Tokyo Ghoul OC RP sign-up

1: Be nice OOC, and only settle fights in character.

2: Permission is needed to be a Kakuja, Chimera, or Half-Ghoul. (it is required for each character that is so, unless explicit permission to use without notification is given. The more you RP here, the more likely you are to get it)

3: If you won't be active for a while, please say so beforehand.

4: Humans have a 50 point limit, and Ghouls have an extra 5 points per Kagune type. Half-Ghouls have an extra 10 points.

5: Don't be over-powered or use more points than allowed. (only way to have extra points, is if it ties into an ability or kagune)

6: Say Ohayo after reading the rules to RP.

7: Don't autohit or autododge. Meaning, use direction and location of attacks and dodges. Here's an example of not autohitting/dodging-

Ryaku took out his sword-like Koukaku Quinque, prepared to rush at Xellan, before lowering his blade to the side and sprinting at him, aiming to slash at his left side.

Xellan narrowed his eyes as he readied the Rinkaku Quinque whip, and leaned to the right, latching the whip onto a steel beam to pull himself away from the strike, towards the upper-left corner.

Hair: short black hair, spiky bedhead style

Body: athletic style and slightly toned build, white skin tone, lightly tanned

Clothes: basic black T-shirt that occasionally has witty sayings on it, blue boot cut jeans, black and grey sneakers that are also steel toed and steel bottomed, fingerless leather gloves with steel studded knuckles. He'll sometimes wear a black hoodie if it gets below freezing. If it's sunny out, he'll usually have black sunglasses on.

Personality-

Lazy but loyal. Will help protect innocents, even at his own cost.

History-

Basically, his father owns a high-tech company that helps to develop and make the best quality Quinque, and his mother works at a morgue. They have a secret though....

Nicknamed Rai. Raikiri and Raisutchi are the two names of the forms.

Type: Koukaku-Rinkaku (chimera)

Appearance: a regular katana handle, seemingly without a blade, though it will generate Bio-Electric Plasma enhanced with RC cells that can cut through many Kagune and metals. Raikiri is the Koukaku blade form, and Raisutchi is the whip.

Strengths: Seems to grant him Electrokinesis and a speed boost. (why his Speed is 13)

Weakness: It makes him tire easily.

Mechanics: seemingly grants electrokinesis and high speed, as well as not working for anyone but Xellan. Raikiri can cut through a Durability of 19, but troubles with 20-25. Raisutchi can crack at lightning speed (30), but only good at dealing with less than 12 Durability, though it can still pulse lightning to shock the opponent.

He has short and spiky brown hair with blue eyes, when not in his "Reaper" persona, and his mask is that of a skeletal design, with only the right eye exposed, and the left is usually caught on fire.

Loyal to a fault, and will do anything to protect his family.

History (optional):

He was a regular Rinkaku Ghoul that had all of the Kukahou type implanted into him, and eventually fell in love with a human woman, having a son....

Ukaku- long angelic, yet demonic wings.

Koukaku- can be formed into a black sycthe or swords.

Rinkaku- can be formed into multiple sword ends.

Bikaku- hands can form at the ends of his five tails, which can then grab things.

Strengths: absurd strength and regeneration.

Weaknesses: people targeting his family.

Mechanics (optional, but must be detailed): his Kagune is detachable, makes him near invisible in darkness, as well as keeping him completely silent.

He can absorb outside sources of RC cells through his Ukaku Kagune, and quickly regains them during sleep. Because of that, however, he cannot form a Kakuja, but doesn't have any real need to hunt or eat, just fight a CCG or Ghoul

A pair of pure black angelic wings, and the Koukaku is like a Nodachi.

A nearly indestructible Kagune and extremely fast regeneration

He gets tired quickly. (can restore with RC cells)

While he may tire quickly, his Ukaku can absorb outside RC cells, as long as he a Quinque/Kagune while not moving. His Koukaku can extend out to extreme lengths (2400 feet), though doing so makes it a litte more fragile. (-2 Durability)
