  • She could feel something different with this and she wasn't sure what. She was burning. She had to slowly pull away a moment "not here..it's not best suited"she smiled a little nervously still being cradled.

Omg what if they come back to deltas and he's like marked her and stuff. Delta sees the mark on Laura's shoulder and instantly knows she's perhaps haha

  • Marked her how?

"Why not? This is the first time we've actually had to relax. There's no place in the world safer than Delta's. Laura, I haven't met too many humans, but you're so much more than special than all of them. I couldn't imagine life without you anymore," Kinzalon said as he kissed Laura again, barely containing himself. With each second his mind was losing the battle to his instinct.

  • Just like a little bite..I'm not sure XD

Laura blushed gently "that's.."she kissed back before shaking her head "I meant not in the ocean" she realized he was distracted but it wasn't great that she was still a little anxious in water. "But I feel the same with you..like I'm bonded to you.."

  • Kinzalon mentally kicked himself for forgetting all about the water. He'd gotten so caught up in the moment. Still cradling Laura in his arms, Kinzalon lifted her up out of the water and waded to the beach. "I think you're right. We're bound together, for better or worse." Once he reached the shore, he set her on the sand and sat on his knees in front of her.

  • Laura grinned gently and pulled him down (just gonna fade)

As the sun dipped Laura was exhausted and hungry. Pulling on her now dry clothes she stood and shook the sand off before stretching "I do wonder what's dinner tonight"she hummed pecking Kim's lips before skipping inside the cottage for a glass of water not seeing the woman just yet

  • Kinzalon was exhausted. Despite his one or two attempts, this was the first time he'd actually mated with anyone, yet somehow, he'd known exactly what to do. As she dressed, he quickly stood and pulled on his own clothes, then followed her back to the cottage. From behind her, he could see thefaint bite mark he'd left on her left shoulder, a symbol that she belonged to him more. Kinzlaon sat at the small table and watched Laura as she searched the cupboards for a glass. The sound of the door opening reached his ears and he looked up just in time to see Delta returning.

Delta stepped inside carrying several dead rabbits on a string, stomping her boots just inside the door rid them of a light coating of mud. She smiled at Kinzalon as he waved, then at Laura. She'd left the two of them by the fire this morning, but something about them was... different. Their hair was wet, but was something more. Suddenly it dawned on her. Both seemed to glow with a deep rooted happiness, intensifying when they gazed at each other. A knowing grin spread across Delta's face as she set the rabbits on a hook hanging from the ceiling. "So, how was the beach?"

  • Laura got a glass of water then sat down on the sofa to relax. The fire being great and warm she curled up just warming up. Sipping the glass just as delta walked in. Glancing at kin now and then happily. She soon heard her "ah well it was great I learnt to relax in the water so I might Ben swimmingly soon"she stated before yawning "how was hunting?"

  • Sorry, my family sat down for a late lunch, then I feel asleep with my dog :)

"That's great," Delta congratulated. As for hunting, we'll be having wild rabbit for dinner with some lettuce from the garden. How does that sound to your both? Don't worry, Kinz, I won't make you eat the lettuce," Delta said as Kinzalon's started to protest.

  • You too!

"I know one, and he's nuts," Kinzalon piped up. "Everyone calls him Mouse, but that's not his real name. Only eats things like mushrooms and tree fruits. In his human shape, he just looks a bit thin, but his natural form is extremely small, even though he's a lot older than me. I'm 247 years and he's like 600 or something, but he's only the size of a small horse and extremely skinny," he explained.

  • Laura rested against him slightly as he talked "that's nice."she was starting to feel sleepy and couldn't help but fall asleep on him thanks to the warmth. Cuddled in close to the dragon in human form, not knowing his seed was already blossoming in her womb.

  • Lol, Laura never even gave a second thought to how old Kinz is!

Delta began roasting the rabbits, giving one to Kinzalon once they were finished. Kinzalon gratefully took it from her, careful not to wake Laura, now asleep in his arms. "Delta, I wad wondering... can we just stay here for a little while? It will give us some time for the kingdom to stop hunting me and I think she likes your place." Delta was quiet for a moment, then smiled. "You may both stay as long as you like."

  • Well he had hinted that he was older before but she doesn't give a fuq..oh my god! Sudden brainwave why doesn't delta tell Kin he's a daddy now ish? So he gets super protective. I have so much muse for the two.

Of course Laura just slept soundly. Dreaming of a field of paper flowers, she ran through them happily before looking up to a purple sky. She hummed and swirled in the spring breeze before it was invaded with pink clouds

  • Ooh, would Laura develop an egg inside her or just give birth?? Interspecies relationships are weird. If you think of things, just go with it! Should we time skip a couple months?

  • Nah I was thinking it's a human, and kin is always looking for little signs but they won't be able to change to dragon till they are around 6-9

Laura didn't know, she was oblivious. Young. And never understood stuff like that. But three months, her belly was starting to feel slightly tender and seemed bigger. She guessed because she was eating more she was growing. She woke and went to the lake to wash beforehand returning to the seaside cottage to drink water. She felt a bit lightheaded from things and sat down. Curling up and calming to the breeze through the window

  • That's kind of what i had in mind too. Also, it's like a sea or small ocean :)

Kinzalon came up behind Laura and gently brushed his fingers through her hair. With Laura's companionship, he'd spent more and more time in his human form. His affection for Laura grew with each day to the point that he even dared to liken it to a human's love. He'd noticed Laura putting on a few pounds even, but his love for her never faltered. "What are you thinking?"

  • Laura relaxed into his touch, gently humming as she closed her eyes. "I'm thinking that I love your fingers through my hair. I'm glad your awake. And I'm worried about how tender my bodies become..my stomach just..feels weird but I'm glad I've stopped throwing up"she breathed gently before glanceibg a taxi him "what are you thinking?"

  • "That's good. You probably just got some weird illness. Strange though, Delta usually knows how to fix everything," Kinzalon said

"Not everything needs fixing, fledgling!" Delta called from the kitchen. Kinzalon grumbled at hearing the Mirror call him a fledgling, but didn't respond. Instead, he turned back to Laura. "I'm thinking about how you're the most extraordinary human being on earth," he smiled, then leaned down to kiss her.

  • She kissed back "ah well your sickly sweet.."she moved and cuddled into him "well I do wonder what she means. Maybe she could examine it and see what's wrong"she yawned and move she hair behind her ear "after food of course"she grinned starving
