  • Well, that's a rather distinctive way of marking your borders. Toby had stumbled across the ravine and its rather grotesque display, and pondered whether he'd gone too far. He'd never done this sort of thing before, after all. The male, while only being of average size and build for his breed, was never trained in combat, and so he couldn't quite hold his own in a fight. A poor upbringing had left him with many scars, both physical and mental. He was rather dirty- these past few months, he hadn't bathed nearly as much as he should've, and he only hunted and ate simply to survive. That was why he was living his life. To survive. It was a terribly lonely and agonising way to live, and he'd finally worked up the willpower and energy to try and change it- if partly because joining a clan would provide him with a warm place to sleep during the winters. He'd heard of a group of misfits and thought that it might be somewhere he'd finally belong. The canine contemplated whether he should stay or leave- if he left, would he be going deeper into the territory, or would he be leaving it? He hadn't a knack for all of this 'border' nonsense. Then again, the stench of the corpses was not pleasant. Indecisive, Toby finally decided to just wait for somebody else to show up. With a sigh, he plopped himself down, suddenly wondering if this would even be worth the journey.

  • "Wow you reek" were the first words out of Athenas mouth as she approached the raggedy stranger who had wandered onto the borders of the exiles. His stench is what had first caught her attention, causing her to diverge from her usual route to meet him. Her odd colored eyes first settled on his frame, scraggly and thin and riddled with scars. He didn't look like he was here to fight, probably just another joiner she concluded. "What's your name and what can the Exiles do for you?" She asked her voice all but flat, uninterested, as her gaze bore down onto the figure before her.

  • TAGS ✦ ✧ ✦ — It was good that Toby respected the presence of the clan's borders. With his encouner with Vasuki only a few days previous the deputy had little patience for trespassers and even if they were as weakened and as pitiful as the male before him now, he wouldn't be dismissed from that. Tony, minding the borders was no trespasser thigh so his presence was greeted with neutrality as the deputy came forth. Athena had asked all that was really nessecary, so for now the Maltese stood and waited.

  • The rottweiler glanced up, glad that he hadn't had to wait long to find someone. Huh, so he had been right after all. The first remark made to him caused him to inwardly laugh, although nothing but a faint trace of a smile made its way to his face. He'd heard of this group, how it differed from the other groups, and this was along the lines of what he was expecting. Perhaps he'd finally become accustomed to life with others. After all, fake kindness and sincerity were some of his least favourite traits. He'd rather someone be honest, even if it was brutal. "My name's Toby," he spoke. His voice was rather... unexpected to many, to say the least. It wasn't high pitched, like someone on helium, but it still differed much from the grizzled, threatening, booming voice that many of his breed had. It was calm, smooth- almost like a voice you'd hear on the morning news. The funny part to this was that he certainly wasn't very skilled when it came to social situations. "I'm looking to join... if I can, that is," he finished, heaving himself up, absentmindedly looking at the two that had arrived.

  • It was odd to the child that such a loud creature had such a soolthing voice, calming even, the only other creature who she had met that had a calming effect on her like this was Prescott, but the feeling she got around Prescott was so much stronger... he was gone now though, taken by a member of Blood Clan and he although she had tried she was unable to find him. It was maddening. The creature before her only served to remind her of her lost companion and for a moment a frown formed on her pretty, angular face before disappearing into an emotionless expression once more. "You're more than welcome to join" the commander said waving her tail at him as she spoke "me and Mads here can show you around if you'd like but if you'd rather just get settled in first, maybe take a bath, eat something, the prison is this way" with that the ivory kitten began walking forwards, towards her home, being careful to step over the carcasses and skeletons that had been strewn about, not bothering to check if either males weee following behind her.

  • ミルク- sour milk

"Hey dudes!" Milky chirped, feeling a little brighter today than usual. So many new joiners recently, this was great, he liked seeing new faces about. The feline trotted over to where the other three were, looking at the rottweiler with mild curiosity. He too was not in the best state of hygiene, but whatever, he liked the dirt. Being clean was way to overrated, it required way more effort that he could ever be bothered with. "I like your name, Toby." He wondered behind his twin sister as she began to walk off, keeping his distance. They hadn't been on the best of terms recently, he didn't want to do anything to damage their already shattering relationship. "And of course, welcome, welcome!"

  • TAGS ✦ ✧ ✦ — Watchin[ as Athena came forth, seemoglt takin/ over Mads would remain silent for the situation seemed quite controlled. There was no need to interfere if there was no conflict, right?

Attentively, the deputy would listen, nodding as his name was brought up to offer a tour only to break the air to quickly clear out his clanmates words. "We live in a prison building we arent sending you to jail by the way " He'd say assuringly, hoping

The other wasn't turned off by that initial response. It was easy to misunderstand, far too easy.
