Yessss, okay, should we coninue with them meeting later that night? Going back to the clearing?
-
Yep sounds good, how exactly is this going to work pack wise? Like do we rp their packmates ourselves?
-
Yeah, we can just role play them when need be.
-
okayy
Damien panted as he ran and tried to keep the soccer ball away from his packmates. Him and a handful of his close friends in his pack were in the backyard of their house playing a competitive game. The sweaty man raced for the goal that was propped on the ground and gave a hard kick, sending the black and white ball straight into the net. His team of three cheered loudly earning a cocky grin from Damien. He looked up at the sky to see a mixture of orange, pink, and blue as the sun began to set and remembered his promise to Harley. He ran his hand through his damp hair and headed inside "I'll see you guys later, I'm gonna take a shower and head out." he tried to keep his voice nonchalant but it wavered slightly letting his friends know of his nervousness. "What? You got a date with some chick?" His best friend Dillon gave him a playful punch on his bicep and Damien laughed "Yeah...something like that." He jogged up the stairs and quickly got into the shower to rid himself of the dirt and sweat that had accumulated during the game.

Caressing Bailey's face gently, she lay him down in his crib. Based on the lack of light seeping in through the curtians, she knew it was about time she head out. Looking down at herself, she made a quick wardrobe change. Taking off his sweat shirt she put on a basic tee along with a pair of jeans. Swinging his sweatshirt over her shoulder she gave her son one last kiss on the forehead before leaving the room. As soon as she got down stairs she was confronted by the alpha.
"Where are you going this late at night?" he questioned, meaning against the wall and giving her a stern look.
"Out on a walk," she lied. "Don't worry about it, I'll be back." Harley was quick to brush past him and out the door. Sucking in a deep breath she began her trek, deciding it best to walk there in human form. Watching As the forest begin to thin, she knew she was nearly there and wondered how long it would be until Damien sowed. Would Damien even come after what she had done? She really hoped so.
-
After taking a long shower that only dragged out because Damien stood there for a while thinking about Harley and Bailey and what he should even say to the woman he stepped out and got ready to head back into the clearing in the woods. He walked briskly and stood behind the cover of a large oak after he reached the spot. He identified a slim figure standing in the middle as Harvey and he took a deep breath before he stepped out. "This is just like old times isn't it?" he smiled softly as he neared the mother of his son. He talked as if the last time they met at night was several years.
-
Standing alone, in the silence killed her, so when a familiar voice met her ears a small grin appeared on her features. "Yes," she agreed smoothly, turning herself to face him. "Except this time, I'm not going to steal your sweat-shirt." Slowly, she held out the sweat-shirt that smelled so strongly of him that she was tentative to give it back. Her deep brown eyes wandered his features. By the scent of shampoo and the moisture of his hair he was freshly showered. By the look on his face he wasn't too angry. Biting her lip in thought her eyes kept wandering until they met his. Those eyes, those eyes are the ones she fell in love with years ago. Those eyes seemed so calm, too calm for the news most recently shared with him. Was he angry with her and trying to hide it? Was he going to lash out at her? Still biting her lip, a nervous habit, she waited for his response.
-
Another small smile appeared in his pink lips as Harley held out his sweatshirt. He neared her and felt his knees nearly give out as he walked, he knew this facade was the calm before the storm. Was it a terrifyingly angry one where he would scream and potentially ruin their relationship? Or maybe it was the storm of a scared man that wasn't ready to raise a child? He slowed to a stop in front of her as she looked him over and stared into his hazel colored eyes. He stared back unwavering, relishing in the warmth of her chocolate colored orbs. He gulped, it was definitely the second one. Disregarding his hoodie and letting it fall to the ground he gabbed her hands and brought his body as close to hers as he could, longing for some contact. "I don't know if I can do it. I don't know if I can be a good and caring father. I don't know what to do. I just don't know..." His deep voice trailed off and his eyes searched her's silently pleading for her to say something.
-
A small gasp escaped her lips when Damien drew her close. The warmth radiating from his body kept her close. She kept her eyes on him as he spoke, watching as he had a mini melt down. It was odd, to see such a usually strong man confess his worries. His words reminded her of before Bailey was born, how she felt, how much she needed him. "I know," she whispered, resting her forehead on his chest. "I know it's hard and it's scary, but you're not going to do this alone I promise. You'll never do this alone because he is our son." Letting out a small breath of air, worry began to fill her chest. This made her realize how afraid she was, of much fear she had been holding back. What if she lost Bailey too? Biting her lip harshly, she felt as a singular, stubborn tear rolled down her cheek. "He's our son and I can't do this alone any more."
