There is nothing short of misery in this world. Unification of two souls is littered on by adultery and the honest are choked by the lies of the damned. What's the use in fighting to keep your head above the water when your demons are already dragging you under? The waves are getting higher and it's getting harder to be the good kid that you were at one time. Why not just join the dark, why not just fade away like the remains of civilization? The world is hell now, and nobody can fix it.
Have you seen the fires? Have you felt the dead clawing up your spine in the middle of the night? Don't you understand, nothing is the same and it's all just a mess. It's a war of survival, because after all, everything is fair in love and war. How did this happen? Why did this happen? Nobody really knows anymore, only that they have to survive to the next day and focus on that survival.

How can we learn to trust when the world us out for our throats? We find sanctity in those we call family, and we fight together. Because there's no second chance to get it right. Family or death, your choice bub. There is no room for error, I hope you understand that. There's families to choose from, packs before the world went to hell. The Families.
Your only way out in this world is death, and your family is your way in. There's four Families to choose from but you do not have to keep the name, only the Alpha or Beta must keep the family name. The four Families have colors to distinguish them.
Roe - blue - The Strong Force
Kiehl - yellow - The Strategists
Stark - red - The Engineers
Wyrm - black/white - The Intelligence

To distinguish the families as the names aren't always taken by the members, the members are to wear their family's colors somewhere visible. There is no limitation; hair, clothes, makeup, war paint, jewelry etc. Show your kinship and your pride; that's the only rule concerning appearance. Once the Alpha or Beta dies the successor will be chosen through blood or by the other Families.

> Don't give in to the wolf when human
> Don't give up
< Only ONE Alpha or Beta per family. Their partner doesn't get their rank or any entitlement to the rank
< IC rules can be broken
< swearing is allowed

< include a description of their appearance as a wolf or post a link to the wolven counterpart

● bloodmerge -- the great reproductive race. the families have suffered a slaughter from a disease and are in a race against time to rebuild their ranks before they are open to attack. singular family members or voted pairs will find a human to reproduce with as wolves cannot easily reproduce together. the child is born human and is changed by their wolven parent and raised by the wolf and their partner or by the wolf their lonesome self.
● grounded -- the families are having a meeting and an outlying group attacks aiming to kill them all until they are caught and questioned
● family fueds - is it a civil war? -- the alphas have had their lives been attempted to be taken and it looks like the other families have been behind it all.
● falling apart -- the families officially split up into their four families respectively and leave a group of inter-family children behind. the children are not accepted into any family - will they make their own
