timing actually to get jumped like that, so he got up from his comfy bed. He felt like a shower would be a good idea to start waking himself up so to the bathroom he went.

Stripping he took a nice and long, warm shower, enjoying the feeling of the warmth and that his body was getting cleaned before it was over soon after, feeling too short for him. Getting dressed in just a normal black t-shirt and navy blue jeans before heading downstairs, smelling a delicious breakfast that seemed to have already been made for the entire pack, making him realize that he is hungry. So he headed towards where the pile of food was and got himself a plate of egg, bacon, and pancakes before settling down in a spot in a chair. He watched the activity of the pack bustle as he ate, knowing that he will be needing the food later on.

    Ivy Cobaltair

    Wolf appearance 1 & Wolf appearance 2 || Feminine|| Interacting with - No one

Ivy had already been awake for about a hour, wearing a black top that showed her stomach and exposed her arms with a hood and it and tight black pants, her butt sitting in a tall tree. Everyone knew where to find the female alpha more often then not since she made it clear that this was one of her favorite spots. The night before she had made sure that everything that needed to be taken care of was, meaning doing any work that the others didn't do, not that she minds. She was exhausted when she went to bed last night, waking up and taking a nice long shower was nice as well as finding some already made food. She was glad that her pack will time to time do things for the pack, it was quite nice actually to be able to relax a bit longer before she got to work.

She looked in the direction of the pack house, seeing movement which made her decide to get off the tree and head back. Knowing that things will be picking up even more she slowly walked to the house, when she reached the back door it was obvious that she was outside for a while. She smiled as she entered, hearing chatter and seeing that everything was calm, glad that nothing bad has happened yet. She went over to the seating area and leaned against the wall, if anyone wanted to talk with her they could always approach her, she had made it quite clear that no one should be afraid to approach her. The smile stayed on her face as she crossed her arms across her chest, watching her pack before they do the usual meeting that they always have done in the morning. She will wait a bit to eat though, not wanting to ruin the tradition that the pack has had for a very long time now.

  • Bedda was mindful of the missing female leaders of their pack, her eyes finding her brothers with a sigh leaving her nose. “Alphas,” She greeted the male and then the female as she entered and took a place on the wall. Bedda off putting as the female Alpha made her sometimes, Bedda had to uphold the respect for the title she carried even if she did not know if she liked her or not yet. “Miah,” She greeted the man whose hair she was playing with. “Ma’am, take a seat. Have breakfast. Harlow did a wondrous job this morning with it.” Erik spoke kindly and casually to the female Alpha as he looked to her, green eyes gentle.

The younger twin slowly went to sit, or at least her brother thought. "Take my plate, Ma'am. I will eat after you and the others." Bedda told the woman, motioning a hand to the plate beside Jeremiah. She was always that way, believing the higher ups should eat before herself. She often had to find something else to eat because of it, not that she minded. Erik just sighed through his own nose, ruffling his hair as he watched his siter before going to get the ashtray for her.

  • (Omg I already love Erik)

Nodding at the female and her coffee, she looked around for the younger boy. As she spotted him and was about to talk with him, she remembered the previous morning. She had moved the grounds to a different cupboard. About as casually as a person only half awake could be, she waltzed back into the kitchen. Looking up at the top shelf, a bit curious as to how she got it up there in the first place, she decided she would try to get it. Reaching, she managed to grab the bottom, but as she got it off the shelf she realized how much she had underestimated the weight. A large crash sounded as it fell to the ground. It took her a moment to process what happened. "Damn it," she grumbled, looking around at all of the others. "Excuse me, dang it." Sinking to the floor, she began scouping it all into a pile. It was too early for this, she just wanted coffee. "All I wanted," she mumbled to herself. "Was some coffee. I just want coffee."

(Sorry it's a bit messy, I'm at school xD)

  • (He hasn’t even done anything yet xD)

At the crash from the kitchen, Erik changed his course to check it out. An amused grin spread on his lips at the sight of their Delta female cleaning up a mess of broken dishes. “It’s alright, Ma’am.” He soothed her worry as he moved to help her clean up, carrying the broom and dust pan over before sweeping the mess up. “I’ll grab you a cup.” He offered, but continued to get one anyways. The Irishman was always ready to help when he could, it made him happy to do so. Setting then cup on the counter, he went to bump the broken glass in the trash can. “Next time just call for me. I will be around to help as quick as i can.” The dark haired male smiled at her as he grabbed the ashtray that had been left in the dinning room. “Have a good morning,” He winked before going to leave to give his twin sister the ashtray.

  • (Hey guys, not really sure whats up but I'm hereee and)

Loren woke up to the sound of her alarm blaring. She sat at the edge of her bed and looked down at her stomach, arms, and legs. Isn't nothing that can't be covered by makeup.. Nobody even sees half of these anyways. She got up from her bed, opened the blinds, and the scurried around her room for a shirt. Once she had found one she made her way to the living room, and to her surpirse her father wasn't there. When she looked outside, his truck wasn't either. Wow maybe he finally made it to work today, she thought as she rolled her eyes. She walked around the living room searching for who knows what, then walked into the kitchen. She put on some music, grabbed some eggs and pancake mix, and stood in her kitchen singing and dancing to the song "Rollin" by Calvin Harris.
