Aleigh slowly got up. She walked to the bathroom, starting the bath before slipping into it first. She kinda whimpered as the water burned against her skin, but she quickly adjusted before relaxing.

Issa slid in beside her in the water and wrapped his arms around her as his body got used to the heat. "Oh this is relaxing"

Aleigh smiled. “I told you it would be..”

"And when have you ever been wrong?"

“A lot of times..” She mumbled.

“That my father wouldn’t.. chase us..” She mumbled.

"You didn't know darling"

“I was still wrong about it.” She mumbled.

"But you shouldn't worry about it now. We're okay now"

“In love you Issa...” She smiled.

Aleigh smiled. She leaned into him, relaxing. She held his hands, though Eva could be heard crying in the other room. She heard the sound of the maids scurrying to her aid and growled. She got up and quickly got into a robe. She ran to the room, “Out! All of you!” She snapped. She waited till they were gone before tending to Eva herself.

Issa heard the crying of their daughter and went out of the bath wrapped in a robe to run in after her. "Can I stay?"

Aleigh nodded. “You can stay.. but not anyone else..”

"What do you want me to do?"

“Just.. sit down I guess. She’s okay.” She mumbled.

"May I try singing a song to her? Lull her back to sleep?"

“You can try that..”

"May you hand her to me?"