-
Ooc: I'm off to bed since I've got school in the morning. Goodnight! (This may have a lot of mistakes because I'm on my phone and I didn't read over it lol sorry in advance)
Damien closed his eyes and sighed as she let her head rest against him. He opened then again and took a short moment to watch as her head rose and fell at the same pace as his deep steady breaths. He didn't even entirely know why he was so scared, Harley went through so much more than he for a longer period as well. He opened his mouth to speak softly to her "You won't do it on your own anymore. It will be hard and scary for me but look what you have already been through. You're so strong and I'm so proud of you." He enveloped her in a a calming embrace and tried to push away his own fears that he had let out just a few moments ago.
-
OOC: Goodnight! Looks mostly fine to me though :)
Closing her eyes tightly, she leaned into his embrace. It had been hard, keeping the worry to herself. All of it, it has all been so hard. But the hardest thing? That was staying away from Damien. Having her arms wrapped around his body and her hands clenching the back of his shirt was the most comfort she had received in a long time. Moving her head slowly, she let her cheek rest on his chest, listening to his steady heartbeat. "I missed you," she murmured. Letting her grip loosen, she let out a long, sad breath. "But what are we going to do...?"
-
"We could leave..." he preferred not to but if it was nessesary he would take the two away from the rival pack to try and live in peace. "They would never stop hunting for us though." He sighed and thought for a long while. The dark haired man pulled away and sat as the two had done before, he looked up at Harley and held out his large hand for her to take so he could support her when she went to sit beside him. "It'll take some hard training on my part but maybe I can challenge alpha William or beta Jasmine for their positions?" He referred to his high ranking packmates with a suggesting tone.
-
Running away wouldn't work like how she wished it would. So she dismissed that quickly with a shake of her head. The cold air hit her when he pulled away to sit down. She watched him as he sat, admiring him. Taking his warm hands in her own, she set beside him. When he mentioned challangeing the higher ranks, a shiver ran down her spine. That would be dangerous, and she couldn't imagine... What if he did, but it all went wrong? What if he wasn't strong enough? What if he died? Squeezeing his hand tightly and biting her lip she eyed him sadly. "I don't know. Anything can happen. Everything can go wrong with whatever we decide to do." Slowly, her eyes wandered down to the grass in front of her, letting her free hand fiddle with one of the strands nervously in thought.
-
Okay so I'm thinking Damien wants to see how his friends in his pack like Harley and maybe Bailey? (you decide if she should bring him) and he takes her to a restaurant to introduce her after they tried to cover her scent and all but they figure it out anyway.
-
That sounds good! I say that the pair decide for Bailey's sake to not bring him
-
Im going to guess that says Bailey wont be going XD
Damien nodded "Its okay we can start with something easy." he licked his lips thoughtfully and played with the hem of his shirt. "You wanna meet my friends from the pack in a few days? They're all great, well except Tony, he can be a bit of a hard ass but I think he'll like you." He looked up and smiled boyishly "I mean who wouldn't?" he pulled his bottom lip in between his straight white teeth while the corners of his mouth curved up into a smile. He wrapped his arms around her and pulled her close once again so that she sat between his long legs. He leaned forward and rested his bearded head on her shoulder for a moment before he turned and littered gentle kisses all on her neck. "You. are. gorgeous." he murmured in between kisses while breathing in her sweet scent.
-
Meeting his friends wouldn't be too bad, she assumed. There was an issue of her scent though. As she was about to bring it up, Damien pulled her close. It was somewhat a surprise, but a good one at that. Letting out a small laugh she wiggled away from his kisses. Turning her torso so she could look at him, she began to speak. "As much as I love compliments," she said smoothly, placing a hand on his knee and leaning back into him. "They know my packs scent all too well." No longer looking at him, instead at the darkening sky, she let her head roll back into his shoulder and her back curve into his body. It was odd, receiving such affection again. She had gone months without it and she had been unwilling to hope for the fact that she would ever experience it again.
(Yeah, sorry, I worded the poorly xD)
-
No problem! Oh maybe he could have had an affair toooo cause he was sad that Harley stopped coming to the clearing? (sorry its short low muse lol)
Damien grumbled inaudibly as she moved back "I can steal some of my female packmates perfumes?" He shrugged and leaned back in his hands after running his hands through his drying hair. "What do you want, Justin Bieber or Shawn Mendes?" He questioned with a teasing tone.
-
(That would be great! And at sometime during the meal his friends bring up the girl for some reason.)
Shrugging along with him, she watched as he dragged his fingers through his hair. Then, he asked her a question that she couldn't help but laugh at. "You would look great either way, but..." Pulling herself away from him to stand up, she let her fingers brush his cheeks. "Shawn Mendes has always been my favorite." Slowly, she walked back over to where the sweat-shirt lie, picking it up and turning back to him. "I'm sorry to kill the fun, but my alpha is probably a bit concerned by now. Do you want this back?" Harley asked, hands grabbing the opposite shoulders as she held it out.
